This place really is Asian fusion! The menu is so diverse with so many flavors of different Asian cuisines. I felt almost confused at first, like as if the restaurant wasn't even sure of its own identity. However, once I started eating the food, I understood and am extremely impressed. I had ordered the crawfish pasta, popcorn chicken (spicy), and fried baos. The pasta was cooked perfectly with chunks of crawfish and sausage in a creamy tomato-esque sauce. I usually don't care for crawfish, but it was so delicious here. The sauce was so buttery and creamy, and the sausage added a cajun spice to the dish. The components are all very seafood boil, but felt different and innovative with unique flavors. The popcorn chicken was seasoned very well and had the perfect fried, crispy texture you'd expect from popcorn chicken. What really made this unique was the sauce that it was served with. I am not sure what exactly the sauce is, but it tastes like a ginger scallion sauce that is served with Chinese boiled chicken. The sauce is a little more elevated and flavorful than a traditional ginger scallion sauce. I would've never thought to combine popcorn chicken with it, but it works! The fried baos were the most surprising to me. I was keeping my expectations low because I usually think frying something that's not normally fried doesn't always bode well. Fear not, the baos were fried perfectly. They were fried lightly while the inside kept your typical bao consistency. Also, in case you were wondering the type of bao, it is basically a steamed bao with ground pork, and I think an egg yolk inside. The flavors felt very much like traditional dim sum, yet new and fresh. Hats off to the chefs and the creators of these dishes. So innovative while still keeping the familiar Asian flavors! Was at a convention and ordered DoorDash and have to say wasn't expecting much because it's an unknown restaurant late at night and DoorDash. The driver was so kind. The marinated chicken sandwich (banh mi similar) was AMAZING. All of the flavors melded so well, it was so fresh, the sauce was so good, chicken marinated just right and the egg cooked to perfection. The bread was toasted and soft, which made it easy to eat without tearing up your mouth, but it lacked the crisp outer crust that I personally enjoy in a banh mi. The cucumbers were fresh, and the pork was well marinated, but the pickled vegetables were lighter than expected and did not provide enough acidity. Overall, it did not quite hit that classic Vietnamese banh mi flavor profile. The rice bowl was more disappointing. The pork itself was fine, but the rice was noticeably dry, which took away from the dish. Service was also on the slower side. While we were waiting, six out of six customers who came in after us ordered the PUR bowls, which makes me think those may be the items this place is better known for. Ambiance was just okay. There is indoor seating available, but the space feels designed for quick turnover, with hard surfaces and minimal cushioning rather than comfort. This place is great for a late night snack because they stay open until 1 am everyday. I ordered the garlic noodles with chicken and my husband ordered his with steak or meat, which was delicious. I also ordered the popcorn chicken without spice, it does come with dipping sauces but my personal opinion it's seasoned too much. You order the food at the counter and pick it up when it's ready; they make the food rather quickly. Anyway, there's maybe 5-6 shrimp (heads up, that it's skin on) and it's super dry. The ratio of shrimp and veggies to rice is super off. There's lots of rice. Tell me where else you can get an açaí bowl and a banh mi at 1 AM ? yeah, I'll wait. Exactly. This spot is undefeated. Everything they serve hits, but the açaí bowls are next-level. They stack them high and let you build your own without nickel and diming you for toppings. You can really load it up to its full potential. I love that you can mix bases (two flavors!) and the price difference between a small and medium is just a couple bucks might as well go for the medium. The large might be too much for me,but hey do you! It's one of my favorite late-night spots when I want something healthy but still satisfying. The staff is always nice and quick I've never had to wait long except that one time I ordered noodles (which were actually bomb by the way). I never leave reviews but I had to write something. The food itself was fine but I needed to use the restroom and an employee was in the men's restroom for the entirety of my meal around 20 minutes. To me, that just seems extremely unprofessional. If I'm being completely honest, I never noticed this restaurant, as it's almost tucked into the plaza. I absolutely love their bahn mi, I tried there chicken and If im being honest i would definitely choose the pork bahn-mi, I felt that the flavor on the chicken was little over whelming for myself. Over all their food is super delicious and made with care. I wish I could say the same about the staff, I usually call in my order, and I've had no issues with that at all, but when picking up, one of the girls was a bit rude and did not seem like she wanted to help. