i've only ordered from here though online order but every time it has been delicious and fulfilling! i personally like their liang pi noodles. they chewy and have a great texture. they're a mixed noodle so there's no soup, it's light and refreshing. one time i ordered it with beef flank and it wasn't my favorite though. the beef was dry and flavorless. but they did give a nice sized portion.

The food is very OK, service is average, and atmosphere is bad. I do not suggest getting any of the fried rice as it is seriously lacking flavor. Maybe just adding salt or MSG would make this decent, but unfortunately, it was not good. The liang pi was decent. These spicy cold noodles had OK flavor, however, the main issue was that the noodles were all stuck together into one big ball. Especially in the places in New York, these noodles are always separated and completely covered in sauce. Unfortunately, this is not the case here. Additionally, for the price, I would expect for some type of protein to be added to the dish such as wheat gluten. Service is average. It took staff a little bit of time to come to the front to take the order. Atmosphere is bad. You will see boxes and cleaning supplies and other items just stored along the wall of the restaurant. Seating is OK, parking is hard to find.

Lunch special is there even on weekends. Everything tasted pretty good except the Hokkaido milk tea was way too sweet. They take the inkind app payment so could snag a deal here.

The portions here are really big. We got the lamb cumin and it was a huge portion. The food here all tastes good. Very flavorful. They serve fresh homemade noodles. They have $12.99 lunch specials which comes with a drink and the pickled cucumbers. What a great deal! The numb spice here is really good. It tastes fresh and strong. No complaints, will definitely be back. It's a small restaurants. You order at the counter and pick up your food at the counter. HAPPY SPICING!

The portions are generous! I'm giving 5 stars for the 12.99 lunch special and the genuine kindness of the reception staff. The boy and the man at the front are always very kind--I've tried to tip multiple times, but they usually say no. Food is made fast within 5-10 minutes. Lunch time gets a bit busy. Phone order is faster. It's a small restaurant located in an apartment plaza. Park in the back, since parking in front is limited. Don't expect anything fancy--just simple, honest food. Point system there has saved me a couple bucks on every order. Guilin soup and liang pang are my favorite. , and the lily flowers are my favorite part. IT YOU HAVE PEANUT ALLERGY TELL THEM. It's in most soup. I usually add an extra side for $1-$2 because they're that good. The broth is light and aromatic, clean and comforting without feeling heavy. Simple, fast, affordable, and comforting food. A place I keep coming back to.

Qin West is that zero frills spot you go to when you just want good food without the fuss. Don't come here expecting ambiance, spotless floors, or anyone to ask how your day's going. Zero vibes here. This is a quickly eat in restaurant or grab-your-food-and-go kind of place. The food? Delicious. Straight up. Everything I've tried has been solid, but the wonton soup deserves its own fan club. It's warm, flavorful, and exactly what you want after a long day. Get it on a cold chilly day, you'll thank me!! Quick tip: if you download the InKind app, you can pay through it and perpetually get 20% off!

Awesome Chinese spot, just kinda in the middle of nowhere. I love the Spicy Dry Pot. Nice, complex flavors, with a touch of spice (add more chilis if you dare!). This restaurant is in the middle of an apartment complex, parking is aplenty inside the parking structure.

    Beef noodle soup.

I ordered the authentic beef noodle soup and it was chef's kiss. The broth was rich, deep, and actually tastes like it simmered for hours instead of being rushed. The noodles had that perfect chewy bite. The beef was tender and generous, not those tiny sad pieces hiding at the bottom. And the rou jia mo? So good. Crispy on the outside, juicy and flavorful inside. Portions are big. Prices are reasonable. You're not paying influencer tax here. Just solid, authentic food that tastes like home. If you're craving comfort in a bowl, this is it. I'll definitely be back.

If you're looking for some quick grab spicy noodle, this is your place to go. Prices are very friendly, but mild is quite spicy, mostly because of the chili paste so you can definitely remove that if you're not a spicy person. The noodle came with some basic toppings of meat, egg and pickled veggies. Very flavorful and highly recommended for a quick grab.

