The restaurant is located in a strip mall filled with other various businesses, with plenty of parking. Live plants decorated the interior restaurant. The floors are slippery, almost oily. We ordered the shrimp spring rolls, egg rolls, the small combo beef pho and the pho laday that is served in a hot stone bowl. The spring roll was good, we didn't like that it had an open end because the filling fell out, we also didn't like the peanut sauce. The egg rolls were delicious, perfectly tightly rolled . The combo pho is really good, the broth is clean and clear. It had plenty of sliced brisket and beef , but only one quarter of a meatball. We would have like to have more meatballs. I'm not sure if the stone bowl is more for looks because the pho was dangerously hot and took a while to cook down to eat. All of the pho toppings came on the side to be added into the Pho Laday. Overall we really enjoyed the food, we will definitely come back .

Delicious fragrant broth and tender meats...what more can you ask for?

We finally had a chance to patronize Pho Laday. It's only 12 minutes from our house so we had high hopes and were not disappointed. We were greeted immediately and told to sit anywhere. The restaurant appeared to be clean with pleasant decor. All tables were cleared which is not always the case in some Vietnamese restaurants. A6 Spicy Wontons, L2 Pho Suon, & P8 Pho Ga were what we ordered. The pho garnishes (basil leaves, sprouts, lime, & jalapeño) were very fresh. The spicy wontons were decent albeit the portion of 6 was a bit steep for $8.99. We saved the sauce to dip our meats into which was a smart decision. When the 2 bowls of pho came out, my husband commented on the ample green onions and herbs in the broth. I placed my 2 large ribs on an empty plate. The pho broth was slightly oily (probably from the ribs) but oh mine, the flavor was deliciously robust. All my meats were so tender. The Pho Suon was $19.99 but I took home enough leftover for another meal. Overall, we were pleased with Pho Laday and would definitely return.

There are so many pho places around the area and this place seems to be one of the newer ones. Their pho is delicious and their broth is super flavorful. They could add a little bit more noodles and meat but I would say the portions are okay. The Ube Vietnamese coffee is so good. I don't usually get drinks at a pho restaurant but this place is a must. The hot noodle soup with a sweet ice coffee pairs very well together. Service was quick. Would come again .

    Shrimp bites! Really good.

Wow, this place is fantastic! In short Longish menu for a pho spot, and the food is excellent. Super friendly service with a family-operated vibe. Clean and bright dining room. Prices are a little higher but value is there. In long We had the time for a late lunch and caught them when there were just a couple other tables, after the lunch rush. They still have their big Grand Opening banner up, as of this writing. There's hustle and bustle in this section of the Speedway--several places that have been great for years and years and years. We rolled in to a well-lit dining room with tons of windows. Nice matching tables and chairs neatly lined up. There are laminated menus on the tables, and absolutely everything is spic and span--the Sriracha bottles, every utensil, the menus, everything is spotless. So nice. We tried a bunch of different stuff, and the server was so warm and prompt throughout. The chef brought out some of the food and we got a strong mother-daughter vibe. Spicy wontons Soft and chewy and flavorful, big flavors in the sauce. Not overpoweringly spicy for us at all, but great complement of heat to the rest of the flavors. Shrimp bites Essentially shrimp toast. Baguette crostini with chopped shrimp, scallions, probably some mayo, bit of cheese. They cautioned us that these take a little longer, but we just got them after a few bites of soup. Hardly any wait, really. Black tea Not every place gets the water steaming hot or brings you your own pot and mug. No dreaded silver pot here. Worth calling out. Steak, brisket, meatball phos The small here is filling, especially with all this other stuff. For $15 it's not the biggest bowl in town, but, wow, every single aspect of it is as good as you can ask for. The broth is clear and dark, tons of rich marrow, nicely seasoned without excess sweetness. Easy top 3 broths for 15 miles in any direction. Every bite of meat had real pop of flavor with it. Noodles were perfect, all the condiments were fresh, fragrant and still crisp (for the ones that should be). The chili paste on the table is the best around. Tofu pudding Kind of like a vanilla flan. So comforting and indulgent without being overwhelming. Maybe I'm not paying attention, but I can't recall seeing this elsewhere. So we had 5 plates, 2 drinks, and an extra serving of broth to go. We will get 4 meals out of all this, plus dessert at each one. With a solid tip it was eighty bucks, but for this quality and this much food still with us at home, the value is right where it needs to be. Plus, there's only one pho place closer to our house. This one shot right to the top of the list after one visit...and we haven't even tried that crazy-looking short rib pho yet.

