This place is always so freaking amazing. The broth is always consistent and the employees keep it clean. I love it so much. Everyone needs to try this place dude. They had the sea salt Vietnamese coffee so freaking bomb. I think they barely release the hot stone pho i don't think I'll order any other way again it's just always on point man. It's not even funny.

Came here on a slightly rainy day. I needed to get some soup to-go for someone sick. I tried to get the smoked wagyu brisket, but they were out so I had to change my order to smoked Dino rib bone and oxtail pho. Service is always nice. It was pretty empty today so they had plenty of seating. I like how their ceiling is black. I never noticed it before. They gave me a huge smoked Dino rib. My smoked oxtail had only 2 pieces. When I dine-in they usually give me 3 pieces, but maybe it's because the Dino rib was so large or maybe they ran out. I'm not too sure. They did run out of the smoked brisket so it's a huge possibility.

This is by far, the best pho place in Vista right now. I went here after finding out I had the flu and really needed some TLC since I wasn't able to eat anything other than pho or soups. This was close by so my husband and I decided to try something new. The location is in a pretty big plaza, it's off to the side with its own parking section. The inside decor was very tasteful and modernized for a pho place. It had a black and wood aesthetic which made me feel like... this could be a boujie pho place. Service was great. They served waters right away and asked us for our order fairly quickly. I got the #13 regular pho, which was a combo of everything (all meats). My husband got the BBQ Beef Banh Mi. The soup came out really fast, like maybe within 5 minutes of ordering. It was hot, steaming and even walking into the restaurant; the flavors smelled wonderful. I did my trusty authentic broth taste taste without any hoisin sauce and sriacha, and to my surprise; the soup was FANTASTIC. It was so flavorful, I'd have to say it was the best soup broth I've had in a long time. Very generous with portions too: lots of noodles, lots of meat, and soup almost filled to the brim! My husband said the beef bbq banh mi was also very yummy! Bread was perfectly crispy and the flavor of the meat was good as well. Though just for one bowl of pho, a banh mi, and a hot ginger lemon tea costed us almost $40 (without tip). It's not very cheap for a pho place, but I see myself coming here every now & then. Thank you for a great experience!

First time here and everything was great! Service was excellent and very attentive. Food was so good it blew my mind. Very nice inside, and comfortable as well. I'll definitely be recommending this place to EVERYONE.

Summer special: passion fruit drink. $6 Way too sweet. Didn't drink any more of it.

This used to be our go-to pho spot in the area. The quality keeps declining on each visit. Broth is less flavorful than it used to be. The meat quality is getting really bad. The rare steak pho had super tough beef. Egg rolls were still good.

I tried the short rib pho, beef house pho and oxtail pho. All were very good! The broth was flavorul and the beef was very tender. You really can't go wrong with any of these choices. The chicken spring roll and crunchy pork skin spring roll were delicious as well.

Seriously the BEST pho me and my wife have ever had! The both was so flavorful you didn't need a lot of hoisin or lime it was that well made. The service was excellent as it's a family owned business. Everyone is so friendly and always smiling. The ambiance was chill and they had half booths which we like. Overall best PHO in Oceanside and San Diego it was fabulous!Definitely recommend the honey dew smoothie with boba and Ox tail Pho super unique.

This is hands down my favorite photo place in North County. They make Chinese food as well but the short rib pho and brisket pho is soooo good. Broth on point and always quick and great service. There's also likely going to be a wait if you go on a rainy day!

Consistency can go a long way and the food and service has always been great for me. We do both dine in and or order takeout from here and as long as it's on the menu we get the Chicken wings. 6 wings for just under $15. They do have lunch specials up to 5 pm so you could get a better combo deal perhaps during their specified time frames. Restaurant is kept nice, clean, and orderly. Comfortable booths and some table dining too. Highly recommend giving them a try! *Not our favorite Wing Wednesday "deal" but we're happy for the wonderful quality and like that we can continue to enjoy their good efforts in maintaining that.

