Tasted fresh but needed more spice.

This place has a large variety on the menu offering Japanese and Chinese cuisine. It was a bit overwhelming at first but I enjoyed the large selection. The staff were friendly but slow at times. The food was good and tasted fresh. The calamari needed a bit more spice and same with the Mongolian beef. The drinks were delicious!

Omg. Pad Thai is the easiest dish. Horrible! I asked the bartenfer if he would eat it. No answer. Then I was not so nice and told him he could toss it or take it home to his family. My bad.

Takeout Review-- As a last minute dinner meal this hits the spot. They gave less rice and more filling than average which is always appreciated. I ordered on call and it was ready within 30 minutes and fast pick up at the front desk. Ordered Spicy Salmon maki and Dragon maki for $25. Dragon was slightly overwhelming with sauce but the eel on it was really tasty. Spicy salmon was okay but I think the Spicy Tuna on my sister's plate was much better. Overall, I would go again.

FK recently streamlined their menu. Still plenty of choices but it's not a phone book anymore. You cannot beat their lunch specials. One complaint is their egg rolls/crab rangoon seem to be baked? Air fried? No longer being cooked in oil. Someone asked about the Bento box. Looks like it's now available all day.

I get sashimi and sushi a lot. This place is excellent. The best you'll get for even a $$ or $$$. 谢谢老板! We had the Spicy Titanic making (3/5 stars... I'll get something else next time to try new stuff) We had the 2 person boat, and swapped out the saba (mackerel) for tako (octopus). It was more than enough for the 2 of us, the fish couldn't have been fresher, and I'll definitely get it next time. AND the serve it with the green leaves which you can eat along with the sashimi (try it, especially work salmon). ALSO, you get 2 bowls of miso soup with it. The Sapporo beer added to the flavor! I'm coming back in 3 weeks!

Overall this was a nice experience. The food was quick, hot and packaged well. The spring rolls were big and filled but could have been fried harder. A bit too soft for my liking. The rolls were great. The tofu was nice and crispy but it didn't come with rice which felt very weird.

The food was amazing!! We went around 12:30 and it was not crowded at all, the waitress was very sweet and friendly. The price was reasonable for the portion size and the sushi was fresh (absolutely loved the Godzilla Maki!!) :) Nice spot to go to for lunch!

    Chef boat for two!

Be prepared to EAT because the portions don't disappoint. Plus everything is super tasty! There's definitely something on the menu for everyone. A few of my favorites are the Spicy Edamame, the Salt & Pepper (S&P) Combo, the Popcorn Chicken, the Pepper Steak Pasta & the Ramen (the charsiu was soo good)! The bar here also makes the best cocktails and has a great selection of liquor. There's usually nothing open late these days but Cloud is actually open to midnight/1AM Mon-Sun. It's the perfect spot to start or end the night with friends! It can get quite busy at the bar or in the dining area but the staff are really accommodating and friendly. The interior is vibey and casual. Check them out if you haven't already!

What!? $25 charge per person for a late cancellation? I wasn't planning on no-showing, but I'm also not willing to put my credit card down to commit for a group. Cloud Asian Fusion is in the corner of the plaza that houses China Pearl and Kam Man, to the right of Kam Man. It is a long narrow type space. Rather industrial, and concrete. I arrived first and scored the last table in the room with the bar, only to later discover that there were a few tables in the room in the back to the right. My DCs were running late, so I gave our waiter a head's up. He never made me feel bad for taking up the space. And it helped that there was never a queue waiting to be seated that Sunday night. We each ordered our own meal while sharing bites. While there are a few entrees at Cloud Asian Fusion that include both protein and vegetable, such as the Braised White Fish $22 (assorted mushrooms, fried tofu) one DC ordered, mine (Siam Crab Curry $22 - lump crab, spicy red curry, basil, bean sprouts, Thai Chili, thin rice noodles) and my other DC's (Mapo Katsu $16 (chicken katsu, mapo sauce, short grain white rice, furikake) came without (I don't count the small stash of raw bean sprouts on my plate), so I added the blistered green beans $16. Our server was pleasant and told me that they could make anything less mild. Even so, the slow burn from the milder Siam Crab Curry was a bit more than I would have liked. He checked up on me and offered to have the chef prepare a fresh batch with a milder curry powder instead, so I could better enjoy my meal. The original orange yellow of my crab curry bowl was turned a green yellow in its replacement. But it was still tasty, and still generous with lump crab meat. This was a good pick! The green bean vegetable dish was quite good too. I was happy with my meal. I sampled the other two dishes and found the regular mapo sauce recipe too spicy for my taste. The fish dish was tasty, but we found nothing especially fusion about it. 3 stars all around experience, but 4 stars for my own meal.

