Everything was really really good and flavorful. Service was super fast and friendly. The atmosphere is just right

The Service was very good but the quality of food was not there. I ordered the Lemongrass with Seafood. The plate was mostly rice. I can make rice on my own. There was hardly any of the Lemongrass with Seafood. The calamari was rubbery. Some of the carrots were still hard. I didn't enjoy my food at all. Very disappointing. read more

I tried Pho Dimond for the first time recently. What took me so long?! I ordered delivery, so I can't speak to the ambiance or service, but the food was great. The pad Thai was tangy and delicious. The steak pho was soooo good. I loved the broth and the steak was perfect (not fatty, not tough). My husband's favorite is the chicken fried rice. I will have to dine in soon and try the pan fried noodles, which look amazing! read more

This is my favorite restaurant in anchorage. I travel for work and the first time I found this place 2 years ago it was so good that I went twice in one day. This time I had to stop by again while I'm here for work. They have a very extensive menu. I've ordered different things every time and the food is truly 10/10. Service is always friendly. It looks like they have lots of regulars as the owner knows everyone. The price is really reasonable for Alaska. I am really surprised to find such tasty authentic Vietnamese food in Alaska! read more

Amazing Vietnamese and Thai food! The pho was delicious! definitely will be back soon! Great service!

Exceptional food and amazing service. The quality of the food was incredible. The rich broth of the pho transports you back to Vietnam. They have a variety of Thai food as well, so of course we had to try. The pad thai was juicy and packed with flavors and their curry was delicious. Will definitely be coming back with my family again soon! Best Vietnamese Food in Anchorage! read more

Really delicious beef pho! My wife and I also tried the pad thai, egg rolls, and beef stew. Excited to try more!

Absolutely horrible service. Food is fine, but doesn't over come the incredibly poor customer service.

Quick service and greeted me kindly even though I showed up minutes before close. Ordered two Thais and a spring roll! Wonderful peanut sauce and fresh ingredients read more

Food is good. Service is lousy. Dirty plates and bowls on empty tables and a janitor cart blocking my way to the front counter are not conducive to a pleasant experience. Also, worth saying again, service has been lousy last three times I have been in. Food is super great but learn to make people feel welcome. Maybe smile occasionally, or at least don't scowl. read more

I've been ordering food from them for years. Back when they were in the Dimond mall. I haven't tried all the dishes. I love the chicken laarb, medium spicy. I've ate larb at other places and they dont taste like Dimond Pho, it's always the best. I wish I didn't live far from them. read more

Rude service just terrible the food is good but the staff makes you want to leave. I will never come back even if the food was okay

Convenience location. The food was good. The broth was clear and tasty, fresh. Great service. Would come back if there is a chance on the next visit Anchorage. read more

Pho Diamond literally blew me away! As a visitor from Orange County, CA, I can confidently say the food here is way better than anything back home. The pho had a rich, authentic northern Vietnamese flavor, and everything was incredibly fresh. The service was friendly and welcoming, and the Thai Tea was the best I've ever had--maybe even better than ones made by Thai people themselves! If you're in the area, this place is a must-try! read more

Anchorage does Pho well! In fact, it's one of those list of foods that I NEVER eat when I'm visiting a large metro in the lower 48. Pho Dimond is great Pho, but doesn't really shake up the local Pho scene in the way a place like Phonatik does. They've got all the classic beef (and non-beef) noodle soup variations, they've got the classic Pho accoutrements, and the clean-but-sparse interior. I found the portion of ingredients in the actual soup to be a little small though. I could've used a little more noodle and a little more meat. I wish I would've gotten an appetizer to go with my soup. Service was fast and friendly. read more

Really authentic Vietnamese and Thai food! The flavors remind me of Vietnam and the pho broth is so rich. The gentleman who served us was very kind. Will definitely be back soon! read more

This place is really REALLY good. I had a huge craving for noodle soup and this place hit the spot. There were a lot of glowing reviews of their pho but the bun rieu has always been my go to dish. I am from the Bay Area and I'm so surprised to find such authentic Vietnamese food in Alaska. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back to Anchorage. To be fair, I do agree with the other reviewers that the food took a long time to come out. I waited for about 20 mins but maybe this dish is not something that people order often and they made the meatball from scratch. I didn't think that the service was bad, but it's standard for Asian restaurant. They get you water and bring you the order and the rest you pretty much have to help yourself and pay at the counter when you finish. I am pretty used to this. As long as the food is good I'm happy with the restaurant. read more

I cook Vietnamese food almost every day and my family used to own a restaurant so I really know my Vietnamese food. Their beef pho is excellent! The broth had a deep beefy flavor, much better than most pho places in Orange County, CA. We also had the roast duck, yummy! The food was so good, we went back the next day. read more

The food was great but the service was terrible. We were some of the old ones in the restaurant on a weekday. It took a long time for our food to arrive. We were missing several items and had to ask for them. We were not given chopsticks, forks, spoons, or napkins and had to ask after our food was served. We stayed for about 1.5hrs and was we were leaving our party was asked if we wanted more water for the first time. I want to give the benefit of the doubt since they could have been short staffed, but the communication regarding wait times just wasn't there, especially for a place that didn't appear to be busy. read more