This is an excellent choice if you're in the mood for some cozy, delicious pho. The service was fast and the food was phenomenal. The broth that came with the pho was so flavorful too. We got 2 bowls of pho and spicy wontons - all of which were so tasty. I could've drank the spicy wonton sauce - it was that good. My husband also got the salted cream latte and the cream puffs and he said they were really good. The coffee had a nice flavor to it.

Solid pho spot. Everything had great flavor, and normal sizes. Took about 10-15 min for food to come out when they were moderately busy, pretty normal. It's pretty nice inside, about 15 or so tables. Also, their chili oil is identical to that of Asia Noodle Pho House in Everett, if you like that one you will enjoy this too. Honestly, we would return, it just wasn't too special.

Nice friendly atmosphere. Good service. The viet coffee lacked the depth of roasted flavor. It was fairly sweetened. The floors were extremely slippery. Not recommended for people with balance issues and can be dangerous coming in on a rainy day. Spicy wontons were flavorful with a slightly sweet gingery flavor in par with Din tai fung. In my long search for a great place for bun bo hue, sadly this place misses. The bun Bo hue was missing pork blood and pork bone. An essential part of great bun Bo hue requires the marrow and savory richness of both of these ingredients. Get the spicy wontons and the Pho laday special. The beef combo rice plate was amazing. Skip the Thai tea, viet coffee, bun Bo hue. Pro tip to the owner: Please offer and option for warmed cream puffs. airfry your cream puffs at 350 for 40 seconds and you will turn what is a 7/10 cream puffs into 9/10 puffs. (I'm trying to make you guys money) Food is tasty. Service is wonderful. A few changes would change my 4 to a 5 star. I'll come back and explore the menu more.

We've ordered delivery and have dined in! Both times have been great. Their restaurant is spacious and clean. I went here with my bf and his mom and we had pho! I had the brisket and meatballs pho (P7) and the broth was well seasoned and flavorful -- they did not skimp out on the meat which I appreciated! My bf got a chicken pho with extra tofu and my bf's mom got the veggie pho. She absolutely loved hers AND it was her first time having pho! We also got the pork skewers meal with eggroll to share. I also got the strawberry cream matcha which was good. Service was great at first but then the restaurant was getting busy and we were waiting for Tupperware and when someone was ready at the register so we could pay. This also happened to the table next to us bc they were done and wanting to leave but needed Tupperware too! Overall, this place is great and they have menu items that you wouldn't see at other Vietnamese/pho restaurants!

I happened to come by on opening weekend (didn't know that they were even there!) and ordered a vermicelli bowl and spring rolls for takeout. They had a couple other customers dining in as well as what I assume was some friends and family there to support the opening. I wasn't greeted when I entered, and didn't see a sign that said to order at the counter or wait to be seated, so I did stand awkwardly at the door until I walked up to the counter and saw that a girl was standing there the entire time. Totally understand that they're new and figuring things out, so just wanted to share as constructive feedback and not a complaint at all. After placing the order, they asked for my patience with the new kitchen staff and that the food may take about 10 minutes to prep, so I took a seat at a table and waited. They were kind enough to bring me a glass of water to sip on while I waited. The food came out sooner than quoted, and I headed out. I enjoyed it, as I normally do with vermicelli and spring rolls. The peanut sauce on the spring rolls was a little thick, so I ran out of sauce pretty quickly (I like a thinner sauce that I can dunk the rolls into). The vermicelli bowl was good - it had an herby green in it (I assume a type of basil or something similarly fragrant), but the fish sauce balanced it out. I also liked that the meat was already cut into smaller pieces before squeezing onto the skewer - it makes it easier to eat, for sure! Overall they made a good impression for their opening. I'd like to go back and try some of their pho dishes when I have a chance to dine in. Congrats on the opening!

