    Pho rare steak large $12
    Timothy H.

GREAT PHO PLACE! I overlooked this place and I'm glad I finally tried it! The pho was delicious! Noodles were cooked just right and the steak was tasty. I got the large pho with rare steak. The both was full of flavor and authentic. The service was very good. Pho was made very quickly and the quality was excellent. The large pho only costed $12!! The ambiance is cozy. There's a decent amount of seating and it gives an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. I'm looking forward to coming back here next time!

Vermicelli with pork, shrimp and egg roll. The sweet fish sauce takes of the packing space. Shrimp was a little rubbery...lacking meat.

Pho Vy: I stopped going here cause I got big black hair in my food. But I had a friend who was in the neighborhood and wanted some Pho. I only came back because I didn't want to travel to Federal Way. I got the Bun Bo Hue. So disappointing, I didn't get my blood cake meat or pork knuckle like the picture that was displayed in the menu. It was mainly broth and again barely any meat. Just the sliced beef and processed ham... This is why I don't come here anymore. Hope everyone experiment is better.

We came here and they got busy around 1pm on a Sunday. I tried their Bún Bò Huế and it was not as spicy as I hoped it would be but it was fine. It came with a small cup of chili oil and it helped on making it a bit more spicy to my liking. My friend recommended me to get the Glass Jelly With Coconut Milk and it was definitely my highlight of this place.

A sincere family mom and pop pho house that serves great food. Served by nice owners and they make an effort to connect with their customers by small talk and they give away candies. Every time I come here with my son, they smile and compliment the kids-- very motherly like. If you want a hot meal and quick lunch, give this local place a try!

I popped in here for a light bite after my nail appointment and quickly realized what a gem of a restaurant this is! They were blasting old pop songs (think Bananarama), had all the condiments and silverware at the table, kept your water cup full, and brought the food quickly after ordering. The minute I tried the fish sauce, I was sold. I got the B1 - bun tom thit nuong cha gio (vermicelli salad with grilled pork, shrimp, and egg roll). It was delicious, and I ate the whole bowl before I knew it! The owner/server was adorable, friendly, and on top of everything! The restaurant filled pretty quickly, and I could tell this was a beloved place to eat for so many folks.

everytime i come here, i always get the grass jelly w/coconut milk and the cơm gà chiên tỏi. the grass jelly drink is so refreshing and it also comes with rainbow jelly, and the chicken is perfectly crispy and flavorful!! if you haven't tried those items yet - i highly recommend!!!

I've been to pho Vy a few times in about 6 or so years. I've tried some of the items on the menu, but my opinion I enjoy their pho more than the other dishes. They are located just around the corner from my house. We've frequented the restaurant that used to be next door until they closed. We try to support small businesses in our city as much as we can. There are a lot of pho places around, so far they are the better ones around. The last time we went to visit pho vy, the service was over the top. I had not experienced this in the past, but this time they were exceptional as far as service goes. We will be back and support this mom and pop shop, and their pho.

Great place for fast Vietnamese Food! This place was very busy with the people eating in and also people picking up their to go orders, which was a good sign that their food was good. The servers were moving quickly to ensure everyone was taken care of. The gyoza was hot and crispy with a lot of pork filling. The garlic chicken wings were finger licking good! So much flavor packed into a tiny wing. The pho had good flavor and came with the usual toppings. My daughter wasn't too impressed by the chicken teriyaki and said it was dry. I highly recommend the house special fried rice! You can tell they cooked it on a well seasoned wok.

This is my go to pho restaurant. The pho here is very good. The broth is very tasty! The service is great. The owner always say hi and ask how we're doing? The order here comes fast, within 5 - 6 minutes. The place is pretty clean and the atmosphere here is good, not too crowded and noisy like some other restaurants. Overall, the many times I have eaten here has always been pleasant!

    Fried rice

The absolute BEST fried rice I've ever had in my life (house special in the picture, without shrimp sub beef, and no onion), my mom and I are obsessed with it. I've tried so many other places closer to where I live hoping to find something remotely as good, but nothing comes close, like not at all. I used to live less than 10min away, now I'm 30min, but even still I'll make the drive at least once a week. I don't know what it is, the type of rice (it's obviously white), or how they cook it, but it's so unique and unlike anything I've ever had. They also include and have Chinese sausage, something I've not been able to find at any teriyaki, Thai, or pho place. Once you try this fried rice you'll never want it from any other spot, I promise you that. The house special fried rice is enough for a meal by itself and the portions are huge. For all the protein they include its not too cheap, about $17-$18 with tip, but it's so worth it. Trust me, just go try it.

