The food is good quality, they just have to work in customer service. During the course of my meal there were 4 orders I overheard where incorrect, I was sitting by the chase register. I was not able to to track down a server to get my drink I had ordered, so I just ate my food. When I was done I requested the check. They returned with the drink and the check with a charge for the drink. I asked them to remove the drink as I would not be drinking it since I had already eaten my meal. They did it and apologized. This is the 3rd time I have been there and each time they have made an error or forgot something on my order. I would recommend training for the wait staff. Once this issues is addressed it would be a 4-5 star rating. read more

They missed the fifth star with truly overcooked beef in the soup and being stingy with the lime wedges, but the service was good and it has great potential. I order through the Yelp app for pick up. The estimated time was 20-40 minutes. I arrived around the 35 minute mark. They told me it would be about 5 more minutes. I then waited that 5 minutes and an additional 17 minutes before getting my food. I also watched my order get out in the counter and sit for around 7 minutes before I asked them if my order was almost ready, they then bagged it. I'm patient. I understand sometimes the volume of orders can overwhelm staff but they only had 2 flood members serving roughly 6 tables, handling pickup orders, and cashing customers out. Maybe they were overwhelmed or under trained but multi tasking is part of almost every job, especially this industry and they are not good. You'd think after over a year of to go orders they'd have this figured out. Nope! The food on the other hand was sub par. Lacked flavor, not authentic, and not hot. Wow I went the first time and the food was great came a 2nd on a Sunday at 520. We had called and they said a 20 minute wait so we arrive after 20. We leave 50 minutes later after calling ahead. The management was horrible and everyone was so disorganized. Asking the same customers the same questions several times by several workers. And while they had a very full wait room which is not following guidelines cause they got so backed up waiting room had 15 people. They are so disorganized they didn't even know our food was waiting for 20 minutes but no one knew cause no one called finished orders, so no one told us I snatched my food again so disorganized they didn't trust I paid till I flashed the receipt. Looking for a restaurant that open in New Year, We ended up having our dinner at Pho King. The restaurant was super busy as we expected. After 15 mins, our Filet Noodle Sups came out. First time coming here, got their dumpling soup and husband had their filet mignon pho. Husband really enjoyed the pho, I liked the broth but felt the wontons were a bit under, they were hard. It also had pieces of romaine lettuce in it which threw me for a loop. The broth tasted great, nice and salty but not too salty to enjoy. We walked in a lady who didn't even look up from her stand said take a seat. We found a booth. About 5 minutes later a person brought the menus, did not make eye contact or say hi just dropped them at the table and walked away. About 10 minutes after that he came back and said "ready?" No customer service at all. I got the beef pho, there was not one piece of eatable meat in there all fat and tendons. The broth was very bland. I told them no thank you I wouldn't be eating the soup.
