Found this place a few months ago still my favorite place i literally dream about it. Quick service, food is always hot and fresh love the eggrolls and the bun Bo hue

When to pho's Mac in Plano for lunch and it was pretty good. Got the small combo pho's with brisket and tripe, came with the usual sides like bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño and lime. The flavor was good, but the small size felt like it didn't have much broth, wish there was more. Also got the egg roll's on the side. They tasted fine but a little burn looking on the outside. Service was fast and everyone was nice. Place was maybe half full, no wait to get seated, I'd go back and try something else next time, maybe size up the pho's or Banh Xeo.

My first time trying this place, my manicurist recommend and it was definitely a go to for Pho! The flavor of the broth was pretty good! We ordered the 40 oz bowl, this definitely is shareable! The service was a little slow! We also had the seafood crepes and were very crunchy with fillings of shrimp and bean sprouts! I would come back and try other dishes! We also had the Fresh Spring Roll, not much taste, too much vermicelli and not enough shrimp!

Ambiance: The restaurant is generally not too busy on weekdays. It is clean, with quick service and plenty of seating options, including tables and booth seats. The noise level is moderate. Fried Egg Rolls: These arrived hot and fresh, but they were not my favorite. The filling had more of a soft, potato-like texture rather than a distinct pork flavor. They were acceptable, but lacking in the expected pork taste. Fresh Spring Rolls: These were excellent. The portion size was generous, and the ingredients tasted very fresh. I appreciated that there was plenty of meat. The accompanying peanut sauce was also flavorful and complemented the rolls well. Chicken Pho: I ordered the 30 oz bowl, which was a substantial portion. There was plenty of broth, noodles, and chicken. The broth had a smooth, balanced flavor without overpowering spices. The portion was large enough that I had leftovers, and the overall flavor was very satisfying.

Really solid choice in the Frisco/West Plano area. They have simplified their menu in recent years to adapt but food is still pretty good. The pho is pretty good and smooth with a slight sweet taste. The rice dishes are good with the grilled pork though it's a lot more basic than the broken rice dishes you'd get in Garland. Their best dish is probably the banh xeo. Comes out very crispy and piping hot. Service is always fast and efficient. Great place to satisfy a craving for Vietnamese food in this area.

Rare steak and brisket. The broth is excellent!

Let me begin by saying the pho is fantastic. The broth has a good color, lots of flavor. The sizes they bring you are perfect. This is one of the few places I've been that gives the perfect amount of noodles. The quality of beef is good also. I'll love when they give you the option between brisket and "fatty" brisket because you know it will be fairly lean and meaty. The service is pretty good here, very attentive and helpful. The inside is nicely dimmed enough to relax, the decor is simple and beautiful. I ordered the crispy egg rolls and I was a bit disappointed. Anywhere I have been usually gives you lettuce, cucumber and pickled carrots. Before ordering I asked for extra lettuce to wrap each one, she told me it would be extra. I was confused why since it's just lettuce but I told her I'd order it regular to see if I would require extra. When it came there were only 2 pieces of lettuce and 2 long stemmed cilantro pieces. I asked her if they normally come with other veggies like cucumber or carrot and she said this is how it comes but we add the pickled carrots inside. I was a bit disappointed since I love the fresh add ons and I knew cooked carrot did not sound the same. I tried and they were a bit sad. Great crisp but just as I suspected they were sweet from the carrot with an off texture like gritty beans. Overall, I would still come here for the pho and it's not too loud of an environment which I enjoy.

Adding another review. I absolutely love this place. Hot or cold weather you'll find me here. Pretty authentic in my opinion. I judge it by their bun bo hue and so far, by far the best I've had. Their pho soup is sooo good, and their Vietnamese coffee is really good as well. Also, have to try their egg rolls and spring rolls. Their peanut sauce is also very delicious. Often times, my friends would crave it. If you love pho and Vietnamese food, check this place out! Great for small or large groups. And service is great, food comes out fast too. Pretty good portion size as well. Till then, let's eat!

It's been hard for me to find good Vietnamese food that isn't all the way in Garland. I took my grandmother here who was visiting from VN and we were both extremely impressed by the service, interior decor, and MASSIVE banh xeo (that was very tasty too!). We left more than satisfied. Even the Bun Bo Hue was better than most I've had and still pretty authentic even though they cater to an American crowd. The family who owns the restaurant is also very kind! I will definitely come back when craving some nuoc mam but not wanting to drive all the way to Garland lol

We came here for the first time for Sunday lunch. It was quite packed shortly after opening but the service was quick and food came out quick. Spring rolls were nothing special but the pho dac biet is solid for this area of town. Not the best I've had but it did the trick. We will be back to try the BBH and banh xeo

Of all the times I've been here, I've only had their Bun Bo Hue. Broth always has that right amount of spice and umami. I probably can say that this isn't very traditional since they don't put pork hock and blood cube in this soup. Service can be a little slow when they are busy. It may be more expensive than some other BBH places I've been but the taste and consistency is always well worth it for the price.

