Love, love, love this gem in the heart of Oceanside!! We have ordered take-out from Thai Table Time so many times but today was our first sit down meal with our friends, celebrating a birthday. Great portions of delicious authentic Thai food, the best within a 100 miles radius, in my opinion. I appreciate that they have different levels of spice you can order (1-10) for your food so it can meet the comfort of your tastebuds. Highly recommend their: Mussaman curry = harmonious aromatic balance of heat, creaminess, and deep savory flavor. We have ordered both salmon and pork, and the meat is always tender. Pad Thai = sweet, sour, salty, umami, and a hint of heat. Not heavy, syrupy, or overwhelmingly sweet. The vibrant sauce coats the noodle without making them soggy. We ordered shrimp and pork for protein. Fish cakes = chewy and slightly bouncy texture, usually served with a sweet, tangy cucumber, cilantro dipping sauce and tops with crush peanuts. Pad See Ew = savory wide rice noodles stir-fried with soy sauce, garlic, eggs, and Chinese broccoli, smoky, caramelized flavor. We order pork, chicken, or tofu. Green papaya salad = Absolute deliciousness!!! -- crunchy, refreshing texture and bold, vibrant flavors. Perfectly balanced between tangy lime, savory fish sauce, Thai chili heat, and a subtle sweetness. They must for us, especially on a hot day!! Upon request, they can make most dishes with vegetarian sauce. Equally important to the delicious food is Nira (sp?)! The young lady that takes the orders, serves your food, preps the deliveries, packs your leftover to go, cleans the table... and she does it all with a smile! I recently catered from here for a work gathering. The service was amazing from setting up my order to pick up and the food delivered!! The green curry with chicken was a hit and the way they cook the eggplant (pan fried or something like that) was unique and made it even better. They also separated the curry gravy so it wouldn't get soggy. When we went to pick up they were so sweet and gave us some Thai tea and had a great chat too. Seriously this family owned business is truly amazing and I highly recommend this place! Some other highlights food wise was the sampler platter, the pad see ew and the papaya salad. Another great meal by Thai Table. I enjoyed it for three separate meals because they give a decent amount of food. The pad thai with mock duck was sooo tasty. Iove the lime slice they give you along with the peanuts in the corner. I also really enjoy mock duck. *fun fact: i read in my Chinese vegan cookbook that mock duck is made with Seiten which is a very common meat replacement for Buddhists. I highly recommend if you're not gluten sensitive. I also always enjoy spicy fried rice flavors - just something about the spicy and fresh Thai basil together is so yummy and smells delightful. There are roughly 5 small tables and one other patron when we arrived on a Friday night, but there was a nonstop stream of pick up orders while we were there. The food was very good and the portions were huge. Our faves were the Thai papaya salad and pad see eww. I really enjoyed the Thai beef noodle soup. This is not Thai boat noodles, but still really flavorful and the beef was pretty tender. The only dish that wasn't really what we expected was the BBQ chicken. I was expecting bone in pieces of chicken, but it was just boneless thigh meat. Flavor was okay, but missing the char. Server was nice and would definitely return. read more

We've visited this location once before and I remember how good the food was. We went again on Friday night and were seated right away. The fam working there is so kind and always ready to help. Even the youngster was there helping out the team. Basic restaurant look, right next to a bar/billiards place. Plenty of parking in the lot. Nothing fancy but the food is amazingly good! We started with an appetizer plate and everything was delish and fresh. I got the small Tom Yum soup with chicken, it was such a great portion and the flavors were outstanding. My BF got the Pad See Ew and had leftovers for the next day. The food is really top level. Thai Beer was smooth and flavorful. There are some restaurants that you know will be good from when you pull up to it, this is one of them. I came on a Sunday afternoon after lunch with a party of 7 when there was light business. I ordered the Green Curry, Thai Tea, and Thai Sausage. The curry is rich and flavorful with the coconut milk adding a light sweetness to it. The Thai Sausage was average, and the Thai Tea is the same as other places I've been to. A good thing is that all portions are HUGE, one order is definitely enough to last two meals. The service was nice, you can tell that this is a family-run business and it shows in the warmth of the restaurant. I will say that when I went I think only one chef was on duty since it took some time for our dishes to come out, but if you order ahead you won't have this problem. The shopping center is not the most aesthetic, but dont let that stop you from trying this place, we had an excellent experience. We met some friends here for dinner and it was a great experience. We have been coming here for years after we went in a mission to find delicious Thai food in Oceanside/Carlsbad. It is totally out of the way for us but so worth it every single time! Best Pad See Ew hands down the flavor is so rich! We have tried just about all of their curries and all are delicious. We love the fresh rolls with tofu and their peanut sauce is top notch! The Tom Kha soup is rich and delicious and finally the Garlic pepper tofu is our favorite! We typically do take out and the staff is always friendly and fabulous! This has been my go to for takeout (it's been a while) and I decided to dine in. It's a small space with a number of booths tightly spaced. The service is not imposing but is pretty basic, although they do take orders quickly. I was unpleasantly surprised that all drinks, even water, come with a straw already in the glass. The Tom kha was on the sweet side, which was not the best taste. Was expecting sour and mildly spiced. The spicy eggplant tofu was well prepared with delicious fresh Thai basil, but again not spicy (asked for 6 out of 10). The glass noodles were good - had never tried them, and came with a small amount of broth. I felt that the food was different and not as seasoned as I remembered - perhaps a different chef? Christmas Lunch Review: Pad See Ew was decent and I enjoyed it. Noodles were thick and had a good texture. There was just enough flavor for me to find it tasty but I could have appreciated a little more to be honest. The beef noodle soup was quite lack luster with an excess of noodles that seemed to be extremely clumped. We got a 3/10 spice level for a papaya salad and it felt like a 1/10 at best. Everything was quite unremarkable but overall we still enjoyed our lunch. Who knows, we just came back from Thailand so maybe I'm being a little too harsh.
