Highly recommend this place if you're looking for pho/vietnamese food. Went as a party of 3 and we liked it so much we came back 3 days in a row. Small mom and pop shop located less than 5 minutes from Sam's hotel. I can't remember the name of our server but she was the niece of the owner? She told us her uncle was from overseas and everything is made in house from a family recipe. Super nice lady, made each visit enjoyable. This spot is like a hidden gem, neighborhood seems a little bit sketchy(?) so we weren't expecting to find a place like this. You can definitely tell it's family run, when we first walked in on day one we saw an auntie folding spring rolls at one of the tables. We wanted something to replenish our energy since all of us drained and we decided on three bowls of pho and a bbq pork rice dish with 2 extra fried eggs. We got 3 steaming bowls of pho right away and I could not have been more excited. That first sip of soup was heavenly. You could tell the bone broth had been simmered for a long time because it was so flavorful. The beef was tender too. Everyone was exhausted, so this really hit the spot for all of us. The barbecue pork dish was delicious. I don't usually go out of my way to order this, but this was a pleasant surprise. The fish sauce well with the rice and the pork chop. The pork chop was seasoned to perfection. The dish usually comes with one fried egg, but we opted for two more so that we can all share evenly and the eggs are fried perfectly. The yolks were still runny and somehow pairing it with the sauce and pork just made it taste even better. Honestly we enjoyed it so much that we came for the next 2 days. Each bowl of pho was delicious. I was so satisfied and my stomach left happy. I also really liked that the pricing wasn't too different from New York. I would say this place is a MUST TRY if you're looking for good home cooked Vietnamese food while in Las Vegas. We went there months ago, nice environment, food and service was good. The only complaint, the Staff (I think this was the owner) was taking a call on the phone and everyone could hear the conversation: persons name, card number, expiration date, security code I should of wrote down this information and let the customer know who walked in that there card was probably compromised. read more

I live around the area and I usually go to spring mountain (china town) to get some pho, wanted to try something near by so I saw this small location. The area it's self is kinda sketchy and the inside looks like they are closing and half of the restaurant with inventory. Which I don't really mind but I can see why it could affect business. I noticed two older people working. This must be a family owned business. The food its self had a nice flavor I enjoyed the pho. The egg rolls where really crispy on the outside which I liked. It was just right for my taste. I ordered the House Special Pho. Everything was neatly packed and separated and ready to be assembled. The only thing it didn't have was the tripe, but not a big deal. Wanted to eat pho today & came across this spot, it's right across from Sam's Town so the location was convenient. The place is nothing too fancy, but lots of seating. Definitely a family run shop, where grandma was the server & I'm sure the other family members in the kitchen. My pho order came out pretty quick & piping hot. My brother and I stopped in here today for lunch after planning to try this place for a couple of months. They don't offer indoor seating and keep the door locked with a chain to keep you from coming inside. You have to call to order and then eat in your car...? It's really sad that Vegas is slowly getting rid of sit-down restaurants. Sometimes I just want to enjoy a hot meal with a chair and some air conditioning. Just what my cravings ordered small mom and pop place. We went Saturday evening. Door was locked (probably for safety because of the area so don't blame them but it's a great little place!) but they opened it really quick and we were greeted with a warm welcome. Service was great and quick. We ordered take out since we have a small baby and we had to go put to bed. Would have loved to dine in tho! A quaint mom-and-pop place to get your standard bowl of pho. The pho menu is pretty basic and looks like most are $8.99. Unlike many other pho restaurants, there is only one size, and also tripe is not a protein option. Veggies to go with your pho are beansprouts, basil, sliced jalapenos, and lime wedges. The basil was not fresh, but other than that, the food was fine. The pho broth was light. Note: they have VERY limited dine-in service currently due to the pandemic. The front door is actually locked at all times and you have to call the store phone or happen to be seen by one of the workers to be let in. My girlfriend & I were craving pho so we ordered a pick-up order from here and when we were prepping everything we noticed an odd smell, after inspecting everything the noodles and broth had sour smells. We called the restaurant to see how we could resolve everything but after asking for a refund the woman quickly said "No refund" then claimed the food wasn't hers & that has never happened to her. It is a small mom and pop shop. Grandma is the waitress and speaks very little English. It is charming and has a homey quality. Service and food was quick. The prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a cheap bowl of pho this is the spot. Over all the food is MID. We have the house special fried rice which was very good no veggies thou just rice, egg, and meat. We also had the vegetable pho and rare brisket pho they both lacked that rich pho flavor thou you know that fatty smell we all love and drool about. Regardless it was okay and the price was great. The food has always been stellar as well as the drinks and appetizers. I would highly recommend the spring rolls, the combination Pho, or the #25 sliced beef. I'm currently rhe only one dining in the restaurant right now. It's clean, smells good, and homey. But I totally understand why they lock the door, it's bum city around here. They didn't ask what I wanted to drink or anything but brought me ice water along with my food, and I'm okay with that. They don't check up on you at all, which is fine, I didn't need anything, all the condiments are on the table and they provide the toppings when serving the food. The chicken pho was good! Not salty, clean chicken, and a huge portion. It's definitely a family owned business, so the husband and wife were yelling at each other in the back lol. I knew it was going to be fun because the bowl was almost half full, 1 meat ball cut in half 2 tendons and 1 piece of shredded brisket. I didn't get upset just got off work on chill time then the bill came out and they charged me with gratuity....haha must of been in some fine print somewhere "if you order you pay 15%." I went here out of getting "phorny", horny for pho. This was the nearest place to me, so I decided to give it a go anways. The house pho- it was sub average as best. I felt that the broth could use a little more richness and overall flavor. Just tasted like salt to me. The portion of the noodles were alright. Wished they threw in a little more meat to enjoy it with. But for $8.99 I guess I cant really complain about the portion size. Just wish it would have wowed me. Spring rolls were nicely sized for the order of two. My gripe was the peanut sauce. It was a bit too runny for me, unlike the thicker peanut sauce I am used to.
