I found my new pho spot! We went on a Saturday afternoon and were sat immediately. The customer service was amazing, they were so engaging with everyone and ensured we had drinks and water refills. They also have suggestions based and what we wanted. I ordered the steak plate with rice and a pickled salad. The portion was good enough for 2 people and the steak was seasoned and juicy. The peppers complimented it very well. They also gave me a side of broth to try! We also got a the filet minion pho and it was so full of flavor! I love the lemonades they carry we ordered a soda lemonade and a salty lemonade. The restaurant is pretty specious and they do have tables for bigger parties. They have an many items on the menu so something for everyone.
I've been here more than a handful of times. Sometimes alone, with a couple of friends or with a group. This visit we were five. The restaurants ambiance is nice, and casual. The decor has red throughout which is my fave color, so that's a plus. They have a beautiful artwork piece on the wall that I always forget to ask if it's a living wall. The plants look real. The downfall is this place runs warm, not enough air flow for me. This evening was there after having early hot weather this March. The food was unfortunately just ok along with the Thai Iced Tea w/boba. The tea didn't seem strong enough and the boba were clumpy. My dish didn't look like the pic on the menu that I was hoping to get. Instead of the marinated looking meat, I got more of a saucy or soupy chicken dish. It was good but not what I was craving for. I do always like to get the fried buns. You can order it with pork slices, but I requested no meat. It comes with a fish dip sauce which is good together, but good without too. The Chicken Fried rice was ok. It was bland, almost no salt or real flavor. I added hot sauce and salt. It must have been an off night or maybe us coming in an hour and a half before they closed. The food is usually good. The service is a hit and miss. Tonight the service was good and friendly and just ok since we had two people catering to our table. I would return. Like I mentioned the food is usually delish, drinks too. Now that it's summer I think I would choose to sit away from the windows where the sun beams through.
We had the best time here! Service was great, everyone was super friendly and happy to help. The restaurant was quite large & very clean inside. Food came out super fast! The bone marrow was delicious, 10/10! Pho was good, we're from the 626 area so I'd say the flavor of broth was an 7.5-8 out of 10 compared to places in 626 area. Very good, definitely the best pho we've had in Oceanside thus far! We will definitely be back

I had the charbroiled spring rolls and a bowl of pho the broth was super flavorful, especially perfect on a cold day. They also have a great selection of draft beers. Service was fast, and it's a solid spot whether you're coming with a big group or just want to sit at the bar.
WOW!!! I'm impressed! As a Việt coming from OC, my expectations are really high when it comes to our food. We ordered banh khot and roasted bone marrow as an appetizer. I was really impressed by the presentation of both, and the flavors were amazing. The banh khot was executed perfectly-- juicy, springy shrimp, crispy bánh, and fragrant herbs. Marrow was plentiful, roasted perfectly and thick full of marrow. Our com ga nướng was delicious with fried egg and dau hu ky. I recommend ordering 3-4 extra eggs they're so good lol. Pho was perfect -- tender meat, clean, fragrant, steaming hot broth, and perfectly cooked noodles. Our servers were so sweet and attentive! 100% will be back when we're in the area. Highly recommend

The owners and staff clearly care about authentic flavors and hospitality. Service was warm and attentive, and every dish tasted fresh and homemade. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and inviting. Highly recommend the pho, spring rolls, grilled dishes, and Vietnamese coffee. Easily one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Southern California. The staff was amazing also with the best service with a smile and always verified refills and food quality.

For my and my daughter's bday Mike brought us his made from scratch flan. Delicious!!!! Mike is so welcoming and treats us like family. We so appreciate this family and they are so talented in making flan and shrimp fried rice and shrimp fried wontons and their pho is THE best pho we have ever tried!!!! Other restaurants pho does not compare, this place excels at making pho!!!!! Oh and we love their smoothies too. Kids get Oreo and mango and my favorite is avocado with boba. Love their sandwiches too!!!!! read more

This was my first time here, and I was seriously impressed! This is the first pho restaurant I've been to where I wanted to order almost everything on the menu because there were so many unique and delicious-looking options. They have an incredible variety of dishes that you don't usually see at a typical pho restaurant. They also have a huge drink selection with so many choices. The restaurant itself is very spacious with plenty of seating. Everything looked fresh, and I can't wait to come back and try more items. Definitely one of my new favorite Vietnamese restaurants! I can't believe it's taken us this long to try this place. The service from the employees was excellent. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. We received the food quickly and it was hot and tasted fresh. My fiance and I each ordered a version of their beef pho. It was excellent with great flavor. As soon as the server put the bowl in front of me, I could smell every spice they put into the broth. We also ordered the egg rolls as an appetizer and they were equally as delicious. Come here at least 3-4 times a month and see many regular faces that frequent this bright place. Pho is excellent but my fave has to be the seafood soup with egg noodles. Portions are generous and eggrolls are yum. Lots and lots of drinks to choose from as well. If you are looking for an authentic menu - come herr! read more
Great service, the staff is friendly and checks in on you. It's a pretty big restaurant, feels a little fancy than a typical pho restaurant. Price point is $14 something for regular size and $15 something for large. Regular size is pretty big and fulfilling. read more

Customer service has declined significantly compared to previous visits. We went to Pho Ha tonight and the male server who waited on us was unfriendly It took almost 20 minutes to get our cafe drinks and when we got them the presentation (compared to the menu) was disappointing from previous visits because they were in plastic cups with disposable straws. Cafe drinks are not as good as the one pictured from previous visits and the presentation is a huge disappointment. The chicken curry was watery with cheap cuts of chicken that were mostly bone, and not worth the price. Prices at Pho Ha are the same as previous visits but the service was very slow for not being busy and the food quality was not as good, with an aftertaste of 'shrinkflation'. So long, Pho Ha! The customers are not fooled and know when they are paying more for less read more

Great food and excellent service! My friends are regulars here and noticed that all the staff seemed new, so we suspect the restaurant might be under new management. Anyway, they were very welcoming and attentive, frequently checking on our table to ensure everything was good. The strawberry matcha drink with matcha foam was delicious, and the spring rolls with peanut sauce were good. The pho was flavorful, with a unique seasoning that I wasn't familiar with, but it was still really good. I appreciated that the beef tendon was actual cooked tendon rather than just sliced beef, and the quality of the meats was better than at other places. My friend was also pleased with her rice dish. Overall, it was a fantastic meal, and my friends are happy to continue supporting this business. read more

I'm pretty sure all their food (especially the ones I've already tried) on the menu are super delicious The place is huge, homey feel if you ask me, love that it is always clean and so is their bathrooms (only used women) Sometimes I get scared at how busy the streets are, they're in the corner of Douglas and Mission Avenue; especially at night but if you're in the inside dining area not by the windows the car lights passing is not even noticeable. read more

You must try the Salt &Pepper Shrimp plate!! It is unlike anything else anywhere around North County. Perfectly sweet and tangy with a slight subtle spiciness. One of my all time favorite meals. Not too much to say about this place, but that's not always a bad thing! My friend and I got some large, satisfying servings of chicken noodle soup and beef pho respectively. Place was great, starting with our server who's patience was funny. We couldn't decide which plates to get. She kept asking us what kind of food we liked. We all knew what we wanted except for the wife. That's what made it funny. But the portions were awesome. The food was great. The calamari was on points, crispy and hot. Spring rolls were great with the peanut sauce. Egg rolls were delicious. The Pho was well portioned out. I had plenty of beef that is the one I ate and the one with chicken also had plenty of food in it. The ambience was casual not too loud place was clean as well. We let the server know we were out of town and I compared them to the ones here in Arizona and both places have been to were pretty good.