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't bother calling either. Placed a DoorDash order and one of the items was out of stock, apparently, and they just replaced it with lord knows what; no call or explanation was given on what it was replaced with. I called them to figure out what they had randomly replaced the item with and a female answered and then left me on hold for 10 minutes (no, I'm not exaggerating); I tried to give them time to get back to the phone, but no one ever came back. All I could hear was background noise. I tried to call back with no answer. An hour passed from placing my order so I contacted DoorDash to cancel and they even offered compensation on top because of how awful this experience was. To management: The call took place around 10:30pm on Monday, 5/25/2026 and was answered by a female. Food is great but, my all time favorite item that use to be on the menu is no longer offered. I'm not sure if I will be coming back to any of their locations after this. I remember I use to order different proteins with different dishes, mixed and matched. A specific protein for their sandwich wouldn't be on the protein list for their garlic noodles and I would request it. They never have an issue writing it in their special request. Ordered popcorn chicken "extra spicy" and the girl kept insisting they "don't do that" so I asked if I could just get extra spicy seasoning and she still did t comprehend. I've been here several times from the afternoon or late night and their signature sandwiches and rice bowls weren't that good, it was always way too salty. It was either salty or the portion size was never consistent. The only menu item that really stayed consistent was their Crawfish Pasta. Their crawfish pasta is slightly sweet and a bit of spice which is great. Back then, their crawfish pasta had a good amount of sauce but it seems with inflation, it'll be less sauce or it'll depend on their cook. To me, their service wasn't all that welcoming and more of a take-out experience. The ambiance inside is just ok, their tables are weirdly always sticky which is why I never dine-in. I got the garlic noodles with bulgogi short rib steak, and honestly, I was disappointed. The so-called "short rib steak" was not short rib or steak. It looked like thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin. For the price, I would've rather eaten somewhere else. The bulgogi flavor was basic, sweet, didn't have any depth... think of it as if you're eating a sweet version of Yoshinoya's beef, except you know what you signed up for when eating there. The garlic noodles lacked any real garlic flavor... or flavor in general. They also gave me two sauces: one green & mildly spicy, the other looked like teriyaki (it didn't rlly taste like it IMO). I couldn't figure it out, and neither paired well with the noodles or the meat. If you're someone who won't leave your bubble to go try good Asian food down in Gardena, K-town, OC, or Pasadena, then sure, go at it. Side note: They also sell açaí bowls, but I'm not sure if that's a separate business since it had its own name, even though the same staff was handling both. This is a busy parking lot but it's not difficult to find parking, there's a lot of in and out movement. The golden baos are FIRE! It's a ground pork filled deep fried bun. Delicately sweet and savory. The NK Wings good? They're very lightly breaded and crispy. The light green sauce is tangy and has quite a bit of a kick on the backside. The garlic noodles were tasty but over cooked and a little soft for me. The shrimps are also lightly breaded and fried. I'm a shell eater, I like fried shrimps with the shells on. These seemed like they might have been pre-cooked and sitting as they weren't crispy enough. The Cajun fries were crisped well! What a surprise. We just stopped in as a last min choice for a quick dinner before the movies for Father's Day. We left satisfied and delighted. It's a pretty cozy spot, was quiet when we got there but got louder as people showed up. It was clean and well kept, has a nice to go station by the door in case you don't finish all the goodies. The garlic noodles, chicken, steak and shrimp were all tasty! The Cajun fries were super crispy and fresh. That being said, I think the fries could use a bit more seasoning imo.
