I don't usually leave a review if I ordered from DoorDash, but I was pretty disappointed by the quality. They didn't have the Grilled Beef Bahn Mi so I went with Chicken. I didn't even eat all the meat out of the bowl (much less anything else) because even that was flavourless. I left a similar review on DoorDash as I actually tried this for the first time through delivery, so I will be copy pasting what I put there. A plus, they have the meat in the broth so it's so much easier to mix for to go orders. This is probably my new favorite Pho place now. Since moving back from college ive been missing a good pho, but more importantly a good banh mi. Both are amazing a flavorful, the pho with trip and round eye was amazing and has so much meat, and there was so much food I have left overs to eat for lunch today. The portions are huge and the B1. I finally tried Pho Viet 75! I'm pleased with the experience, and I hope this restaurant stays and grows in this area. I ordered the #10 pho bowl. It was a lot of food compared to the typical pho place we go to. The sriracha is back on the tables, so we had all the extra addings that we needed. The servers were friendly and quick to serve. The restaurant itself was just tables with a couple of televisions. It's right on the Main Street, so street parking is available. We stopped by for lunch, based off the positive google maps review. If we dove deeper and read the reviews, we would have avoided. Street parking (2 hours or less) is available for ease of parking. Entering Phở Viet 75, there are tables on opposite walls, and a clear walking path to the register. After being seated, service was friendly and quick. The phở is what we ordered, what we received fell short of many other restaurants we had the pleasure of dining at. The broth was lacked an aroma, it was also bland and cloudy. The thinly sliced meat cuts were tough, and the noodles arrived soggy. The plate of add ins (bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and limes) were fresh, but added little to brighten the broth. Only hoisin sauce is available at the tables, and it is overly sweet. Asked the staff for sriracha, they told us they had none. We asked for other brands (we are fully aware of the Huy Fong shortage), they had none. They did not even have a house made sauce either. They did have hot sauce (taste like tapatio), but it too added little flavor to the phở. read more

There is a pho place in Catonsville that I have always gone to exclusively for the past 10 years. But since it was really out of the way, I wanted to try a different place closer to work so that I can pick it up on my way home. Well, I think I found it. If the flavor of the broth is 10 in Catonsville, I would rate this a 9.5. Very close. I do like that this place gives separate bags of veggies and a bowl for the noodles for each order when you carry out. The other place always combine the veggies for multiple order. Ordered the seafood pho which was described online as having shrimp, squid balls, fish balls, and shrimp balls. I counted 4 shrimp and 2 shrimp balls. That's it folks! There were some veggies and imitation crab meat thrown into the mix of what can only be described as Swanson broth. I also ordered the summer rolls which were made in a way I've never seen before. They used a smidgen of noodles and a bunch of iceberg lettuce, which is not how summer rolls are made. Lastly, I'd like to comment on the noodles provided for the pho. My husband and I stopped here to get our brunch. The restaurant was cleaned and organized. The staff is nice and friendly. I decided to have Pho special. The broth was delicious and flavorful. We were glad to see this restaurant open after a long wait with the coming soon sign. Got the pho ga (chicken) and it was delicious. Got the large and had lots meat and noodles. Order time was fast and very good to go packaging. The closing time needs to be updated on Yelp and on the website for Sunday's. We will be back to try more dishes. read more

I was in the area and passed by Pho Viet 75. Decided I'd give a local business a try. I came in on a Tuesday evening around 6pm. The dining area was empty and the counter was quiet. I was happy to see a bowl of noodles wasn't going to cost me an arm and leg -- coming in at $12 for a standard bowl (no extras). I was satisfied with the portion i got for my $12 plus tip. I was given a side of fresh basil, jalapeño, and healthy drop of bean sprouts. My only reservation was the broth was on the salty side, and, I'm a salt fiend. To me, the shop lost minor points for not having soap or paper towels in the Men's Room. Without soap, employees are not washing their hands -- however, when I came in, there were only females working. Also, lost a few points for the table being lopsided (but it didn't rock), and sticky. Service was transactional - meaning there was not special warmth in greeting, or salutation after signing the receipt. If you got to eat, then, this place will do the trick. read more

