Both the Bun Rieu and chicken wings were so bland. Crab paste pho with no crab taste and buttery wings with no butter. Absolutely disappointed. Rather go to foodcourt than here. Once and for all. Won't come back. With so many good Pho places in Markham/ Richmond Hill these days, I truly cannot recommend this place here at Yelp.

Tried the clear noodles and it was delicious! I want it again, already! Such a great celery flavour! Friends had the pho and spring rolls...gobbled it all up!

I stopped by here w/ friends on an evening when the resto wasn't too busy. The resto is located off Vogell in the Turtle Jack's plaza. Parking is usually packed at night on weekends so just be mindful of that. The resto itself actually does have a fair amount of seating. The menu is one page (double sided). Really appreciate how simple it is. We ordered up some wings as an appetizer, then for mains - a large house special pho, grilled pork chop & chicken on rice (w/ a fried egg add-on) and a bun rieu (crab noodle soup). Fried wings w/ fish sauce: Great wings. Better than Art of Pho, better than Pho Tai Bac, better than NAM, better than Kim Po, better than Green Lemon Grass. Could actually taste the fish sauce in the skin. Pho: Pho gave me Pho Vietnam Sky City vibes as they offer fresh noodles and dried noodles here. I would say the beef quality was actually not the best (unchewable sinew attached to some pieces). The Art of Pho and Pho Tai Bac put better beef in their pho. Broth quality was thumbs up. Grilled pork & chicken rice: NAM at leslie and 16th literally right across the street makes way better grilled rice dishes. You can skip the grilled dishes here. We should've ordered beef stew or vermicelli instead. I could've made this at home. Hard pass Viet crab noodle soup (bun rieu): This dish was great. The soup was complex. Had crab roe running through it. Deep tomato punch. Nice sausage and tripe running through it. This dish we would order again. Happy family-run joint and service was pretty on point. They brought us extra broth when we asked for it and didn't charge for it which I thought was very honest! Will come back to try the curry, vermicelli and beef stew some time in the future!

Consistently great food, relatively lower price than the competition, and super service makes me visit this place once a week. The curry chicken rice and laksa lemak plus the chicken wings with fish sauce are just divine.

Currently they are having a grand opening special with 15% off. This place is located in the plaza north on 16th off of Vogel road which has Tim Hortons facing the street. There is plenty of parking though weekends can get busier due to the dim sum restaurant right across in the same plaza. Upon entering my other half and I were greeted immediately and were told to sit where ever we liked, which was great since we had a stroller. Thankfully being a Tuesday at lunch, the place was relatively empty with a few tables scattered through out, but still lots of space to navigate a stroller through and park it beside our table. Anyone that has a stroller or little one will appreciate the amount of space, and noise level inside. It wasnt too noisy to disturb a little one, but noisy enough that you wouldnt notice if a little one was randomly babbling and let out some squeals. The menu is a simple laminated two sided card with a pretty decent selection of Vietnamese goodies including the usual pho and also a few specialized dishes. We ended up getting the house special pho large with vietnamese crab noodle soup and a side of fresh shrimp rolls. The food came out almost immediately and well prepared. Another bonus point as when dining with a little one your on a timer before your little one goes nuts, so I appreciated the fact the food came out so quick. The food was quite decent, though I would say this place ranks up there, but isnt in the upper echelon of the best pho places ever. But compared to whats in the area, I would have to dare say that this is one of the more authentic pho places. Their pricing seems a touch on the higher side, but still within reason. Overall I would not hesitate to come back, though I wouldnt go out of my way to go to this place. Theres a lot of good things going for it, including a clean interior that is easy to navigate with a little one (so appreciated), food came out fast, decent taste and reasonable pricing. A welcome addition to the Richmond Hill/Markham area

Grand opening 15% off | Vietnamese| Pho | Non-LLBO New Vietnamese restaurant within the Turtle Jack's plaza. Currently offers Skip the Dishes delivery app. Service was okay. Restaurant was clean and spacious. Food was okay, not super amazing but not bad. Presentation was nice. My friend says the pho soup (P01) was MSG soup and not actually boiled broth. My Bún Riêu (NS02) was okay, not heavy on crab taste. The grilled chicken pork fried egg rice (C7) was a nice portion. The egg was cooked perfectly. But I wish there were pickled radish with the carrots. The friend chicken wings (A5) was good. The Singapore radish cake (A6) could be better. Could be crisper with more flavours and spices. The Vietnamese hot coffee (BB1) was okay.