My only issue is how tightly they pack the tables--you literally couldn't share a secret with your date without flanking tables hearing you. If I'd have known, I'd have asked to sit at the bar, which would have been more intimate (so four stars, but food is the bomb). Definitely make reservations--there will be a line at 8 pm. The speakers played 80s hip hop. The place is lively to say the least. We had the duck salad, mussels (ask for an extra order of charred bread WHEN you order--needed to sop up the delicious sauce). It took 15 minutes for extra bread when I realized the two pieces weren't enough. We also tried the beef cheek fried rice, short rib (amazing) and the crawfish noodles. The rice and noodles had fish roe throughout which made for a delightful mouth feel. My date had the lychee martini. I had the lychee mocktail, which was delicious. For dessert, we shared a slice of avocado cheesecake! Odd but totally delicious with a cookie-like crust and ribbon of brown butter buttercream. Chef's kiss all around. The hummus is like a deconstructed Vietnamese sandwich that packs a punch of flavor. The bread is grilled nicely and you'll definitely want more bread to use up the hummus. Not spicy. Not too saucy, so you can "feel" the noodle, but I would have liked more vegetables. -- Yibin Fiery Noodles: Warm and similarly al dente, these were manageably spicy. Meat crumble, seeds or nuts, scallions, and heat. -- Red and Green Pepper Chicken: Batterless but crisp, tender, and not boneless. Relentlessly spicy from several heat sources and kaleidoscopically delicious. The closest comparison is dry hot chicken that also goes by a few other names, but this was better. Elite, and the best thing I ate in all of 2025, but sadly no longer on the menu. -- Stone Pot Tofu: Billed as Ma Po Tofu sizzling in a stone pot, but no sizzle and no stone pot. Identified as very spicy but minimally spicy and more numbing (more "ma" than "la"). I enjoyed the overall flavor (heavily seasoned) and the saltiness of the fermented black beans. Despite some of the menu discrepancies, this was a really good version for my tastes. Near-elite. -- Green Beans With Eggplant: Strong flavor, not too hot spicewise, but volcanically hot temperaturewise. Decent. -- Chicken and Clams: Black bean flavor, whole peppercorns, spicy but loaded with flavor beyond the spice. A deceptively huge and quite delicious. Elite. -- Beef Spring Rolls: Not my choice. Crisp, beefy, and chili sauce on the side added contrast. Solid, but boring, more typical of an Americanized offering, and a waste of an opportunity given Too Hot's killer menu. -- Pork Belly with Fermented Beans: Superb rendition, not drastically different from twice cooked pork, but much more flavor and giant pieces. Near-elite to Elite. -- Shrimp in Dry Hot Pot: Tons of dry rub spiciness, giant shrimp, chopped vegetables, and crinkle cut potatoes. Near-elite. -- Brussels Sprouts w/Shallots: More subtle flavors here but hardly bland. Fried shallots had sort of an onion ringy presence in miniature. Cooked just right. Outstanding overall experience, with the best dish on the first visit and almost all winners on the second. Kudos to the friendly and helpful service, including a server suggestion to switch an item after noticing we ordered two very similar items. Eager to return often and try even more of the menu.

My drink came after 15 mins and then we had to remind the waiter about his whiskey. That took another 10. We started with the chicken bao buns and the samosas. Both spectacular! My only complaint is the little size for the samosa size. For our mains we got the short rib and the white butter chicken. The butter chicken could've used a bit more chicken for the price and was frankly a bit tough. The sauce was great. The short rib was flavorful and packed the perfect punch. Dipping the garlic naan in both sauces was my fav part!! Overall an ok experience. I want to give the restaurant grace because it was very packed but service was poor. I think we had 4 different staff members help us total which probably led to lots of miscommunication.
