The pho alone is worth coming back for. Tried the bún bò Huế as well which was a solid dish, but a bit too heavy on the spices for my personal taste, so I'd rate that a 4/5. Still well-prepared and hearty, just more intense than expected. Service was fast and efficient, and the food came out quickly. It was a very fast pace of service; I probably hadn't been in my seat five minutes before my order was taken, and this distinctively fresh cuisine doesn't take long to make either. My summer rolls were straightforward, but satisfying. More importantly, the grilled tofu over rice I got was mouthwatering dish. Finally got to check this place out after years of wanting to do so. My daughter joined me and upon entering, took a deep breath and said, "You know this place is gonna be good!" She wasn't wrong. We stopped by here from lunch and the plsce is packed! This is a big restaurant though so there were still room for my friend and I. Although, I thought the limeade was on the expensive side I didn't regret it. I seasoned my pho (controversial, I know) with sriracha, hoison sauce, and chili oil. I added cilantro, mint, white onions, extra lime, and jalepenos. It was delicious. I noted, the fresh herbs and lime they gave me was fresh and free from blemishes. The service was great, every waitress checked in on me and my order was taken promptly. The resturant was nice and clean on the inside. I visited while on crutches and it was easy for me to get around. I would like to mention that the older lady that works there was extremely comforting and helpful. The broth is a little sweeter than I'm accustomed to but it's still super good. I tilt my bowl and scoop out every drop! Hence, why I don't have a photo for this meal.