Came here with the family last week. First time trying and it noticed it's relatively new to the plaza. Nice clean place that is fairly kid friendly. We got the shrimp spring rolls, the rare beef pho, and the bun Rieu. Spring rolls seemed fresh and were a decent size. We got a large beef rare pho and it actually felt larger than a usual large. Like an XL at other places. Good flavour and soup broth and lots of noodles + beef. The thing that was missing was the plate of beansprouts. Should've asked but next time. The bun Rieu was also relatively large and came with all the usual fixings. The broth wasn't as intense flavour as other ones I've had but it was still pretty good. Price wise, this beats all other pho places in the area so far since everyone has gone to a minimum $15 for pho. Would be back!

Very big place. More than enough tables. Food is ok. Nothing special. The spring roll is doing not very good today.

Amazing AUTHENTIC Vietnamese food in Richmond Hill (finally). Meats are truly grilled (not pan fried), pho broth is not super salty, brisket/beef tastes great, spring rolls authentic, and great overall service + clean restaurant. You know it's authentic when they have chilli garlic sauce/paste + Siracha. Prices are very reasonable, especially based on portions given. A+++

Ordered the Pho house special. Authentic taste. Love that they have the fresh noodle option. Generous portions and reasonably priced. Food came pretty quick.

Wow this place has hot pepper, without even asking

This place is okay.... Nothing special. Soup is not bad, but the meat they use is not the best of grade. Very regular pho place.

Not my first time at this restaurant, but it definitely has been over a decade since my last visit…read more Went for lunch today and it was a bit busier than I thought it would be for 1pm, which is great for the restaurant considering people are dining out less these days. We were seated right away and menus provided at the same time. There was a Lunch Special menu but we decided to order full portions from the regular menu. We were able to order right away and our drinks and ice water were brought out. Our food was brought out fairly quickly, all of it being hot. Roti is a must order item! The noodles were also very tasty with the shrimp not being overcooked. Fried chicken was crispy on the outside and nice and juicy inside. Service was attentive with the servers checking on us every so often and clearing empty plates away. When we were done eating, the server packed up our leftovers for us instead of just giving us containers. You can pay by card or cash, but just be advised that they do not accept $100 bills. Parking was pretty easy to get a spot that wasn't too far from the entrance.

We were quickly seated and the service was really attentive and appreciated. At around 6-630pm the restaurant began to quickly fill with couples and families. We had the chicken and shrimp Pad Thai and the Nasi Lemak Ayam Goring. We really enjoyed the fried chicken, coconut rice of the Nasi Lemak Ayam Goring, and the amount of spice in the sambal onion and anchovies. The noodles in the Pad Thai had a firm texture which we liked, but for me the sauce was a bit sweet. If coming to the restaurant from 6pm on a weekend, the parking lot is very busy and you could be circling for a parking spot and having to move around vehicles that are double parked for take-out orders.

My fav restaurant for #valentinesday…read more Baked Alaska is still my fav dessert ever, that passionfruit truly elevates the taste profile. I loved the duck confit eggs Benny! It was hearty and flavorful! The eggs were very runny and I used the English muffins and delicious garlic home fries to soak it all up! I'm most pleasantly surprised that we can order from the brunch menu at dinner. I didn't try the AAA steak but I was told that this was absolutely delicious and he wished it was a bigger portion. The rice underneath is a pilaf :) Service was standard. I mean, I don't come here for the service anyway. It's a slightly upscale atmosphere here, no sweatpants please!

Menu change in May 2026! Wild Beast, and many corn flavoured dishes…read more Downside: no more baked Alaska on their dessert menu! Upside: great Asian fusion flavours in the brunch line up. The music is a bit loud and reminded me of club/lounge music, not a chill jazz relaxing brunch atmosphere. Service was slow and the kitchen even slower. When the hostess sat us at our reserved table, she brought up the 90 minute seating rule. Our food didn't come out until the hour mark, so come prepared for hungry or little ones. The Korean french toast has an amazing crunch on the outside and super moist and soft brioche inside. The four slices looked big but was very easy to demolish. PB & J Hamburger was interesting! That is definitely a brunchy sounding dish and it did not disappoint. It was a delicious, messy, goopy burger with so much flavour. Burrata arugula salad with long thin strips of prosciutto was very light. The fig wedges were sweet and this dish was a great starter without being too heavy. Biscoff Latte is always a pleaser; bit of a strange glassware choice for a hot beverage as it has no handles.