This place is like on the bottom of an apartment/condo complex. There's a parking structure, but not sure if you have to pay or what. But I did see there was an arm thing that goes up and down. There's limited 30 min parking stalls along the road tho. I ordered the Liang Pi. It's a room temperature/cold noodle dish served with bean sprouts and cucumbers with the option of choosing your spice level (I got mild) and add beef (which I did not). It reminds me of a Chinese/Schezwan version of Hiyashi Chuka (Japanese cold noodle). I really liked it! It had just enough spice, with the thicker flat rice noodle. SO good! My husband got the Beef Noodle Soup. It was tasty. My husband got it with the wide flat noodle (it was recommended on the menu). He said it might've tasted better if it was with the flat rice noodle instead. The portions are very generous for one person. We didn't even finish ours. All-in-all, this was a good find and I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I was introduced to this place by my friend. As it turned out, they serve very delicious food here. I really liked it. The prices are reasonable, so I highly recommend it to everyone who loves Asian cuisine and tasty noodles!

Taiwanese braised pork belly over rice with egg, side of cucumber and milk tea drink for $12!

Located under a building complex, just off of Scholarship Road. There are 6 other locations in Los Angeles area, and I love this spot in Irvine. Featuring incredible lunch specials: entree, side, and choice of Thai tea or lemonade. I highly recommend their Taiwanese braised pork belly with white rice and fried egg, with a side of spicy cucumbers. I selected their Thai tea, which was refreshing!

So firstly, the cashier had headphones on and was on phone plus no music therefore awkward and stale vibe inside. Every table was dirty, so there was no clean eating areas. We opted for outside. The food was okay, Beef soup was mostly bland, the noodles in it were kind of tasty, but got more sad as I ate. The beef did not have a good texture in my opinion and the was no flavor to it, not even a beef flavor. The soup is soup, it was pretty decent Wonton soup was the same soup but with chili oil. The actual wontons were tasty and abundant. Sesame balls were classic, can't mess those up. Honestly this was a miss and you would be better off going somewhere else. It just felt plain, but it wasn't entirely bad!

The lamb skewers were juicy and perfectly seasoned with cumin, and the grilled beef tendon skewers had an amazing crispy, chewy texture. The soup dumplings were full of flavorful broth, and the braised beef knife-cut noodles were chewy with large, tender chunks of beef. We also tried the beef paomo for the first time--it was warm, comforting, and packed with rich flavor. The menu is only on the kiosk or on their website so look ahead. The restaurant was practically empty when we arrived so we didn't mind since we had kids. However, there were wet signs on the floor and buckets everywhere to catch a leak. It was very chaotic. We ordered the crispy beef and pho inspired beef noodles. The crispy beef was thinly sliced and fried before getting tossed in their citrus glazed sauce. It got too sweet after a few bites. The "pho" was okay, it had lots of meat but the broth was something I couldn't put my finger on. The noodles were "unlimited". I asked for a second bowl of noodles and were given knife cut, when I originally had thin. I don't mind it but if it were anyone else, they may have cared? Maybe it was a bad day..

IYKYK. ;) Ordered the orange chicken, Lao Gan Ma fried noodles, and the beef roll. The orange chicken was really good, but I fell in love with the beef roll. The bread was flaky, the beef was incredibly tender, and it was packed with flavor. I'd order that every single time. The noodles were good, just not my favorite of the three dishes. That's not a knock on them. The other two were just that much better. Folks, this was takeout! I figured it wouldn't be nearly as good at home as it would be fresh at the restaurant. Wrong!. By the time we got home, everything still tasted fresh and tasted *chef's kiss*. AND the leftovers were just as good the next day. The orange chicken crisped right back up in the air fryer, the noodles reheated well on the stovetop, and nothing tasted like it had spent the night in the fridge. They make a small hole in the pancake so the juices can drain instead of staying trapped inside, which makes it easier to eat. The hot pot was okay, although some of the broth had a slightly unusual spice taste. The cold dishes were not bad, but be warned--the spicy ones are really spicy! Unfortunately, the service was terrible, and the wait can be very long during dinner hours. The noodle soups were also way, way, way too salty for our taste. Pricing is not bad--pretty average for Irvine. Overall, there are definitely some good dishes here, especially the Xiao Long Bao and spicy fried chicken, but the service, long wait, and overly salty noodle soups were disappointing.
