I'm always unsure about pho to go but this place is amazing! The broth tastes authentic and flavorful and the to go portion is very filling!

They have been so friendly and helpful with orders. To go orders are packed in a way to make sure the noodles come out perfect

If I can give a negative 1, this is what customer service at this place is worth. I have never met a server who is as rude as this waiter! He argued with us over his own mistake, and walked out on his customers!!! Terrible customer service. He has anger management issues! He definitely needs to work on his hospitality skills and treating customers with respect. Regretted coming to this place. Almost ruined a perfectly good day. The food was good which is why I am giving 3 stars, however we ordered over the phone and used the menu on their website to order. We go to pick up and the prices are significantly higher than advertised online. Cashier informed us that they haven't updated they website in awhile, which is fine but maybe give a disclaimer when ordering because the price you see is not what you will pay. read more

This is my first time coming here! I got the special beef noodle soup and it had a good amount of noodles. It didn't end up being soggy like some other places. The sizes were very big, the small was already too big for me to finish. I also got passion fruit drink with it, and the servers made sure to check up on me and refill waters. Not a fan. Everything here had too much of a sweet taste to it. Not very authentic either. I love Pho, but the broth was too sugary and you couldn't taste the true beef broth flavor that from simmering for days like real Pho does. Same with the sandwiches...I like my banh mi to have fresh flavors from the veggies with meats that actually tastes grilled. Their sandwiches again, too sweet, and the combination of the veggies were not complete...they were missing those white pickles radishes. I've always loved this place but tonight really changed my perspective on their customer service. I ordered 2 orders of pho via Yelp through Grubhub for delivery and waited over an hour for delivery to my home. When the delivery arrived I only received 1 of 2 that I ordered. I called the restaurant hoping for a resolution and the person who answered the phone told me, he would come drop it off but they're busy and gave me no choice but to pick it up myself. I asked him if he could call Grubhub merchant support to hail another driver to pickup my order considering I already paid for delivery and order fees. He told me, no they're too busy I'd have to call myself. He said the order was ready and they forgot to put it in the bag. It doesn't matter how busy you are, the customer is always right. You have the power to make it right and you chose not too. I'll find another pho spot to take my business in the future. read more

They acknowledged customers dining in and when I said something the Viet lady said rudely told me to wait. Well fck her and this place. I walked out. Waste of time for my family and I. Exceptional pho! I had filet pho and it was the best I've ever had. A small bowl is huge. Came to the table fast too. I also ordered egg rolls and they also were wonderful. The food is great but the wait time is terrible. It took about 50 minutes to get two bowls of Pho and a sandwich. It also took about 10 minutes to flag down a server to receive the drinks we ordered after they forgot about 20 minutes before hand. The servers don't know how to help out their customers and are unsure when the food would be ready. Overall, not a good experience and will not be returning. read more

My fiancé and I decided to try this place out because I was craving pho! The food we ordered was exactly what we had wanted and the portion size was more than we had expected. I ordered a large bowl of vegan pho, spring rolls, and my fiancé ordered a beef bowl. I enjoyed my meal, but something in the pho gave me an allergic reaction that made my lips puff up for a day and a half (I didn't really mind too much). Love the soup base. I wish that the waiter can speak better english to describe food properly.restrooms and ambiance need to be upgraded. I feel it is in the 80s or 70s. My friends and I went to try the new pho out and we were very disappointed in our service. One of the workers was extremely rude to us. We were waiting for out other friend to get out of the restroom and the worker kept yelling at us "what are you waiting for!" She was extremely rude and made us very uncomfortable.
