All the meat was extremely tender and the fatty brisket definitely was fatty. The tendon melts in your mouth instantly. Great broth and perfect amount of noodles. The more I think about it, I'd have to say this was the best pho dac biet I've ever had. Nothing was chewy at all. The restaurant has a very organized feel and cleanliness. I'm impressed that everyone wears the same tshirt/uniform. The menu is also very well designed and easy to understand both viet and English. Great online website as well. We called and they said it must have been a mistake, so I went back to get it, and that's when they admitted they didn't put it in because they were running low and reserve it for those eating in house?! At no time did they notify us that our order was being changed... not during ordering, not during pickup, not when we were tipping them or when we called in later. I found them completely dishonest about the whole situation. I totally get that restaurants can run out of things, but you don't lie about it in the hope that take out orders want bother to follow up. Dishonest places like this is why people don't want to tip in advance. I am done with this place.

I was searching for a Banh Mi place to try and this place pops up in my search and of course I had to stop by and take a look. I don't even think there are any Asian or Vietnamese people who work there, they were all Hispanic. The bread is definitely not crunchy or fluffy as you would think in a traditional Banh mi. It was soft and mushy and I'd give it a zero star. This is the worst banh mi I've ever had in my life. I would not pay 7$ for this. You can even tell in the photo. The Banh beo was decent though except it did start to break apart easily as I got towards the bottom of the plate. 6$ does feel a little pricey for it but it saved my meal. 3 out of 5 star. The sesame ball was decent. For $1.50 I would definitely come back for. The filling was sweet and the ball was crunchy as I would expect. The only thing that I didn't like about it was that it was extremely greasy and soaked the brown paper back it was in. Even when I left it on the counter it's like all the oil just came out and bleed through making a small puddle of oil. 4 out of 5. Keep it in the plastic bag or put it on paper towels to get all of the excess oil before eating it. Overall the only thing I would go back to buy in the store is the side snacks. The menu is loaded with many Vietnamese delights, but I was only there for Pho, so I asked what broths they make and was surprised to learn they make beef, chicken, and vegetable broths for their Pho! Many places I visit only seem to make a beef, so I was happy to be able to enjoy chicken broth with my Phở gà. I told him to pack the order securely as I had a long drive home, but that clearly didn't happen. I didn't wait long for my order, maybe 10 minutes total and when I got it, it was in a tied plastic bag, which I carried out. I felt heat on the bottom and thought maybe one of the lids leaked, so when I looked at the lids, they were very poorly secured, which is an issue. They bought terrible, cheap, low-grade quart containers, which barely hold the lid. So I seatbelted the bag in my front seat and made it home fine. But when unpacking at home, I noticed the large round containers they put the main food in had lids that was sitting on top of the base, but didn't lock on at all - Again, cheap containers. They also had a nice assortment of accoutrement in that container, but everything was mixed together, both the cold and the hot - this is NOT appropriate. You should never pack cold and hot things in a single vessel when food is "to go." Even still, we separated everything and when it came time to eat, the noodles were so soft, they were melting. The broth was on the bland side, so I found myself adding Sriracha and salt for the first time ever to my Pho broth. The veggies were fresh though. The chicken looked and tasted good, but there were several odd, dark pieces in it that wasn't appetizing to come across.
