Off rip, this is across the street from the DICKs/PetSmart plaza just off Peachtree Pkwy in Peachtree Corners. It's a tiny little plaza so don't miss the road off Peachtree Pkwy or else you will miss it entirely and double back. If you come to LA Fitness, you've gone too far! Let's start with the interior It is spacious! The whole restaurant uses the corner suite of the building entirely and curved the whole place to create this decently expansive interior that looks to seat roughly 100 heads. The decor is very homely... almost like a Vietnamese Hobby Lobby threw up in the place... that's not a dig! It's a very welcoming environment. Between the deer head and the Saigon-esque decor, it's a welcoming joint! The service is basic. You get sat. You look at the menu. You order. They bring out the fixins'. You eat. You pay. You leave. I got one refill during my 45 eating time.. The food! Had to order the pho because... it's the most basic standard thing to gauge any all around Viet joint. The pho is the standard that tells you if the place is good. I will say, this place has a far richer, deeper broth. Plus it's fattier as I've noticed a slight sheen to my lips after slurping this broth down. The broth had less cinnamon and more corriander/cardamom forward flavor than other places. It's not a bad thing, just far different than the other places that has a more pronounced cinnamon forward flavor to the broth. This one has more depth and has a far richer taste to it. I do appreciate that they err on the side of serving tendon and tripe in their P10. And the XL is definitely an XL. The noodles did come out stuck together but the broth did take care of. I was a little disappointed that they had to opt with lemons instead of the traditional limes and they did not have basil at my visit. Maybe next time they will when I visit because I will have to make a visit again just to try the pho to make sure it's not a one off but that they stay consistent. Overall this place is comparable to some of the popular ones in and around the Norcross/Duluth area. The prices are definitely comparable with this joint's XL being at $17.95, it's definitely comparable to other places, but the identities of the restaurants are different and this one has an interior that stands out above the rest. Definitely recommend!

We were sat right away when we walked in and were handed some menus. Half the menu was unreadable from being wiped so many times, but we were interested in their lunch special. We ordered the beef pho, combination black pepper sauce and pork banh mi. The service is no frills. They literally dropped a bottle of water off and you have to pour it yourself. They never check on you after dropping off the food. On to the food, the portions are a good size. The beef pho has a nice broth flavor with served slices of beef. The combination black pepper sauce comes in a pot and I like that it was piping hot and the flavor is good and the rice got crispy. I ordered the sandwich to bring home, but they don't provide to go boxes. So bring your own if you want to take leftovers. It took me a while to get the servers attention to pay. You are able to Apple Pay table side, which was convenient. Overall 3.5* for value but definitely not service.

I ordered the fried egg noodle with grilled chicken and it was so good, I ended up taking a photo halfway through eating lol. I'm used to more seafood taste but for this deal it's alright. Jjajangmyeon was smokey, with a slight bitter char taste. I didn't like it as much as I thought I would, but it did have good veggies in it. Radish looked good but I don't know why the white onions were transparent. Nonetheless I do wish them the best as they've been open for years with many happy customers.

For the price I think the serving size was a little small, but again, really tasty and fresh. So because of the pandemic we haven't been going out to eat every weekend like we usually do. I decided to get some Chinese. My go to place was closed today so I figured I would just go to H-Mart since it's close. Today was a big disappointment. I got the Tofu Singapore Mai Fun and Beef with veggies and white rice. For both dishes it was $21 and change. Beef with Vegetables: - portion of the entree in the container with the rice was like a lunch portion. I am used to a regular container with separate rice on the side for "dinner" - the rice was old and dry. Like it had been sitting in the rice cooker for a long time. Like korean nurongji -the beef was dried out. I had some pieces that were legit like beef jerky -the sauce had a slightly weird sweetness to it -vegetables were overcooked and some pieces were burnt Singapore Mai Fun: -noodles were definitely tossed around too much because they were way too broken -again, a weird slightly sweet taste -tofu was super dry and tasted old. The pho has been flavorful, aromatic, and served with fresh vegetable sides every time. The banh mi is delicious, had fresh vegetables, and had a good amount of meat. The crab puffs are crunchy, light, oil free, and delightfully stuffed, a must try! Every single time we make a run for groceries we eat here, and I don't see that changing in the future. Honestly this place could easily occupy in restaurant building, slap down some fancy decorations and add 4-5 dollars onto anything they serve, but they don't and that is the magic. It's real food, by real people, who are really passionate about it, and changing anything would ruin the magic.
