I am between giving this 2 and 3 stars. We split the Pho, Vietnamese Sandwich and the Vermacelli. The Vietnamese Sandwich was very good; the baguette was fresh and the inside was hollowed out and stuffed like I like it. I have to be honest, the Vietnamese Sandwich at Pho Saigon in Kent is still my very favorite. One of the things missing is the marinated carrots and daikon. That said, I would come back for the sandwich because I don't know of any other places that have this sandwich... Two of us split the small Pho; honestly, the portion was very small, I could have finished it all by myself. The bean sprouts and basil were very fresh and the broth was very tasty. The Vermacelli portion size was also very small compared to Pho Asia here in Everett. You are served one skewer as opposed to 2 skewers, only one spring roll instead of 2, etc. The sauce used to dress the noodles could have used just a touch of sweet chili sauce to give it a little kick. read more

I give this restaurant two stars only because the food is ok. The owner of the restaurant is extremely rude. He dropped my napkin and silverware on the floor (I might mention here that the floor was quite dirty.) then picked it up and put it on the table for me to use! When I asked for a clean one he acted like that was such a horrible request and threw the clean fork and napkin on our table violently. He didn't bring us any water until we asked for the third time and our food was almost gone. Then he slammed the waters on the table so hard they spilled on us. It was really ridiculous. It wasn't busy, so I can only conclude that it was intentional rudeness. We don't recommend this restaurant. read more

Best Pho I've had in a long time. I was a bit worried because the overall rating was only 3 stars but we were all pleasantly surprised. Looked like a husband and wife team and the wife was waiting tables. She was very very sweet. The beef pho was absolutely wonderful. The broth was to die for and the wife said she makes it from scratch by cooking down beef bones for days. Love Pho on Broadway! read more

I always passed this place because I go to Everett Community College. Last week I tinted my friend window at Midnight Tint located beside this Broadway Pho.I tried the pho 2 years ago, but I forgot what is taste like, so I give it another try. When I came in, the owner is watching tv in the customer seat, he told me to have a seat with less manner. So I ordered the Broadway Pho Favorite, i think the one that have all meat, etc. Plus I ordered the lemon grass chicken bbq to-go. Pho was out about 10 min, that a long time for a pho place. There is only 2 other customer inside. He forgot give me my water, so I ask him twice. Pho taste was the worst pho ever. I rather go to Pho than brothers or Pho hung to eat pho. I ordered Large size and the noodle is only a little, is like small pho in pho than brohters. Pho price was 7 bucks plus the to go so I paid like 16 something. The to-go lemon grass chicken was awful. The pictures looks good, but when you eat it taste like argghh.. If you want to get teriyaki get the Yum teriyaki near the Old Rite-aid building which is front of EVCC. I don't recommended this pho place to anyone. Worst Service Ever, Worst Food Ever. Let's face it I have been to many Pho places in the northwest. This is place represents a pretty good bowl. The price was a little higher than I anticipated but that was okay. The service was fast which is really good for those who are on lunch or in a rush. Plus they do have carry out. Seating is limited but it wasn't an issue since the bowls of Pho were coming out fast and furious. The decor was a little dated but I did not mind since I was there for the soup. Just OK. Egg rolls taste like grease in my opinion, but the meat is good and the rest is fresh. I've never tried their Pho, just vermicelli, rice dishes and Bahn Mi. They are both decent. Met all expectations. Ordered pho, pork banh mi and crystal rolls. Everything was delicious and fresh. Pho was very large with lots of vegetables. Had take out and service was quick. Interior and exterior of building is old and somewhat worn but that didn't seem to influence the quality of the food or the overall experience. read more

The soup is great. I've eaten pho in lots of places and never enjoyed it like I have here. I'm allergic to msg, and I think it is in some of the side sauces, but not the broth. We have eaten here once and I will say the Pho is much deeper and richer in flavor than many of the other pho places we have eaten at. This is a very small family owned restaurant. Pho on Broadway i just love their pho and spring rolls and never let me down! And I ask herry the owner if he gets a lot of new customers and he said not a bunch and I just think that most people don't get out of their comfort zone to try something new! I think that most people don't try something new! I can say that i was like that years ago and my youngest son told me that he wanted to take me out on my dime! Well I was so surprised when I first went to pho on Broadway and had my first bowl and was hooked! And I have been to a lot of pho joints over the years a i have to say i don't go anywhere else because i feel like family and loved and at home there! Harry is grate! He told me that he had to go back to viteanam to learn how to make pho! I love it for dinner or breakfast! All I can say is put yourself out and give it a try! I have been coming to Pho on Broadway since college. I seem to go 1 to 2 times a week. Harry is so awesome once you get to know him. Don't be thrown off by his casual approach to running the place. The guy is there 6 days a week all day long! He can sit with his customers if he wants. The soup is hands down the BEST. Unlike other Pho joints Harry boils his bones for 24 hours to make the broth. He doesn't use premade broth to make it fast. It suprises me to see the bad reviews on here. Don't go in there expecting to get 5 star service. Go in there and expect good food and conversation. I seem to go 1 to 2 times a week. Pho on Broadway has become part of my life. read more