New item at this place I've been coming for a year! Homemade jelly and lychee flavor in coconut milk! Not overly sweet and fun to eat!

Upon arrival on the rainy day i was offered water or warm tea and opted for both. Nothing better than that combo for me. Ordered my usual... Pho with rare steak, tripe, tendon and added meatballs. Broth is flavorful, as with anything you make it how you want after the initial taste and i only add limes and chili oil with the added basil. Nothing else. Fun fact: sriracha and hoisin are meant to be on the side to dip in, not poor into the broth. Also what makes me come back here is the Pork Patty Spring Rolls. The added crispy crunch on the inside makes these next level with the dark Romaine and just enough noodles to not overwhelm them like other places. A little added tunes whether traditional or not would be great. Or maybe the sound from the TVs playing food videos from around Vietnam would be cool. The silence was actually a could change up with the air conditioning and sound from the kitchen cooking. Great experience and glad i finally got to come in here!

There were a few people picking up at the time we entered, but nobody else dining in. When one of the servers came with our cold waters, we placed our food order right away with her. We got two orders of the Pork Patty Spring Rolls, a Kids Meatball Pho, a Combination Pho, a Grilled Chicken Noodle Bowl and a Vietnamese Pancake. After about 5 minutes, we got the Pork Patty Spring Rolls. Every single time we order them, they taste so good!!! Hits the spot whenever we visit this restaurant. Probably our favorite dish, actually. After we devoured the Spring Rolls, our entrees came out - Combination Pho and the Kids Meatball Pho. Then a few minutes later, the Grilled Chicken Noodle Bowl came out. I normally like to pour some Sriracha and Hoisin Sauce into my Noodle Bowl along with the sauce it originally comes with. Mixing everything in all of that makes it that much more flavorful for me! Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, the food and the service. The Pho broth seemed a little bland and not seasoned as well as before. Other than that, all of the other food items were tasty and to our liking. The restaurant itself has ample amount of space to sit at since there are plenty of seating and tables available. Parking outside is good, there are plenty of spaces to park at as well. There used to be a Big 5 Sporting Goods store, but since that's gone, parking hasn't been an issue at all. They have pretty decent Vietnamese food for reasonable prices and adequate portions.

Luckily I saw Pho T & L was open and I've had this place saved for a while so this was the best timing to try them out. We arrived and it was pretty busy and we weren't sure if we seated ourselves or someone else seats us as it took a few minutes for us to get noticed. After a little of standing awkwardly near the entrance, someone noticed us and motioned us to sit near the check out area which you do need to go up and pay rather than wait for someone to drop off a check. We were given waters and menus and given a decent amount of time to decide what we wanted. My friends got a lemonade with tea, Thai tea, shaking beef and combo vermicelli while my boyfriend got the shaking beef and egg rolls and I got the Bun Bo Hue and spring rolls. My boyfriend got his egg rolls and I didn't get my spring rolls until after everyone's' order came in so I have a feeling that the employee who took our order forgot or the kitchen forgot. There was no apology or anything for it either. I got my food first, after several minutes the shaking beef came out and after another a while my friend got his vermicelli bowl. Luckily we weren't pressed for time but it made it awkward as we didn't get our food at the same time and it took a bit to get them. I am a slow eater so I guess it worked out that I got mine first but I also didn't receive my spring rolls until I brought it up once we received everything else. The food was phenomenal and our friends said their drinks were perfect too. I did enjoy my Bun Bo Hue, though I did make it a bit more spicier with their chili oil. They have plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all party sizes. They do have a bathroom but you have to go through a long, scary hallway to get to it. The tables have probably the cutest container for their chili oil but I appreciate that they have napkins, sriracha, hoisin, and utensils on the table. The employees don't really check in often and they didn't really come by to fill our waters until we were down with our meal. The service was also pretty much non-existent, it wasn't rude but just felt rushed and cold.
