This is my first time here to this location. The service was pretty bad considering that there was only on other guest dining in. Most of the orderes were take out. I ordered the #18 and a order of spring rolls. I never received the spring rolls, and never got a refill of water while I was dining in. It a shame this location is pretty nice and had a great atmosphere. But the service could stand to be a bit better. I doubt if I would stop by again. What a disappointing experience.

Average banh mi. Eggrolls were better. Was craving Vietnamese, so ordered from here. Got the grilled pork banh mi, which had a good amount of pork, but otherwise flavors were mild. Was craving more pickled veggies. Also got the cha gio/eggrolls. The fish sauce was good, and all the veggies that came to wrap them were also fresh. Didn't eat in, so can't speak to service or ambiance, but tbd on whether I go back.

I came here with my family and ordered the vermicelli bowl. The food came out very quickly and although it was convenient, it made me question how fresh it was. Unfortunately, the flavor tasted a bit off. The vermicelli bowl consisted of mostly veggies so I thought this was a bit overpriced from what I'm used to. The customer service wasn't the greatest but wasn't too bad either. When we would ask for something, there wasn't a verbal response however they did get what we needed. I appreciated the help however it left me feeling their interaction was impersonal and they should've been a bit friendlier. I would say the place is very clean. I really would like to say I enjoyed the food but overall the experience fell a bit short. Hopefully, it was just an off day.

Was craving some lemon grass beef noodles and when I say this place takes care of you , I mean that! Look at this portion!!!! Super flavorful, hot and delicious! Great first impression!!! Staff is welcoming and friendly and the establishment is very clean organized and best of all, DELICIOUS FOOD!!!!!!! Will definitely be back

Great service today and nice clean restroom too. The pork chop with rice was must excellent and tasty freshness just off the grill made to order never frozen. The handmade spring rolls were delicious and the peanut sauce was very good. Overall a good find here in Irvine close to Albertsons supermarket and the Islamic center too. Happy New Year 2026!! Another beautiful day in paradise.

I often come here when I'm craving hot pho soup. Their broth is good enough to enjoy but I still prefer the pho locations at Westminster. Given that this one is located in Irvine and close to the freeway ramp in Kohls and Albertsons plaza it is good enough. Their spring rolls aren't good like Brodard but their fried egg rolls are delicious. Service is good and I can see it's a family owned place. Sometimes when I come here it is packed and you have to wait outside as there's minimal space to wait indoors. Dining area isn't as large as typical restaurants but it is quite clean. There's no Yelp waitlist so you have to out your name on a paper list and wait for their staff to call you.

Pho with rare steak, brisket, and beef tendon

I've been coming here with my family for many years now and this time brought one of my friends to try it out! This place isn't terribly fancy but it's always been a reliable spot in terms of food and price. Pho with rare steak, brisket, beef tendon (4.5/5) - The broth was great and really hit the spot after a long day out. - Choice of meats provided good variety - Classic toppings with jalapenos, bean sprouts, basil, lime - In terms of portions, you can choose between a small/regular or large size - I almost always get the small/regular and it's very filling. Service was quick and the food was satisfying! You pay at the counter after you're finished with your meal, so overall just a pretty straightforward, no frills experience.

Parking is easy and plentiful at this plaza!! The gentlemen at the front welcomed us in with a bright smile, and the service was very quick and friendly. Very attentive to needs. When we walked in, I noticed the freshness, vibrant colors of the walls, and cleanliness of the restaurant. They offer a wide selection of Vietnamese food with rice and noodle dishes. I really enjoyed the fried egg roll appetizer. It came with fish sauce and very fresh veggies! The egg rolls are distinctive here and an absolute must try. It's white and wrapped/fried in rice paper instead of the traditional golden brown egg roll you normally see at other places. It's a MUST order! The pho broth is very, very flavorful. I didn't use sriracha or hoisin sauce. I actually finished most of the soup when I normally leave the broth.. if I like to sip on the broth alone, that really means something. Yeah, it's really good. Tastes different than other pho places. My order came with a lot of meat and tendon in the broth too. The meat is soft and tender, also juicy. Not dried or skimpy like other pho restaurants. I will definitely come back soon since it's right next to my best friend's place in Irvine. Especially since the weather out is cold now, we will definitely enjoy pho here all winter.. Portion and bowl sizes are huge, so I'm glad! I was very full after dinner. Slept like a baby after getting home. Such a comfort meal. Also got take-out on another day. The bo luc lac. Really good and tender meat

I've been coming here since I was a kid, and the food has always been consistent and delicious. I usually order the pho tai (with rare steak) or pho tai gan (with rare steak and tendon). I will say in my recent visits I noticed that they don't really give a lot of noodles compared to other pho places, but I personally can't eat too much in one sitting so that works out just fine for me personally (I don't like wasting food!) Overall a nice place to get a quick bite of pho and also have a fun look at their paper placements with the zodiac animals.

I was staying with my son, and he picked up dinner for us from Pho Ha Noi. He picks up food from this restaurant frequently. I had never had Vietnamese food before. He ordered Goi Bo for me, which is a spicy beef salad. The beef was tender and flavorful. He also ordered a side of rice and broth. I liked the rice, but I didn't care for the broth at all. The food was good, but I don't think I'd go back when there are so many other restaurants nearby.

very clean inside with a good amount of seating. the staff is very nice and attentive. the pho was flavorful and was nice and hot. there was a good amount of meat and noodles in the small portion :)

A very conveniently located pho spot that's good for a quick and satisfying meal. They're located inside of the Cypress Village shopping center and there's a good amount of parking available. They have both inside and outside tables, but they typically seat people inside unless it's very crowded. The service is quick and straight to the point. We were able to get our food within a few minutes of ordering. The quality of their meats is good and their vegetables are always fresh. They have good portion sizes even for the size small bowls and it's decently priced for the amount of food that they give.

I'll be honest, they're not a wow in terms of food, a lot of it you can get better if you drive over to Westminster. But that's the thing, I am lazy to drive to Westminster and I don't want to go to Sup Noodle Bar to get their overpriced food. I come back to Saigon pearl because it's comfort at its finest for me. I know what I'm gonna get. Nothing crazy or fusion about it. Just some classic viet staples like broken rice or vermicelli bowls and that's what I want. I feel they get overlooked a lot because of all the other restaurants in the plaza but the plus side to that is I rarely have to wait to be seated. Service is great, they're always attentive or easy to flag down. Of course the plaza itself is terrible and parking can be rough during peak hours, but if you're patient you'll be rewarded with some comforting viet food.