Although the restaurant is pretty much a dive, the pho is as good as any I have had. The Cha Gio-egg roll is absolutely delicious and comes with a seasoned sweet rice vinegar like sauce to dip it in which makes it even more wonderful. Me and my other half were hungry and walked in the pho place it was practically empty other than a family of 4 sitting on the other side, Harry the owner kept asking what we would like to order instantly, we barely got to read the menu and asked for time,3 minutes we get rushed to order so we order a large beef pho with extra meat. When we received the order it was quick yet their was no extra meat and the large pho looked more like a medium. We had no little spoons and little bowls for the broth spoon at our table and we had to ask for it and he only gave us a single spoon, my bf had to go to the other table and get an extra spoon for the broth and 2 little bowls for the broth spoons and they were out of cream puffs like what ? The owner seemed like he just tolerated me and my bf and he was treating the family across us better along with the person outside the window in the counter, even though my boyfreind was as nice as he could be and a sweetheart he acted like he was nothing more than a pest, I don't get how these good reviews are on here like what's wrong with Harry (the owner). If your having a bad day and want some cheerful good service or experiance or just are looking for decent quality service this isn't the place to go unless you are one of the lucky ones. This place was really good. I loved the broth and the salad rolls. I especially loved the fact that they had chicken salad rolls since I do not eat shrimp and pork (among other things but those are usually the two main ingredients in salad rolls). Their peanut sauce was obviously homemade. I also thought that the owner was VERY nice.I think a lot of people said that, but seriously, great guy. On the Vietnamese restaurant spectrum of cleanness, it was one of the more clean ones. Great place. Now excuse me as I rant about a "review" Okay so one of my biggest pet peeves is when people complain about MSG. I'm not sure if you've seen the Food Network's food science show, but they did a blind test in a Chinese restaurant, having half of the people eat food with MSG and half of the food without MSG. They then asked everyone how they felt, and people from the MSG side felt good and said they didn't think that it had MSG and people from the non-MSG side saying that they felt ill and knew for a fact that their food had MSG. I feel like a lot of people are very misinformed about MSG. Basically it is an amino acid with a sodium attached. This amino acid, which is the glutamate in the MSG name, has been being used in Asian cooking for centuries by boiling down seaweed which has a ton of it. In the early 1900's it was isolated by a Japanese chemist who wanted to have the flavor that made his wife's soup so good. If you look on the back of your foods, there will probably be MSG in it. I also read an article that said if MSG gave you headaches and made you sick, then all of Asia would be suffering from headaches all the time. In fact also in this article it said that the Japanese aren't afraid of MSG at all. So yeah, you can totally discredit that Ott P. especially since she can hardly form a sentence, which is besides the point but still. MSG adds a savory flavor, or unami, which is called the fifth taste, so maybe she was just not used to all the flavor that was actually in the soup instead of being watered down like many other pho places. read more

As Vietnamese that lived in Vietnam for my first 15 years, I don't know how they can make their pho broth soooo dark. That's completely against the "law of good pho". Pho supposed to be clear yet have sweet flavor. Not only that, I know how to make egg rolls so I was wondering how their egg rolls cooked when it's so big. Normally other places' rolls (and mine) are small because that's really the only way for all the meat to cooked. Well, guess what? THERE'S NO FREAKING MEAT in the rolls. Full of taro and some dried mushroom. Not only that, the guy was on his phone the whole god damn time to give me the wrong order. It's my second time here and it's my second time asking for my own water. Not to mention, the first time I was there, my cream puff was FROZEN. I know it's free but at least check what you gave people. read more

We live in Auburn WA, we went to Everett because our 14 year old want to play indoor paintball games there, Me and my wife stopped @ this PHO place on the Broadway across from the Safeway, we order that pho soup, we both got food poisoning from eating there, I don't recommend this place to anyone, in fact I want to call the Health Department to inspect this place, Someone should call the health department on these guys before someone gets really sick from eating there.
