I have been coming to this place for years. Even though they have changed the look of the restaurant the food still the same and it is great. My favorite is the Hot Pot (vegetables and seafood) and the summer rolls (with peanut butter sauce) . The soup is also great. The pho broth is the best I've had in manassas not the best in NOVA but if you are in the area this is a great place to stop and grab a bite. They do not give a whole lot of meat in comparison to other pho restaurants. Their pad Thai is actually very good and I really recommend trying it as well. read more

I'd heard about this place from friends so I thought I'd check it out for a late lunch after test-driving a couple of cars in Manassas. Unlike many other Vietnamese family-style restaurants where diners could have a conversation with the next table without yelling, the tables are adequately spaced within this spacious restaurant. I ordered one of their specials, Beef Short Ribs Noodle Soup (Pho Suon Bo @ $10.95). They were pretty generous with the short ribs but the broth was rather bland. I ate the beef ribs with sate sauce for added flavor. The staff was friendly and very accommodating with my requests for fish sauce and nuoc beo (fatty broth with blanched onions on the side). I might return to check out other dishes if I'm in the area but don't see myself driving about 20 minutes just for a fix. read more

I've seen this place go through many names and many owners. Decided to try it in its newest iteration as Pho Le. Ordered online for delivery, and selected "card payment at door," which I thought was interesting. Other options were cash or to call and give my card info. Was surprised when they called me to get my card, but whatever, no big issue. The food arrived literally 10 minutes later, which was a bigger surprise. While I had no issues at all with it, the pho ga and rice noodle dish were both very bland. I doused the noodles in soy sauce to liven them up; seemed like a very light toss in some random sauce but was mostly oily in consistency. The menu is also so extensive that it's hard to really focus to choose something. You know what they say, too many options makes people turn somewhere else. But also, with that many options it's hard to tell what they do well. With that many dishes, it's hard to imagine each one is a real home run given how different they all seem. Seems like they stretch too thin with options and I'm betting a lot of it tastes the same as many other dishes on the menu. Not a complaint per se, but it was overwhelming to try to get through the menu. I wish the food wasn't so bland, or I'd try more items. I gave it a shot, but I'll stick to my other usual place where the flavor is consistent and on point. read more

I have been coming there for about 7 years now to this regular pho spot everything is always amazing and I never have complains until today. There's always a bunch of flavor and it dosent make you bloated. I'm my regular order I always ask for extra like. One of the staffs which was a male declined my request and said "like is very expensive at this time I cannot give you extra" WHATTTTTTT. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. IM PAYING FOR EXTRA LIME and I cannot get it. He was very rude, I even told him that I am a regular customer and the owner knows me and he said "well then talk to her" how disrespectful. A new Vietnamese restaurant worth trying. They have a large menu (there should be something for everyone.) We had beef wrapped in grape leaves; curry chicken; rice with grilled pork chops, shredded pork & skin, and Vietnamese meatloaf. The curry chicken was a large portion with pieces of chicken breast (no bones), potatoes, onions, green & red peppers, carrots, and celery. All three dishes were good and we would order them again. This place is like a hidden jewel! My mother and I came here and were not disappointed she decided on the lunch special and got the chicken noodle Pho with a spring roll, and I chose the pancake with shrimp and pork and onions, it was so yummy, especially those spring rolls! I really enjoyed this place as well as enjoying the company of very sweet old lady who took our order. Waitress suggested a few, SIL did the seafood clay pot, and I did the stir fried pork with vegetables. The pot came, causing me some BIG envious moments, then my dinner arrived and I envied no longer (well, still want to try it)!!! My food was absolutely fresh, stir fried to perfection, and I dove in!!! I knew I couldn't finish it all (steamed rice on the side to!), but the sauce was so good, I just couldn't stop eating!!! I can't believe I ate the whole thing!!! Alas, no "doggie bag" for me! I *know* I waddled on the way out, moaning!!! This is my new favorite Vietnamese spot in the area. We happened to stumble upon this 14 month old gem because our favorite Pho spot (Saigon Bistro) was closed on Sundays. All I can say is the Vietnamese food served here is top notch. They offer more than pho soup. We ordered the Dinner for 4 to sample a variety of dishes: Lotus shrimp salad, Tamarind soup with shrimp, caramelized salmon fish, spring rolls, shaky beef, and shiitake with bok choy. We also ordered additional summer rolls and Vietnamese coffee. Our party of 4 was thoroughly impressed and even though I'm easily pleased, the company I was with have more refined taste and they were fighting over the remaining tasty morsels. I come here 1-2x a week because it is that great under new management or maybe just a new cook. My go to orders are the cha gio(fried egg rolls), goi coun (spring rolls), caramelized salmon, canh chua (sweet sour salmon soup), and banh xeo (Vietnamese pancake). Pho and rice dishes are great as well. My absolute favorite is number 12. Its crackers with clams mixed with lemongrass and herbs. Their viet coffee is superb. I just had the pho and summer rolls to go, but it wasn't too bad. Broth was ok, but nothing special. They were decent on the portions of meat, but I also got the Bible tripe and it was only a couple of pieces. The summer rolls were fresh and good. I did like their peanut sauce. It was thick and tasteful. When I checked in, they offered a free Thai tea and the girl that took my order said it was only u till the day before? That the coupon on Yelp that showed up is actually expired, but who I believe to be the owner lady was like it's ok just give it to her. The Thai tea had a lot of ice in it so I felt like after a few gulps it was all gone. Sad :( I do want to come back to try some of their other dishes though. Staff was otherwise nice and greeted customers nicely including the lady who gave me the Thai tea for checking in there. All in all, a very good new Vietnamese restaurant in the Manassas area. Nice, clean, and bright, with excellent appetizers and a variety of dishes (despite the misleading Pho name). Our party of four split Nem nuong (Grilled meat balls), Bo nuong la nho (Beef wrapped in grape leaves), Banh xeo (Vietnamese crepe), and, best of all, Hen xuc banh da (Clams with sesame rice crackers). Curiously, the excellent Clams dish also comes with shrimp crackers, and I've had better Banh xeo elsewhere, but all in all, it made for a pleasant dining experience with friendly and solicitous wait staff. I was excited to try this place with a good friend to catch up on some girl chat. We were seated, the entire restaurant was empty besides a few patrons. We sat at a booth and while our order was being taken a HUGE bug of some sorts came crawling by my feet. The server hurried to step on it and killed it. It totally threw me back. I have an intense distain for bugs around my food. They offered to move us to another table. After allowing my heart to stop racing, I got myself together and ordered my meal.