My friends brought me here and this has been my favorite pho spot ever since! I never thought that I would have good Pho in Alaska in all places. I'm usually pretty picky about my Pho since I'm from the Bay Area and have been spoiled by all the yummy restaurants right outside my doorstep. Service: The service here is standard. They are quick and efficient which is all i really ask for. They don't give me any attitude or anything. My favorite things to get are: Vermicelli (Pork or Combo) Spicy noodle soup Wonton Soup Combo Pho Overall: I would definitely recommend this place! Especially on a cold winter day, this place is the spot to be at! read more

Oh Pho Dimond, you let me down. I used to love you when you had the sit down restaurant in the mall. I was sad when you left. Stupid mall. Hmph. I got happy when you reopened nice new location. Kept telling myself I was gonna go.... much anticipation. But it's not exactly in my normal errand route so it took me a bit longer than expected to make my way over there. So when we finally made time for dinner at Pho Dimond and they botched my order and it was kinda gross, I was pretty sad. I ordered spring roll and pork vermicelli salad. They brought me beef. Tough, chewy, gristly inedible beef. And the spring roll filling was this weird mush that I could not identify. The outside was cooked to perfection, but the inside maaaay have been dogshit, not sure. And the "salad" consisted of a handful of lettuce leaves and virtually nothing else. Like, dudes... where's the cucumber and the cilantro and Thai basil? :/ UNCOOL My honey was equally unimpressed. I'll stick with Ray's, thanks. They do Vietnamese right, charge less, and I don't have to battle insane traffic to get there. read more

DO NOT SLEEP ON THESE GUYS... this place has some of the best pho around and we've been around (pho hoes?)! This is their combo pho soup with oxtail, hold the tripe. We order them in Large and they do not skimp. Nicest oxtail portion in town. The plate closest is the garnish for the Vietnamese crepe, not pictured, but also bomb. Make this your next pho meal, the staff here will delight you. (We also loved the Spanish music coming from the kitchen.) read more

The portions for take out are HUGE! I had some Uber eats rewards credits to use up and wasn't feeling amazing so I did a delivery order. I got the oxtail pho and green curry tofu (asked for spicy for the curry). The oxtail came in a broth about a quart size (?) And had green onions and white onions in it but they also gave about a cup and a half of extra beef broth on the side that didn't have anything in it. The toppings and noodles were given in a separate container- rice noodles, cilantro, bean sprouts, jalapenos.. no Thai basil though which I was a little disappointed about. For the curry, it was a looser curry, more soup consistency but packed full of veg. The tofu was fried, I kind of wish I had asked for it to be steamed but good either way. They did seem to add some extra spice which I definitely appreciated! It came with a large portion of rice on the side which wasn't included in the description (to my knowledge) but also appreciated. I feel like they gave me enough food for several days! So thanks! I think if I try again I will dine in and try some of their rolls and possibly the duck soup :) read more

Great traditional Bahn mi! The pork had great flavor, as did the cilantro. Long slices of cucumber rather than circles and a bit more sauce could make it 5 stars! A bit pricey for a 6" sandwich at 13.00, standard price in the lower 48 is $5-10 for a sandwich that's twice the size but - hey! - that's Alaska! Every business cuts portions and jacks up prices as a standard here read more

We usually go to another pho place in town but wanted to try something new. Unfortunately we should have stuck with what we know. My food was okay I got the chicken and egg roll noodle salad, it was good, the onions were a little undercooked and the cilantro was out of control but I enjoyed it otherwise. My friend got the pho which was not good, tasteless noodles and the meat tasted like it had been sitting out. She did say the broth was decent though! We also go the crab wontons which.... were green inside and puréed. We asked our server why and he told us because of the cheese?? I'm not sure what cheese they are using but I tend to stay away from green cheese or anything green that's usually not. Lastly our service, now I understand that he may have been having a bad day which is fine. He barely came to the table and when he did couldn't seem to care and put the food down forcefully, also napkins were in very short supply and we had to ask a couple of times for them. The place was clean and the bathrooms were nice! read more

Giving the location and how hard it is to get fresh ingredients, they did the best they could.

We came to celebrate my sister's birthday a place she recommended but not any more. The two star rating is mostly for the rude and lack of service. Unfortunately their food wasn't fresh or good either. We ordered the fried tilapia it was over cooked as well as the seafood noodle dish, and it had way too much fish sauce in it. Two thumbs down. read more

We used to come here a lot but after returning today for lunch, things seem to have changed. First, the wait on our order was long and it was odd cause we were the only ones in the dining area. The customer service was poor, no welcoming when you enter or thank you when you leave like before. When it came to the bill, the cost was priced too much. The guy used a calculator to ring up our ticket, not sure if their register was not working or they dont know how to use it but it was odd when paying. read more

i honestly feel like it shouldn't get any stars.. today i tried to eat here. they have the worst customer service EVER. rude waiter, isn't patient with us. asked the waiter (a male) if he can show us the bowl size & he got mad for some reason. his attitude was on a 100 i don't recommend this place!
