The grubhub delivery service here is a complete fail. They took forever to deliver TWO small dishes to us. Charged us $14 and $12 for the dishes, $5 for delivery, and i even gave tips through the grubhub app. The food is bland, tasteless, and for the price they weren't WORTH IT AT ALL.. I will never go to another Chinese or Vietnamese restaurant. I've always gone to different restaurants because I like one or two of the dishes they serve but this place has all of my favorites and so much more. I'm a vegetarian and I love that there are many options for me as well as my dad who's an avid I meat eater. The soups, appetizers and plates are all fantastic. The staff is more then happy to make changes to the things on the menu to accommodate all your cravings. The menu offers many different things, is laid out well and is descriptive and easy to understand. The icing on the cake for me is the smoothies. Definitely try adding the tapioca to them and you won't be disappointed. The restaurant itself is modern and very clean. The bar is updated and serves liquor as well as beer and wine. A couple friends and I decided to come here for lunch and this place is pretty darn good. The interior is nice enough to accommodate large parties. The floor is clean. The owners are nice. The tables aren't sticky. It's a really nice place to chill and relax since it's not that loud here. The staff is really friendly and the service is efficient. The food was brought out fast but it doesn't look like it was just slapped together last minute. It doesn't look like there's an increase in the soup only when you order a larger size since one friend got the small and we compared. The increase in size does come with an increase in meat and noodles. I got the egg rolls and the pho dat biet and they were both pretty good. The ingredients are fresh and high quality. If you had a bad time with other pho places then this place is definitely worth a try, you will be satisfied with the service and the food. read more

I have yet to find a good Vietnamese cuisine restaurant, but this place has very good food. Portion is huge and very filling. The restaurant has great parking on the side. Only downside of it having 4 stars instead of 5 is, the waiter that wiped down our table for us to sit used a dirty rag and left our table wet as we sat down. I thought that was kinda gross.. I also had to use their napkins to dry it myself so that our menus weren't sticking to the table of the wetness. The service could be a better. read more

They are hit or miss sometimes. I think I still like Pho 89 down the street. I wish one of this restaurant would change their restaurant name into something else. I get so confused when picking up my food. Sometimes I ended up going to Pho 98 to pick my food and then realized that I'm supposed to pick up from Pho 89. Both of these restaurants located on the same street and 89 and 98 can just screw up people head. One time my family was so mad at me because they were waiting for me at Pho 89. Seriously 5 stars! We drive an hour to get here, thanks to the yelp community for having this place on their radar, that's how I discovered this gem in the first place. The #2 spring rolls are always crisp flavorful and on point! We had the twin lobster special ginger style and it was delicious, messy, and huge!! Love love loved it. We visit and eat foods all over the world and this place holds its own! The pho is always consistently delicious with monster portions. The staff is incredibly attentive, they seem to anticipate when we need plates cleared more water or extra napkins, ( we tend to throw down when we eat) the easily squeamish should just look away. so this was the third time eating here (3 weekends in a row!), and this place has been excellent every time in all the ways that matter. On food- their pho is as good as anywhere we've had it, and the wife and I are very particular. also, their one beef and vegetables plate (#163 on the menu) is my new crack. i just can't get enough of it. also, the standard pho ingredients that come with the soup (bean sprouts, basil, and lime) have consistently come out fresh. there are no brown spots! On service- service goes above and beyond. and most importantly, i believe its genuine and comes out of their natural personalities. they arent just searching for a better tip. On cleanliness- the restaurant is older and worn, but not dirty. and its no small thing, particularly during these covid times, but the bathrooms are setup in a way that you can wash your hands, grab a paper towel and use it to get out easily (and discard when done). this makes you feel like your hands are the cleanest they can be when sitting down for your meal. read more

There is an abundance of pho restaurants in the area so I was surprised to find another one to the mix. The yelp average pointed me here and we were super impressed by the food. We found it to be the best Vietnamese place in the area. The food is great, but the service we experienced was equally great. We came with infant in tow and they didn't blink an eye. They were super accommodating even giving us a large pho bowl with hot water so we could warm the bottle. None of this seemed like an inconvenience to them. They also asked about all of the food and drinks to make sure it was good. It was better than good! We had pho, vermicelli bowl, and shakes all great. One dish we had that you may not find is the Vietnamese shrimp lotus stem salad. This was terrific! Crispy veggies and plenty of shrimp slices with a fish sauce marinade. When we're back in town this will be our first choice to visit. read more

Worst pho I've ever had in my life. This is the first really bad review I've wrote on yelp. My bf ordered beef noodle soup and it tasted dirty... Iike a damp dirty cloth. I ordered seafood pho and they gave me beef noodle soup instead. I told the waiter and he fixed my order. Looks like they just took out the beef and added seafood. The soup smelled like dirty beef. Lots of impurities in soup which is supposed to be scooped out during the cooking process. I ate 2 fish balls which were super rubbery, it made a squeaking noise when I bit into it. I took a bite of the imitation crab and that was bad too. It also came with 2 little rubbery shrimps ( I didn't eat this because it did not look edible) and a few white jelly like clumps which I thought was fish eggs but it tasted like chemicals. The food was somewhere between a 3-5 stars. It really depends on what you get. The service was horrible. We order fresh rolls and just did not receive them. Fiancé and I came here because Pho So 1 was closed. I got chicken and veggie pho and she got pad Thai. I had asked for no cilantro however found quite a few leaves in my soup which was disappointing. The service was okay and the overall experience was just mediocre.
