This place is still to Chinese place. I am a fan of the pork spare ribs. The service is quick and the staff is nice. They still have a COVID window for pick up so you can't eat inside. Little parking as well.

The archetypical cheap Chinese takeout. They had a few tofu dishes, and apparently got confused as to which one I'd ordered. They remade my dish quickly, but then I wasn't sure I'd ordered right as it was rather heavy on the broccoli I don't like. Other than that it was a decent dish with some vegetables (not fresh) and a hint of spice to it. But would I want to come back if it wasn't for the obligatory Christmas Chinese food? Not really.

I definitely must say for a carry out only Chinese cuisine, this is THE PLACE TO GO. The ordering process was seamless whether via online or call in. My food was prepared within minutes and the location was prime. There was available parking and the attendant came to the door as soon as prompted. The structure and set up of the restaurant gave you the feeling that they know exactly what they are doing and I was NOT DISAPPOINTED. I ordered the Wonton Soup and the Mongolian beef. It was more than enough for one sitting. The food was not only an amazing flavor and warm it was very filling. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

General Tso Chicken with Fried Rice Lunch Special. The chicken was very hard to bite into and super dry.

This is your typical average Chinese take-out place. Calling this the best Chinese food in town is a major stretch. They're located on Society street right off King Street. There's street parking on both rates and a parking lot next door. They have lunch specials for $8.80 that include fried rice and a drink. My friend and I ordered the General Tso and and the Sesame Chicken. The General Tso was hard as a rock to bite into. The Sesame Chicken was okay. We got the Taro Bubble Tea with jelly balls (made with brown sugar) which was meh (the other option was mango and they don't have tapioca peas). They are takeout only, no dineout and you can't even physically enter the building as it is nearly completely sealed off. I used to come here alot when I was a student and just come here now for the nostalgia.

We are staying at the Wentworth Mansion and decided to eat in, Chopsticks sure looked good in the reviews. We ordered on line for delivery, it estimated about an hour , that was acceptable, 35 minutes later we received a call our food was here, awesome! We hurried back to our room to eat, we ordered fried rice, orange chicken , wontons, sweet and sour chicken and fried shrimp and 2 drinks , a Coke and a sprite. The food looked delectable, it was all hot, the flavor was great, I would have given 5 stars but, they did not bring our drinks, dang it, the food was great, recommend

Really good dinner. Egg rolls, several fried rice flavors and Lo Mein were excellent.

Old Li's is an outstanding authentic Asian restaurant. I loved it. No reservations required and plenty of tables. It's a very clean well ordered establishment. Also plenty of free parking right outside. The staff could not have been any better, prompt, attentive & very knowledgeable about the menu. The round table we sat had had a "lazy Susan" to facilitate the sharing of dishes. We ordered based on recommendations, personal taste & heat levels. The dishes were absolutely delicious. So good. I think the Peking Duck was the star of the show. If you are seeking Asian authenticity & phenomenal family service.. Old Li's in N. Charleston near Tanger outlet is your place to go. The ambiance is very charming, making it a great spot for a casual yet elevated dinner. The Drink: We tried the traditional infused Baijiu for the first time. One of the staff members shared the history and craft behind it, which made the experience feel like a genuine cultural exchange The Food: The Hot and Sour Mushrooms are the unsung heroes of the menu. They were earthy, tangy, and the perfect palate cleanser between bites of the fiery Cumin Lamb Noodles. Can't wait to go back and try other menu items!

It's not huge inside so if you're sold on dinner here, get a reservation! The staff is excellent about explaining the menu and identifying choices that can dial up or down the spice. We ordered a variety of plates including the marinated cucumbers, lamb dumplings, crispy potatoes, green beans, and Dan Dan noodles. Everything was absolutely fantastic, but the lamb dumplings and noodles knocked it out of the park. Everything but the green beans had some level of spice, but nothing intolerable. The food comes out family style and many of the plates are on the smaller side so it's made for sharing.
