The broth was a little sweeter than what I personally prefer, but it was still delicious and packed with flavor. The tofu and other ingredients were fresh, and the bowl was comforting and satisfying. The staff was really nice and welcoming, and I loved the cozy, relaxed ambience. It was a great place to sit down and enjoy a warm bowl of pho after exploring Anchorage. Service was decent overall, although our waters were never refilled during the meal. The sauce for the fresh rolls were too sweet without a spice kick to balance, but the rolls were good and once you added a bit of Sriracha to the sauce, it was better. Pad Thai was good and flavorful, although my dish did not have a since piece of any peanut.
