Went back to Sen Thai because they have Yen Ta Fo!! And it didn't disappoint!! It was tangy and a little spicy and flavorful! I'm definitely coming back for more. The lemon Thai iced tea is also very refreshing.

Loved the noodles! Good amount of noodles and proteins. Broth was yummy. But hated the limited parking. The lot is super small - we looped twice and was about to go somewhere else before a spot opened up.

For a quick albeit late Tuesday lunch, I stopped by Sen Thai. Since it was already past 2 PM, the food court wasn't packed, though it was far from empty. I ordered the House Special Beef Boat Noodle ($18) with wide rice noodles at the counter, received a pager, and picked up my food - all within five minutes. The noodle soup came generously loaded with sliced beef, braised beef, beef meatballs, tendon, and tripe. The wide rice noodles were thin but held up well without falling apart. The broth was also decently rich.

Their boat noodles was really really tasty!! With 3 different meats as toppings and beef balls, rare beef and cooked beef. The broth was spot on and well balanced. Thankful for this place so I'm not missing Thailand boat noodles as much.

It is very delicious, The portion size is very generous as well and Excellent service.

This place is part of a mini food hall but it's tucked away on the right side and not part of the main open area with the other restaurants (behind the bar). A friend and I were craving hot noodle soup on a cold night so we opted to try this place out. I ordered the beef boat noodle soup with fat noodles and my friend got the Thai noodle soup with regular noodles. The girl taking our order was super nice and showed us which sauces went best with our respective dishes. We both really enjoyed our meals with the comment that the broths for both were a little on the sweeter side but still delicious nonetheless. It really did hit the spot!

I always see this restaurant sign when driving by but never can never find them before. Was going to the other Thai restaurant in the food court for lunch but ended up landing here! Since I have been eating much meat lately, I decided to get something without meat instead. Ordered the Yen Ta Fo noodles soup (medium spicy), something I never had before. Also opted for egg noodles instead of the rice noodles that comes with it. It was very spicy and delicious! The bowl of noodles came with a variety of fish cake and fish balls. Noodles were a bit overcooked to my liking, but not too bad. I usually like my noodles more firm and el dente but the lady didn't quite understand it when I ordered. I believe she's the owner and also the cook. Their menu prices also a bit higher than the rest of the restaurants in the food court so I guess they're not as busy? Their restaurant is also hidden on the other side of the food court. Will bring some people back soon.

Wow I discovered this place through apple maps bc I was craving noodles. The plaza is cool and not too crowded. The boat noodles is really good, I have always wanted to try and luckily I found this place so close to me.

The beef boat noodle soup here is decently good. They allow you to choose different rice noodles from thin vermicelli to the fat noodles. You can also select the level of spiciness. However, they offer sauces on the side to adjust your own level of spiciness. It is a small portion for the price you pay. The broth is savory but it is very cloudy. Expect to find a lot of tendons.

This place is legit and perfect when you're craving noodle soup. I was reluctant at first because it's in Irvine... doesn't scream out authentic Thai food lol. Someone had suggested this place so I finally tried it with my bestie, she loved her special Thai boat noodle soup and I had the Tom yum noodle soup. I recommend it and will for sure be back.

It's located in a little business-area plaza with various other foods/drinks/snacks/spas - parking can get hectic when busy. The place itself is a little hidden behind the bar in the main "food court." However, this restaurant is TO DIE FOR. I'm quite upset I didn't find out about this earlier. The spicy wonton appetizer and the pink soup are hot and flavorful and just amazing. The lady at the register was also kind and helpful. I will for sure return!

Sen Thai Noodle Bar continues to be a spectacular spot for an authentic bowl of Thai noodles. They recently updated their bowls to a plastic bowl, which has its tradeoffs. It's less environmentally friendly, but it is definitely easier to drink the delicious soup out of. The staff is always super friendly, and the lines move fast.

We came for early dinner and the place was pretty empty so I was able to get a full video clip of the restaurant. We ordered our usual beef rolls, scallion pancakes, and beef noodles. The beef noodles with eggs was the first dish to show up. It's slightly salty for my taste, otherwise it's decent. The scallion pancakes were very layered, probably one of the best looking ones we've ordered. The beef rolls were also one of the nicest presentations I've seen. They were perfectly wrapped and not a single green onions or cilantro fell off. Service was excellent. Granted there was only one wait staff but he was very attentive and observant. I saw a black dot on my plate, he immediately went to get a new plate for me without me asking. He constantly came to check on us and add more water. Overall, it was OK. It does have a huge variety of selection. Next time I would like to try more dishes and maybe skewers too.

Massive parking lot so that was easy, one friend went ahead and let them know we had 10 incoming. They made room and we sat immediately. One of the spots that you scan a menu at the table and you review, order and pay all in the app. I was really not familiar with the line up and went with the "House Special Beef Pot Roodle" (Roodles are their rice noodles). It was a weekend only item and I tried that. The noodles came separate from the soup. Over all it was very tasty. The meat was a bit fatty and the soup had tendons too. I took that part home and my wife loved it. I tend to avoid the fatty meat and tendons are not good to me. 10 of us so some of the appetizers got passed around. The smashed cucumbers are excellent, and my buddy also got some friend potatoes of sorts, reminded me of a fat French fry. Because my buddy and I sat at the same table we scanned the same menu, he ordered a bunch of stuff and also House Special Beef Pot Roodle. That confused the kitchen and they asked me if I meant to order 2, I said no and didn't realize I cancelled my buddy's order. Part of the confusion of a large party and many scanned menu orders. My buddy was struggling to order and our initial waiter seemed to not understand my friend and that took a little bit to work out, young lady came from the back and was able to quickly resolve some of the confusion and get questions answered as needed. In the end he had lot of food to explore. One thing that caught my eye was several couples there and sharing a large soup item served with a tray of various food items for the soup. Kind of a date night visual and something that looked very interesting. Several couples around us had that same dish and its got me more curious. Might have to come back with my wife and try this one.

Polite, quick, and doing their best in a situation that could only be described as "culinary confusion." The food? I'm still trying to figure out what happened. The broth tasted like it was made by someone who's heard of seasoning but refuses to believe in it. The meat portion? I've seen more protein in a microwavable noodle cup. And then there's the very bold "better than pho" claim. Better than pho?? My brother in broth, that is delusion with confidence. And the price--$19! For that much, you can get a glorious XL bowl of pho elsewhere stacked with meat, loaded with herbs, and seasoned by someone who actually cares. Meanwhile, I took two bites here, sat in silence, reflected on my life choices, and walked out. The bowl stayed behind, untouched and unbothered. To make things even more tragic, I only ended up here because Whealthy Pasta next door opens late on weekends. Honestly, the biggest plot twist of my day. Great service, terrible food. Funny experience, but not funny enough to ever try again. This place disappoints!

Aside from that, the texture and flavor were decent, but this kind of oversight really kills the appetite and raises concerns about quality control in the kitchen. For the price and reputation, I expected better attention to detail. I'd recommend double-checking your food before eating if you order shrimp here.
