There's street parking on both rates and a parking lot next door. They have lunch specials for $8.80 that include fried rice and a drink. My friend and I ordered the General Tso and and the Sesame Chicken. The General Tso was hard as a rock to bite into. The Sesame Chicken was okay. We got the Taro Bubble Tea with jelly balls (made with brown sugar) which was meh (the other option was mango and they don't have tapioca peas). They are takeout only, no dineout and you can't even physically enter the building as it is nearly completely sealed off.
