I ordered an 8-piece shrimp tempura and only received 7. Missing one shrimp might not seem like a big deal, but considering they also sell them in 2-piece portions, it is a big deal to me. I really love their shrimp tempura, so it was disappointing to have my order come up short. I also ordered an XL two-protein combo, but they gave me a regular size instead. What can you say? It's a Yoshinoya and it seems to do a good job on the orders. No mistakes after a feee times ordering via the app. Today the app didn't work so had to wait around. I have been coming to this location for the last 3 decades. Food prepared and cooked here is much more fresh and better tasting than the other ones I have been to. Service has always been quick and expedient. If you are in drive thru, and it's delayed, they will kindly ask you to move up and waiting from there isn't that much longer. And the ladies working at the register are always pleasant and beyond COURTEOUS. None of them has ever been rude. Wish I can give 0 stars I got nasty dry chicken with cold teryaki sauce, mushy rice, mushy frozen tasting vegetables. You can tell the chicken was most definitely frozen before cooking. Absolutely no flavor at all what so ever in this meal. Even the spring rolls are soggy as fuck I was extremely disappointed with the customer service as IOANA gave me a hard time. She wouldn't refund me. I gave them the food back untouched and they only offered to exchange it and a free side of 2 egg rolls. I took the offer against my will. I went home to eat and I took one bite out of everything and was extremely disappointed please don't come to this location. I much prefer the location in Maywood! They got their shit together. I overheard Ioana speaking negatively about customers to multiple fellow employees on their headphones, while I was waiting for my food. Please don't talk badly about guest saying they're rude when in fact you are rude! This order was taken place on Monday 10-21-24 at 12:35 pm. If there's anything more I can do please reach out to me to resolve this type of problem for future guests. Ioana made me not want to go to this location of Yoshinoya again. I'm aware she is a manager there so please HR do something about this. Also why are none of the employees working in the kitchen wearing gloves while handling food? They trick you into thinking the drive through is not busy but in reality all the cars are parked waiting for food! I was parked for 15 minutes along with three other cars. I'd stopping coming here but they remodeled after a fire so I tried it out again. At first they were quick and now its back to the same!
