The food that is good is really good! I love their vegetarian spring rolls with the peanut sauce is do bomb! And i always get their vermicelli. But some of the food just doesn't hit the spot. So ngl it's not a 10/10 but what they do well they do very well. And for the price It's not bad at all! We always have the same server and you can tell he's just very hard working and always accommodating. And i do like that there is indoor and outdoor seating. I'm really not one for providing negative reviews. I worked customer service for over 15 years... I get having a long day, and having a bad day, but when their is no effort put in for true customer service and recovery... it's important to share. During the early days of the pandemic I ordered a to go order to be delivered to my home... the delivery time kept getting pushed back and the store was closing soon. With the restaurant being so close to home I decided to just make the attempt and pick it up. Upon walking in the staff member appeared to be completely overwhelmed, and I did my best to walk her through my situation so I could pick up my food. Little did I know she gave my food away to a food delivery driver moments before walking into the restaurant. Here's the catch, I still was never assigned a delivery person. The employee gave away my food. Without any apology, They said if I wait they will attempted to remake it.... by the end of this experience it took 2.5 hrs to get my food. 1.5 waiting for the supposed delivery and another hour waiting for my meal to be remade. Fast forward to yesterday, mind you it's been months if not a full year since I last visited this establishment, figured "ok benefit of doubt, maybe things have changed". Customer service was still sloppy and non existent. When you say 15-20 min wait on food, we should not see 3 other customer that ordered after us walk out with their food. Only to find out our food was sitting at the "to-go" table the entire time. When the owner finally decided to get off their phone and check if our food was ready. She quickly handed us our food without apology or an attempt of service recovery. I'm sorry, this place is in a prime location but really needs polish on their service. read more

Hearty and fresh bowl of pho! First timer and was blown away. I have been a regular at one spot in a nearby city for over 15 years along with visiting other pho spots, but this one is by far the best I've had. I ordered the large pho ga (chicken), the bowl was packed with noodles, chicken and veggies. Most pho places I've ordered from do not have veggies in their pho other than bean sprouts, onion and green onion. This one had all that plus bok choi, carrots, cabbage. Next time I will expand my menu options. Definitely recommend. The only issue was that they don't accept Google pay but not a deal breaker. read more

On the way to Yaamava started to get hungry so we pulled into the shopping area. Next to the Hawaiian bbq and Mexican food was Pho King. We got there at 11:30 and decided to give it a try. While I'm accustomed to winning at the casino...the real jackpot was Pho King! I had the large pho with fatty brisket, wifey had the pineapple fried rice with chicken...both delicious. First, I was a regular customer so I stand by my comment about your watered down broth. Second, we both were not wearing masks. Third, it wasn't me in need of a restroom, it was for my 5 year old son. And most importantly, you were not polite. This all escalated quickly after I asked Jenny if my child can use their restroom. Jenny's temper sky rocketed and started yelling about how I missed her no restroom sign! I definitely wasn't expecting that reaction, and asked her not to raise her voice in front of my child over a simple request. She was crazy y'all! Obviously, at which point I stated that I wasn't going to support her business moving forward... but not "closing down" the business ‍ Anyways, I apologized the first time when initially asking to use the restroom. I even offered to pay. But as a parent, have you ever been in a situation when your child suddenly goes from 0 to 10 on the potty scale even after they had just gone? Geez, have some compassion- it was a child in need, not a grown adult! My poor son was dancing around in circles trying not to wet himself but luckily Dicks next door was nice enough to let us in. I truly 100% support small businesses but not here. First time visit. Had my heart set on shrimp pho. My waitress (who was very nice) recommended shaken beef. Opted to share the small shrimp pho, fried dumplings and shaken beef. The shaken beef was pho king delicious. Game changer. I will be coming regularly now. The pho was delicious as well. Comparable to my favorite pho place in Hollywood. Do yourself a favor. I've had possibly THE WORST tasting pho in my life! I took like 3 bites and had to leave! I really tried to finish the food cuz it was expensive ($16 for a bowl) but I just couldn't do it without gagging! The broth tasted like clam soup even though I ordered steak and brisket. They initiated they use a beef based broth. The meat tasted like it's gone bad, that frozen beef you forget you left in the freezer that's gone bad but you use it anyway. The meat was so bad I literally spit it out. The smell was like leftovers that were left out for a couple days. I still have the aftertaste of clams and eating paper towels in my mouth. I always buy over the phone for pick up or through DoorDash & my food is always so flavorful, amazing, hot, and fresh. Have COVID in the house so I order here through Grub-hub. I have ordered before and have been to the restaurant several times. Tonight they only entered only one order with the kitchen. Keep in mind the order for two of each was entered through Grub-hub electronically. Egg roll was gross. Change the oil? It was a mistake to order it. So was the sautéed flat noodle special, again my bad for not getting pho? No. This place caters to strip mall clients who have not driven the 20 miles to some of the best Vietnamese food outside of Vietnam. The waitstaff was also confusing. They just opened a couple days ago, so I'll give a little slack to them. However, it is clear that they have very unexperienced people working there and service is very slow. If you raise your hand, you'll have to wait a long time so you rather just walk up to them instead of having them walk to you. These high school servers don't seem like they know what they're doing quite yet. Food was mediocre, some better options around the area. Really was hoping that this new location place would have better. We got the Bahn Xeo, Beef pho, and a bbq pork bahn mi. I wouldn't recommend the bahn xeo at all, it was disappointing. Beef pho was decent, the reason why I can rate it 3 stars. The bahn mi was okay. All in all, it is still considered the grand opening so you get a free soft drink with your meal. Still not enough for me to come back. Hopefully, this place gets better over time as they get everything more situated.