Went for a quick lunch during work. Luckily I got there right before the rush. The food was really good. The grilled pork in the spring rolls was great. I was stuffed by the end of the meal so had to just eat the pork out of the last half of the spring roll because I didn't want it to go to waste. And the pho had great flavor. Getting the check took a little while but besides that everything else was good.

If you are impatient; please order your food to go! It'll be great. I promise! If you enjoy all of the freshness of authentic Vietnamese food and can wait a little (every seat in here is taken) PLEASE come EXPERIENCE this delicious food! If you think you love chai tea; please order the Thai tea so you can fall in love with it, like I do every time! If they miss anything, they WILL immediately fix it. Promise! Like most places, they only have a few kind waiters and waitresses. But the food makes up for it.

It was a Tuesday night, yet the restaurant was completely packed all the way through closing at 11 pm. We instantly knew that we picked the right place if it was this busy on a random weekday. Everything we ordered was incredible. The entire menu is halal. The beef kebab was tender and full of flavor, the chicken kebab was perfectly cooked, and the steak was just as good. But the real standout for us was the baklava. It's made in-house and served fresh and warm with ice cream, and honestly, I still crave it to this day. We ended up coming back several times during our two-month stay in Texas, and every visit was just as good as the first. I can't wait to try this again the next time I'm in Dallas!

However, the past two times we shared this place with another couple who loves sushi just as much as my husband and I do. One reason we kept coming back, aside from all the delicious food, was how they labeled their menu with the top food allergens. As a food allergy mom, I appreciated this so much! Especially when I was still breastfeeding, I had to eliminate all of my daughter's allergies to breastfeed safely. The main ones I had to look out for was gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, and sesame seeds. The safe was aware of my limitations and shared empathy, not annoyance like other places. T Thankfully I'm out of that stage so I can eat anything on the menu now. We would like to take our daughter here some day, she loves sushi a lot! But being only 5 years old, we'll need to save it for a special occasion. We get carried away when we come here. The food here is top notch and worth every penny, so we'll have to save up. Cooked dishes we always order: Brussel sprouts, steamed mushrooms, hamachi collar and miso cod. All the nigiri/sushi is fresh and you can't ignore the specials or seasonal menu!

Having lived in Hawaii, we ate sushi, sashimi, and poke on a regular basis. Finding spots like this allows us to create new memories while also feeling a bit nostalgic for the flavors we love. We might have gone a little overboard, but everything was incredible! We ordered the Crunchy Eel Roll, Hamachi Nigiri, and Tuna Nigiri, along with two of the EBESU Course menus. My husband had the Chirashi Don and I went with the Toro Tekka Don. Love, love, love. As you can see, it was a lot of food, but every single piece was cooked and cut to perfection. The dishes are very easy to share, and I think next time we'll lean into that more so we can sample even more of the menu. We ordered the Spicy Rice Cakes (Tteok-bokki) which was soo good! If you like mochi you will like this! It's slightly firmer in texture but it's deliciously bouncy and the sauce is mildly spicy and full of flavor. We also ordered the Stir-fried Glass Noodles and Vegetables w/Beef (Japchae) these are savory noodles with no spice with various sautéed veggies. They claim both of these are appetizers but they are huge portions! We also ordered the Grilled Pork Belly. They said this is their specialty and OH BOY IS IT!! They bring a grill/hot plate thing to your table and cook the pork belly right there next to you! They also bring out all sorts of sides such as kimchi, fresh lettuce, picked cucumber, cooked mushrooms, fish cakes, garlic, bean sprouts, lettuce with what I believe was gochujang sauce on top, flakey sea salt and possibly more if I'm remembering incorrectly. They even give you suggestions on how to eat it and it was the MOST DELICIOUS DISH! I am not a fan of fatty meat (and I ordered pork belly, I know!) but they crisp it up so nicely in the pan that I did not notice the fat. The plain meat by itself with a little sea salt on top was Divine but when you add it with some sautéd onion, garlic, bean sprouts, and kimchi on fresh lettuce..... there are no words for how delicious that is! And that is just the food! The customer service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was chill and cozy. Moral of my story is, EAT HERE! Give this place a try and I'm sure they won't disappoint you. 20/10 would recommend! I will be back because this place is GOLD!
