    Robot food delivery
    Wanda H.

The waitress was super sweet to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I had the summer rolls and the seafood pho which was excellent and hardy. The unsweet tea was delicious with a slice of lime. I enjoyed the robot food delivery from the kitchen. I'll bring my grandkids back- they would love it.

Came here with my buddy "the baddest" and we had never been and we will be back because we liked it but we don't know how to eat pho so we had to go home and watch videos on how to it's confusing but don't let that be a barrier to entry honestly so match good flavor and the highlight was sitting at the restaurant waiting because the lady Dee who worked there was kind and a robot with eyes brought us our food we thought it was so cool see my pictures for real life adventures.

We ordered pho and the Vietnamese pancake, and they were both delicious! The host was extremely warm and inviting, but you could tell the restaurant was very short staffed, we had a bit of a longer waiting time for our meal. Service issues aside, the restaurant is simply decorated with a relaxed atmosphere. There's also a cute robot that helps deliver your meals. I think this restaurant has great 5 star potential once service issues are fixed!

Was craving some Vietnamese food and was in the area. Found this place on yelp and gave it a try. I had the bun bo hue. It comes with veggies and the regular garnish. The flavor of the broth was robust. I added the fermented shrimp paste and the sate chili pepper. It was potent, spicy, and delicious.

Craving some soul taking pho? You've come to the right place. First time coming here and it did not disappoint!! The soup is "H1. Spicy Vietnamese Udon Noodle Bun Bo Hue" on the menu. So!! Good!! 20/10 Can't remember what the rice place was but my boyfriend rated it 10/10. Dining here was super fun, we had a robot server bring us the food!

My husband and I really wanted some take out and this spot has been on our list for quite some time. I cannot speak to the interior of the restaurant but the take out area was really nice. The service was alright, they were on the busier side. I ordered on uber eats and although it said it was finished I waited for 20 more minutes. I got the chicken and my husband got the raw beef. I loved the chicken, I thought the broth was really flavorful and was thankful to have the option to add more spice (4/5). My husband enjoyed the beef but would rather try a cooked option next time (3/5). The potion size are really huge and the pricing is pretty decent! I'd love to try this restaurant again when we are able to dine in!

This is a family owned local business and they get Pho. Yes, you can get noodle dishes, but their Pho is some of the finest in the area. The staff is "efficient". When you order, you get your meal or appetizers in minutes. They truly are efficient. This is a great place for take out as well. There are beer options as well. Consistently good and high quality food with good customer service!!!

The food was delicious! A comfortable ambience enhanced our experience. We had a nice chat with the owner and were amusingly surprised by a robot server!

    Pho ga - chicken pho.

So, as with anything, all good things must come to an end. I reviewed this last year and gave it five stars for great service, food and ambiance. Well, the usual friendly afternoon waitress was replaced with a really confused young man. He spilled hot pho all over me moving it from the goofy robot they use to cart things to your table. Got are the well plated and ample 'condiments' that was bean sprouts, Thai basil and cilantro, along with lime and jalapenos. It seems to me an afterthought. The broth is still okay, but I'm used to seeing mushrooms and bok Choi, this was broth, chicken, a few scallions, noodles and that's it. So disappointed in all these changes.

Old Li's is an outstanding authentic Asian restaurant. I loved it. No reservations required and plenty of tables. It's a very clean well ordered establishment. Also plenty of free parking right outside. The staff could not have been any better, prompt, attentive & very knowledgeable about the menu. The round table we sat had had a "lazy Susan" to facilitate the sharing of dishes. We ordered based on recommendations, personal taste & heat levels. The dishes were absolutely delicious. So good. I think the Peking Duck was the star of the show. If you are seeking Asian authenticity & phenomenal family service.. Old Li's in N. Charleston near Tanger outlet is your place to go. I called in a pickup order around 8:30 on a Wednesday and it was ready in 15 minutes. We ordered steamed dumplings, spicy chicken, string beans, and fried noodles with vegetables. I wasn't sure how things would be to-go but everything was excellent and hot. The dumplings though were some of the best I've had, and the dipping sauce was so special!! I can't wait to order those again. The spicy chicken is truly spicy but delicious - they were cooked perfectly and on little bones - tons of flavor. Noodles were solid and the string beans majorly hit the spot. We will be doing more takeout from them, but first, I want to eat in the dining room, because the restaurant is spacious, nicely decorated, and in a location with a great parking lot!