New pho restaurant in Mukilteo! Only been opened for couple days and I know they are still figuring out everything so this review will solely be about the food and quality overall. Out of all the pho restaurants in the north-end, I feel like this is one of the better spots. The pricing for this restaurant is like Seattle pricing so it's a bit on the higher end. I do like how there's so many options to choose from on the menu. The egg-rolls are really good, reminds me of homemade egg-rolls. However, it only comes with 2 per appetizer plate. I ordered the Com Bo nuong sot me rice plate. The meat they used was skirt steak and it comes with the crack sauce. Very good, very flavorful. Also ordered the small chicken pho and steak pho. The chicken pho came out super hot as the steak pho didn't. The meat was very soft and tender and gave a decent amount. However, felt like there was too much nuc beo in our bowls, which made it very greasy. Next time, would ask for no or limit the nuc beo or ask for on the side.

So Amazing to have a GOOD pho spot in the north end. Pho Laday comes in a stone bowl with all the works. Love how the Broth was extra rich with the fat on the side. We had to ask for more veggies as basil and green onion was very little. Overall This was a perfect portion for two ladies to share with an appetizer. Only thing I would say is the chicken wings aren't as tasty as their soups. The batter/coating was more like that of a chicken nugget than the typical Vietnamese wings. Probably won't order that again! Matcha was tasty but on the heavier side. I'm used to having the strawberry puree instead of flavor as a cream. Still worth a try if you're in the mood. Giving them a 5 star because the service was super friendly.

So glad this place survived after Covid. The seafood shaved noodle was solid. You get shrimp, squid and scallops. $13.95. Really? We are floored! Husband said it was exactly the same and he enjoyed it! He finished his whole plate. Impressed with the large portion!! Shrimp was huge! Instead of seafood, I asked to sub with chicken. Server said no problem! The chicken slices were super tender and juicy and the shaved noodle texture was perfection. It was a bit bland but nothing a lil' table soy can't fix. Only $11.95 for a huge platter. I was super hungry and cleaned my plate but for most, there'd be leftovers. Mapo tofu with white rice. The sauce had too much corn starch and the meat texture was not my favorite. I've had better but when you have spicy sauce over fluffy rice, it can be mediocre and still be satisfying..Would rather have this for my work lunch than Marie Callendar's any day. Pan fried pot stickers 8 pieces $7.95. Delicious. It's the thin skin kind. Classic, you can't go wrong! I can't eat fried stuff nowadays but their fried chicken wings were the best. Plump, juicy and piping hot! I am sure it's still amazing! They have lots of other menu items. On a colder day, I would go for the custom noodle soup bowls for $12.95. (Choose noodle, broth, 2 veg and 2 proteins). Duck noodle soup sounds amazing. For more topping, I think it's $2.25 per extra topping. One of the few places where most everything is below $15 per entree item and nothing above $20. I would like to try their oxtail noodle soup, sizzling beef or chicken platter, teriyaki short ribs, beef chow fun, and black bean noodle dish next time. Interior is clean with pleasant Cantonese Chinese music, free waters, and guava candy when you pay. The evergreen Asian supermarket next door has a lot of Asian grocery goodies with a Vietnamese deli inside. Durian is on sale for $4.29 a pound. Yes, you can get durian in Everett! Impressive! Worth the drive to get good Chinese then shop next door.

