Everything was delicious, the beef brisket and flank steak were flavorful on their own within the broth and nice and tender. The employees are so kind and efficient and Trina is the absolute best. Even after not being there in a long time, she remembered us and what we usually order! She is amazing. He's had better. Adding hoisin sauce helps. The dish only included two packets of hoisin. (I keep a bottle on hand because I normally like hoisin with almost every bite whenever I eat pho. Restaurants never give enough.) Be sure to ask for extra! The noodles came in a bowl which is convenient. Other establishments may have the noodles in a Chinese take out box and you supply your own bowl. Overall, he was happy with his meal. The restaurant only had one table with guests.
