Not exactly the same as it used to be with the original owners, but still tasty pho and more.

My daughter wanted Pho for dinner so we decided to try out Pho Viet. The Pho I had was extremely flavorful and plentiful! The fried rice was fluffy and and delicious. It was so nice that the owner/chef came out to check on us. We will definitely be back.

After reviewing several pho restaurants from yelp, we decided to go to this one cause of the great reviews. So glad we went and actually love this place. We ordered pho noodles (taste authentic), beef fried rice (so-so, a little sweet to me), fried tofu spring rolls (was alright), and fried wonton (taste great). I gave 4-star cause our intention is to order the noodles and they are delicious!!! I look forward to try more items on the menu next time I go back. Server was great, super nice, fast, and handled the entire restaurant by himself in the front. Kudos to this guy. Chef was amazing too, every so often brings food out and talk to customers. Great customer service!!

Absolutely delightful. Flavor in every bite and soothes the soul after a long day. 10/10

Crispy dumplings...this is to go so they aren't as crispy by the time they got home so recommend to eat these at the restaurant

Vietnamese food is my comfort food. There are a few Viet Restaurants around town and I prefer certain dishes at each place. Pho Viet is my go to for BÚN CHẢ GIÒ THỊT NƯỚNG (vermicelli with fried egg roll and grilled pork). This is salad-esque with noodles, lettuce, bean sprouts, pickled daikon, cucumbers served cold while the grilled pork and egg roll is hot. Pour the fish sauce (and some chili paste) on top like a dressing and mix it all up for a fresh Vietnamese salad of sorts. The Pho here is better than some other local places but it's not my go to here. Small restaurant with not too many tables but i've never had to wait long to get one. Service is good. They now serve a variety of Asian beers and wine by the glass and bottle.

Only two piece of shrimp and not very flavorful

Seeing Causa on the menu brought me right back to living in Miami & ordering it at a small cafeteria near the Peruvian embassy. I'll get the ceviche next visit. I ordered the Causa de Pollo- layers of mashed yellow potatoes, shredded chicken, avocado, pink sauce, topped with a boiled egg. On arrival my friends were easily assisted and provided a spot outside upon request for four of us for brunch. Server, Michelle, made sure all could be set up quickly- balloons and cake. She was exceptional. Quick service, very thorough, super friendly- but not just that, very personable. Answered all our questions and made great suggestions. Appetizers were Buffalo cauliflower (not on brunch menu) and spinach dip. Both were wonderful- great flavor and portion size was large. Meals; Two Short Rib Benedict's- Large serving, we each ate half. Good amount of meat on 2 pieces of seasoned toast with eggs and a side of home fries. Two salads- one goat cheese and one fig. One plain and one with shrimp. Super tasty. Started off with a bottle of champagne for mimosas. When time for our cake, Michelle was quick to action and bring plates and utensils. She felt like part of the celebration over just being our server. Really haven't had this level of service or genuine personality at any restaurant before- not even for upscale nights out. We will be back.