I was looking for dinner in the area and happened to stumble upon this bento spot on Google Maps. After a quick look through the photos, menu, and reviews, it seemed worth trying, and I'm so glad I did. I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento, and after trying it, I can confidently say this is one of the most generously portioned and thoughtfully put-together bentos I've had in a while. The chicken was juicy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The attention to detail across the whole box really stood out, from the egg maki with crab stick to the pickled assorted veggies, yakisoba, radish, and a mountain of perfectly crunchy assorted tempura. Every component felt intentional and well executed. Beyond the food itself, which delivered on quality, flavor, and portion size, the presentation was great and the interior was extremely tidy and well kept. I got my order to go, and I really appreciated that they had seating available for takeout customers. The owner, I believe, who took my order was also incredibly friendly and patiently waited while I decided what to get. That kind of hospitality really adds to the experience. Between the excellent food and the warm service, this spot deserves way more attention. Honestly, if a place like this were located closer to downtown, like South Lake Union, Queen Anne, Fremont, or Madrona, it would easily become one of the most popular teriyaki spots around. For our main courses, we opted for the Deep Fried Fish Szechuan Style, which was filled with cod fish, had a lighter batter coating, and a pleasing crunch, but beware of its savory and fiery flavor, which intensifies after several bites. We also selected the Szechuan Hometown Tofu, which offered our taste buds a savory flavor, enhanced by chili sauce, a crunchy exterior, and a soft, silky interior. This place is located in a plaza of other restaurants and businesses. Parking was plentiful outside. There were many tables to choose from inside, and it wasn't busy at all when we arrived. We ended up ordering both Inihaw Plates, one with Beef BBQ Ribs and the other one with Chicken BBQ. The plates came with our meat of choice, mac salad, a little salad, and two scoops of rice. I wasn't expecting much but I was wowed when they brought our food out. Presentation was gorgeous. Our ribs and chicken looked pretty good, saucy and plentiful altogether as an entree. When I had that first bite of the Beef BBQ Rib, I was floored. I'm pretty sure I took one bite and was just speechless, I'm not trying to exaggerate. The beef ribs were flavorful, juicy, tender, and fell right off the bone. I couldn't ask for anything more. The mac salad was good, it didn't taste like the mayo was too heavy for me. It tasted nice and light. And I had a couple bites of the Chicken BBQ, it was just as delicious as the beef ribs. Also the portion size was amazing. I think I'm a little partial, but the Beef BBQ Ribs definitely altered my brain chemistry. They were that delicious and I'll be thinking about these ribs for a long time. It felt like I was back home at a Filipino barbecue or I was in Hawaii eating at an uncle's backyard. It truly felt like the meat was grilling out in the back and we ate it fresh out the grill. It was absolutely wonderful and I'll be raving about this place to people for a while. Y'all deserve all the stars and love. And the music playing? Loved it, they were already on my island music playlist lol. We had an unforgettable experience. This place is a must try if you're in the area and even if you're not in the area as well. It's just that good.

I love everything; perhaps the octopus could be cooked a little longer to tenderize more. I love the crunchiness from it, and the crunchiness from the black mushroom too. Maybe the chef can find a way to achieve just enough tenderness while still being crunchy, which would be perfect. Another thing, my bowl looks burned on the edges. Kudos to all staff! I have noticed that they always work together seamlessly as a team. They communicate and clean the tables together in an efficient manner. Please keep up the great work!

This place filled up during peak dinner time on a Saturday, so it's probably best to get here…read moreearlier to avoid waiting too long. They can accommodate big groups, as they had 2 different large groups at the same time, but those took up a lot of tables because the restaurant isn't that spacious. The combos are a good option if you have people to share with and/or multiple people are hungry. The portions are enough for more than one meal, and the prices reflect that. We ordered boiled dumplings and the friends combo A with jajung, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk (M). The bowls of jajung and jjamppong are huge, but I didn't notice any meat in the jajung. The jajung was basically noodles, brown sauce, and onions. It was tasty, but disappointing that it looked and tasted vegetarian. The jjamppong was tasty because it was garlicky and slightly spicy. I was surprised to see the boiled dumplings were basically tiny wontons in clear broth. They need to update their menu description because I was expecting dry and regular sized dumplings. The tangsuyuk was very crispy, and I'm glad they served the goopy sauce separately.