I say take a chance and come support this local small business. If I could add one suggestion it would be to always either have music playing (even their own Vietnamese style music would be fine....just like Chinese restaurants play their own music) or, put the TV on and play some sports. People do enjoy watching sports when they eat. (Not sure why....but they do)

They are located just off of Santa Fe Ave. in a small shopping strip. The interior is very simple, with very little decor. It is also very small and only allows for about 25 customers seating. Although there is booth seating for groups of four, this place is best for solo or date-dining. The service here is fast, friendly and very welcoming. This is because it is owned by a husband, wife and son; so there is a very personal touch when it comes to customer service. I've come here twice and so far I really love the no. 46 pork vermicelli noodles, their egg rolls, spring rolls, and their combination phô soup. It is important to note that there is pork in their eggrolls and I love how crispy they are. All of the meats in my meals were delicious! Their menu is priced very affordably with the majority of the items costing under $15. They appear to be very popular for delivery service services, such as DoorDash and Uber eats. There were also many people who did pick-up. Although I could wish for more ambience inside with some music, I can appreciate that there's ample parking in their shared lot and they have a clean bathroom. If you happen to be in Vista and want to support a small, family-owned business that serves delicious Vietnamese cuisine, I highly recommend Tasty Phô.

He's had better. Adding hoisin sauce helps. The dish only included two packets of hoisin. (I keep a bottle on hand because I normally like hoisin with almost every bite whenever I eat pho. Restaurants never give enough.) Be sure to ask for extra! The noodles came in a bowl which is convenient. Other establishments may have the noodles in a Chinese take out box and you supply your own bowl. Overall, he was happy with his meal. The restaurant only had one table with guests. Two more tables were taken by the time I left. I don't know if I've ever seen this place packed. The decor is the same from the previous business that occupied that spot. The restaurant is fairly quiet with the exception of a movie playing on tv. I don't know the movie. Didn't pay much attention to it until I heard cussing. A lot of it. Tense scenes. The lady servicing the front paid no attention to it. Probably background noise to her. I wasn't a fan. Not exactly family friendly and poor taste imo. I went here because my usual spot is closed on Tuesdays. Overall, it was a decent experience.

And said welcome for two? have that table right there! I was shocked, immediately feeling more than welcome. So now my hopes were high. Ordered the pork fried rice, house pho, and lotus stem salad with shrimp. Where to begin my goodness, I'm salivating writing this review only one day later. Let's start with the salad, never would I order this in my life but my girl knows her Asian cuisine very well, it was the first thing she picked. And my god, freaking unbelievable every bite I had was so so tasty! That dressing is incredible along with the onions, I don't know what they do to them but man oh man they were delightful. Now the pork fried rice, what a hit! The pork is sliced so unbelievably thin and with so much flavor too, and the fried rice was all very good. Definitely not the best fried rice I've had but it was still quite tasty, I feel it was just slightly on the dry side for a fried rice. But flavor was very tasty and some bites were not dry. And the pho!! Kabang, another hit!!! The broth, noodles, everything. And they serve it with beans sprouts and jalapeno which is a must add!! The crunchiness from the bean sprouts ties the whole bowl together! Will I be back is not even a question one should ask. Boy am I glad to have tried this place!!! 9.5/10 Lost .5 points because of the fried rice. What a beautiful spot!!! Apologies for no pictures I tend to forget when on a date.

Ordered two- one for now and one for later. I called before leaving and asked if they could make a vegan banh mi and was told yes, that it wasn't a problem. I specifically asked if there was anything in the sandwich that would make it not vegan- the employee said no that if I asked for vegan than it would be made vegan. So no pate and no mayo? Employee confirmed they don't use mayo and omit the pate for vegan. Great! So I ordered two, went to pick up and paid. After getting back to work and starting to eat my sandwich, I notice that there is a creamy taste. I called the restaurant and explained that they must have put mayo in my sandwich. The employee said there is no mayo in their banh mi, so I asked what the white cream was and he said it was butter. I said I couldn't have butter and butter wasn't vegan. He then said it was vegan butter and I asked three times to be sure if I was understanding him correctly. He then said he would go check the ingredients. He read them off to me on the phone and once I heard MILK, it was game over. I told him I can't have milk and milk Isn't vegan. Then a long awkward pause and he said, "it's not?" And I sad, no, it's vegetarian but definitely not vegan. He apologized and said he didn't know. *sigh* He offered to remake them without butter so then I had to drive back and waste more time and gas. So... I drove back. The sandwiches were remade but, I'm glad I do not actually have an allergy. As I was leaving, he told me that next time I ordered to tell them no milk. That bothered me a little bit because unfortunately this establishment does not know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. To be honest, I don't know if I will return. Now I'm questioning if what I ordered the last time I was here was vegan at all. :( If you're vegan and ordering here, I don't know that I'd trust they don't use any animal products in their ingredients. I feel like you would have to ask for a list of ingredients to be sure you're not surprised with anything.
