Staff was rude and food was disappointing. My family and I have been here a few times before . First two times the food AND service was amazing . Lately it's been ok.. but today!! Horrible . The girl with glasses was so rude to us, rolling her eyes and just giving us a bad attitude. I went to go take my daughter to the restroom and she was cleaning the men's when I was walking by. She said she just mopped but NO WET FLOOR SIGN?! So I wait a bit but my daughter REALLY had to go. So when I was walking back and told her my daughter really needs to go . STILL no wet floor sign she just tells me to becareful and rolls her eyes at me . Before THAT we sent our bowls back to possibly get it remade because the noddles were soggy and the broth was NOT good. So we told her and she asked if we wanted it remade and we just agreed. NOPE! Second bowl was just gross. I'm very disappointed. The spring rolls were premade you can taste it . It's one thing the food being gross but it's another the staff actively talking shit too. They were just all staring at us and you can TELL they were talking about us. they just had a very negative vibe . Do better guys. Kitchen AND front staff. The problem isn't the customers it's the employees. If the owner doesn't retrain or hire new staff , then this business is gonna go down hill real quick. read more

This used to be Noodle 21, and we would come here almost every week. Ever since it became Pho Viet, it just hasn't been the same. The food has changed, and our favorite dish, the Crispy Pan-Fried Noodles with Beef, was available once after they reopened, but the next time we came back they said they no longer had it. That was really disappointing. The restaurant itself has changed a little too. The last time we visited, the music was so loud it made it hard to enjoy the meal. It's sad because this used to be one of our favorite spots, but it just isn't the same anymore. read more

Food tasted like it went bad and the service was very rude. There were multiple hairs in the sauces and once brought up the employee they tried justifying it by saying it was a part of it. The employees have a very eerie vibe and kept looking at me and my friends like we offended them by just being there. One of my friends was even trying to use the restroom and they were making her feel uncomfortable by knocking on the door and watching her leave the restroom. Clearly didn't even wanna give em the 1 star but I guess , first off that damn broth was sour , sec off I found a hair in my food and they had said that it was the hair from the tendon like I ain't dumb I know what a damn hair look like let it slide took a sip of it sour ass broth they didn't serve us the condiments till we had to mention it, I'll give em the start for the playlist cause it was lowk bangers but I wouldn't recommend coming to this place better PHo out there service wasn't even all that either you had to get up to tell em for stuff, and when I had mention the hair in my food they didn't even look like they cared I went back to my seat expecting them to come and take my bowl or some no I had to get up and take them the bowl read more

The broth was a little too sweet and one of my friends found hair in one of the chili oils and in her soup and one of the managers tried to tell my friend it was the tendon from the meat even though my friend showed us the hair that she pulled out her soup along with the one from the oil. I don't know if it's because of the inflation but the price of their menu are very high compared to the amount of food you get and the quality. I order a regular size pho and 4 piece egg rolls which came out to be $35 including tip. One main dish and an appetizer at a casual pho restaurant costing this much must be a joke. Both of the dish tasted too strong and has an overpowering seasoning taste. But the reason why I give two star is because the male server who served our food kept on biting his fingers and nails at the register counter nonstop. I can't believe what I was seeing. Go to the restroom or get a nail clipper or I don't know go somewhere else to do that! That's sick and so unsanitary. After he served our drinks and food he would go back to the counter and started putting his fingers in his mouth. This place used to be noodle 22, and I'm not sure if this is just a rebrand or if there are new owners, but the experience my friend had at noodle 22 was the opposite of what I experienced here at pho viet. At noodle 22, she said the staff was extremely rude to her, and told her she ordered too much food, forgot their drinks, and the food was super oily. Here at the new pho viet, I experienced amazing service, really giant portions of food (especially for the fair pricing), and great Thai tea. I will say, I was here on a lunch break, so I was a in a bit of a rush, so I felt that the food could have been brought out a little sooner. But my friend and I were still able to make our orders, finish our meals, and go back to work in the span of 45 minutes. I will definitely be coming here again and recommending my friends this place. read more

When you first walk into the restaurant, it has nice natural lighting due to the large glass windows. We weren't greeted upon entering and after standing for a minute we decided to seat ourselves. I ordered chicken noodle pho with egg noodle, the broth was more on the warm side vs hot, but the egg noodles were slightly firmly and had a good bite to it! Chicken was cut thinly and easy to eat. The egg rolls were slightly overcooked. There was a burnt taste to them but with the dipping sauce it was fine. This location used to be Noodle21 and this is my first time since it's changed management. I'll come back another time to see if they have improved, but overall decent experience. read more

Dude, this place has the best pho ever like fr. I've tried other pho restaurants and nothing is even compared to this. The broth is so flavorful as well as their beef and chicken. I didn't even have to add any sauces to the broth from how bomb it is. It tastes like all the ingredients are super fresh. The service was absolutely incredible. Horrible experience--honestly the worst I've had here, which is shocking because this wasn't my first time dining here. The food has always been just okay, but I've never dealt with this server before or had anything like this happen. Multiple items in our order were completely wrong: I ordered shrimp pho and received beef, shrimp spring rolls came with pork, and our egg rolls didn't arrive until the end of the meal. I was also charged extra for boba in my Thai tea after being told they were out. I stayed polite through all of it, but when I simply asked for a drink refill, another server rudely refused with a nasty attitude. At that point, I requested a refund for the drink my child didn't even drink due to the mistake--also refused. When I asked to speak to the owner, communication was difficult and the situation escalated, with staff arguing instead of resolving the issue. Only after a long back-and-forth did they refund the drink--something that should've been handled immediately. The way this was handled was unacceptable. I've left plenty of positive reviews in the past, but this experience deserves to be shared. Customers should be aware: mistakes happen, but how you treat people afterward matters--and this place completely missed the mark. read more