The inside table were clean and pretty typical pho restaurant. My wife who ordered the combo pho No.1 and I ordered the grilled pork No.18. My wife who told me the pho was good better than some of restaurants that she had before. My grilled pork was way below expectations. I love pho. Well, good pho. The flavor really has to be right or it's a just a bowl of soup. We picked Pho Viet 75 because they tout delivery. Huge plus for my family during the pandemic. And the delivery was pretty fast. My main problem with our order was due to portions. I ordered two bowls of Pho with everything, and added meatballs and an extra portion of noodles (spring rolls and egg rolls). The food was really good. Flavors were on par with some of our local favorites. What killed it for us were the portions of additional ingredients. Barely any. I love the tripe and tendons. I know, most of you just gagged. But it's about having the right consistencies and pops of flavor that makes soup exquisite: A nice pop of sweet corn in my crab soup or shrimp chips in my tomato soup, for me, that's what it's all about...if not, I have to eat crackers..like a parrot. (Note: I freaking love crackers in my soup, but generally in addition to a can of soup I bought for $3 or under. Not a $16.50 ($13.99 Pho Biet Special with meatballs $2.50 extra) bowl of soup, who's name is part of your restaurant's monicker. Another problem I had with this order was with the round eye steak coming already cooked...floating in the broth takeout cylinder, like some kind of Frankenstein lab experiment. I like mine rare to medium rare. Not over cooked, wrinkly, with a zombie grey hue. I didn't end up trying to eat it, which made the entire meal a bit more dismal. Thank goodness there was still some well done brisket, and meatballs to keep me from feeding the bowl to my hungry garbage disposal (who had a hard time chiseling through that round eye steak). All in all, it was still good. The broth was close in recipe to some of my favorite pho spots. Only lacking in richness and salinity. Half of which was resolved with a quick sprinkle from the shaker only an arms length away. The egg rolls were yummy. Not as yummy as my mother's recipe (she's a self taught chef from Japan and cooks recipes her 5 sons have failed to duplicate over the last 50 years) and 1/4 the size (which feels a bit cheap to me. Especially at $2.375 a roll). The spring rolls were on par with other local spots. I feel I've painted my experience with Pho Viet 75 as a negative experience. But to be fair, I did eat most of it...which was pretty good. It just goes to show you that quality control is such a large issue today. And, for me, the deal breaker of my patronage. Perfection. Note, I am not a connoisseur of pho - take this review, knowing that in advance. Small menu. Clean, quiet, relatively inexpensive. What they do, they do it right. I believe I ordered the #9 - well done brisket and another type of meat. No need for extra anything, noodles/meat/standard pho fixings - you get ample everything: bean sprouts, sliced jalapenos, Thai basil, sliced lime, two types of savory/with heat & sweetness, sauces. Brought it home, dumped in all into a bowl and devoured everything in one sitting. Spring rolls were super fresh and served with a peanut dipping sauce. Pho Viet was really good! Seems like they're still working some kinks out, since one of our orders was wrong (wanted just brisket and rare steak, but got tripe and tendon as well). I called in my order and was told it would take 15 minutes, but when I got there it took another 15 for a grand total of 30. So for now, don't order if you're in a rush. Either way, not a huge deal since this is to be expected when you are barely reopening. They are currently cash only, with plans to get a CC machine in the near future. As far as the food goes, the broth was good and the noodles were solid. We also ordered the summer rolls (shrimp, lettuce, bean sprout, carrot wrapped in rice paper) with peanut sauce which were DELICIOUS. Even though there were some hiccups, I will definitely order again. Hoping they work out these issues as time goes on, because the food is good! Recently tried out this restaurant while on Main Street. Not my usual Pho place but I was craving some and decided to try this out. I also ordered an appetizer of the 3 crispy po4k and shrimp rolls. First off the Pho. I ordered the well done brisket and tenderloin. The meat was ok not much bu enough. They only have one size bowl so took what they had. For me what makes the Pho is the broth and the broth here was definitely lacking the definition and boldness that I'm use to tasting at some other Pho spots. Not sure what it's missing but definitely causes the soup to be off. Also the broth is not seasoned well as other restaurants. As far as the spring rolls I pretty much wasted my money. They lacked pork and shrimp and were small like taquitos. They were dry and over fried. So the service was fast, it wasn't crowded it's not the worst Pho I've ever had but as a lover of Pho this place doesn't hit the mark at least for me. On a side not the service was great. read more

I don't understand all the raving reviews. Parking is difficult on Main Street. The restaurant itself feels old and in need of a deep cleaning and update. Several sections of the menu were crossed out. The staff were inexperienced and couldn't handle basic requests/questions (I heard another customer ask if the Thai Basil was mint. The server said she didn't know). I had two small kids with me and it was like pulling teeth to get small bowls and forks for them. We ordered egg rolls (what they call fried spring rolls here) and they never came. We reminded staff after waiting 30 minutes, and they still never came. We will not be back. Just drive to Rockville (Pho 75) or Burtonsville (Pho Real) for much better Pho in a better environment. If you're sitting at a pho restaurant for an hour and you haven't gotten your appetizer, there is a serious problem. read more
