Service is great and the inside is very spacious. One thing I absolutely loved is the lighting they have above each table. So good for the perfect shot. We ordered the beef pancake, lamb skewers, fries, and spicy beef noodle soups with thick cut noodles. The beef pancakes were super yummy and flavorful. The lamb skewers had too much cumin for my taste, but the meat itself was good. The fries were nothing to brag about, and I probably wouldn't order them again. The soup itself was delicious and the broth was great. I'm not a fan of beef, but this one was super tender and easy to chew. The noodles were good, but they do become harder to eat as they get cold. They also don't taste the same once reheated! The serving size is huge and a bowl can easily be shared by two people.

The highlights here are the super accommodating staff and portion sizes. This was a convenient stop for us in the area for dinner and it wasn't busy, so there was no wait. There's a variety of seating (booths, tables, and a bar-ish style in the middle), which makes it good for any group size. However, I found the food to be lacking. I ordered the noodles with minced beef sauce and thought it was just okay. While the portions are generous, the dish was had too much oil and salt, making it difficult to finish.

Pretty good noodles. I got their beef rib noodles. I opted for the knife cut noodles. We also got the beef pancake. But we didn't realize the portions for so huge we had to take half of the beef pancakes home! I suggest only ordering the beef pancake appetizer to share between 2 people. Don't be like me and order 2 orders of that for 2 people. Decent portions. Very filling

This location of Noodle St is located in a shopping plaza surrounding by other establishments, plenty of parking out front. The restaurant itself is open, has relaxed vibe, and the staff was attentive. They also offered us bibs to protect our clothes which I loved! We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup (8/10) and the cucumber salad (6/10). I wish the soup itself was a little bit warmer, but the flavor was delicious. The cucumber salad was okay, but I've definitely had better at other establishments.

We got the Spicy Beef Noodle/Rice Noodle Soup ($16), minced noodle beef sauce ($15), spicy wonton ($9) Spicy beef noodle we got with knife cut noodles, meat was tender, noodles were thick, broth was spicy for me but I enjoyed (7.5/10) Minced noodle beef noodle we also got with the knife cut noodles, we liked the texture of the noodles but there wasn't enough meat and it felt like it was missing more flavors. Wouldn't get again (5/10) Spicy wontons or dumplings were pretty good (7/10)

One of my fav Chinese restaurants in Orange County!! Been coming here for years. This place isn't too busy and I believe it's under-rated Must try: - Qinghai Clear Cold noodle (they run out by dinner sometimes) - Beef Noodle Soup with knife cut noodles - Beef Roll pancake We've came here over 10 times and these are our favorite things to order on repeat!

Hands down the best place for hand-pulled noodles--and they're even open on Christmas! Every dish was exceptionally flavorful. The hand-pulled noodles were perfectly chewy with a generous portion that's great for sharing. Don't skip the cucumber- it adds the perfect refreshing crunch on the side. And their chili oil? An absolute must to drizzle on top for that extra kick. Service was fast, and you can really appreciate that everything is made fresh right in the open kitchen. It's a great spot whether you're planning a date night, family dinner, or even dining solo. Next time, I'm excited to try the no-spice clear broth, the broth itself is so rich and flavorful, and it's mild enough to be kid-friendly too. Definitely a place I'll be coming back to!

Noodle St is a spot serving up some authentic and delicious Chinese dishes. This spot is located in a plaza with a good amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a nice modern interior with a solid amount of seating. Wifey and I stopped by for dinner around 7pm and were seated right away. For their menu, they have a good selection to choose from. Wifey and I opted to get the Beef Roll, Savory Braised Chicken Noodles, and the Signature Beef Noodle Soup. Overall, everything that we had was delicious and filling with a generous portion size. All of the staff here are very welcoming and accommodating. We will definitely be back for another satisfying meal next time we are nearby the area!

High quality noodles, would recommend everything we ordered! No wait time for dinner and the food was served quickly. You can watch the chefs slicing the noodles fresh at the open kitchen. We ordered: - Signature beef noodle soup: Choice of spicy or non-spicy, we got non-spicy. Love the noodle texture a lot. Mild soup but not bland! - Lamb skewers: way better than some other spots like Northern cafe. A bit pricey so maybe I'll pass on this next time. Good to try though! - Beef rolls: lots of flavor, loved this a lot. Really like how the vegetables are cold inside, felt very fresh. - Minced beef noodles: my personal favorite!! Sauce is more complex than it looks. I was scraping down every last spoonful of it lol. Will be back!

Food: not pictured were the lamb skewers. SO good. We inhaled them before I remembered to take a picture. I don't like lamb in general, but these were delicious. My next second favorite was the beef noodle soup. And last but still very good were the beef pancakes. They were good the next day too. Service: a bit slow but no other complaints. Ambience: a good amount of indoor seating, a bit bright, and not the most inviting interior.

Friendly vibes and good service. Would go with friends if they wanted to go. Parking situation is great, easy to find parking. Recommend: beef noodle soup, beef rolls. Criticisms: knife cut noodles are too soft, soup is watery and salty, and dishes don't have very much meat in general.

If you haven't tried noodle St get in your car now and head over immediately! In all seriousness, I didn't know what to expect from this restaurant and I was blown away. I was doing a happy dance the entire time we were there. QINGHAI CLEAR COLD NOODLE- Chewy noodles served with a chili and vinegar sauce. They are topped with fresh garlic and scallions. I could have eaten many servings of this. BEEF ROLL PANCAKE- Beef, green onions, cilantro and hoisin sauce wrapped in a soft and buttery pancake. This is probably the best beef roll pancake I've ever had. SPICY BEEF NOODLE- Chunks of beef shank, kale, pickled veggie, cilantro and green onions. The meat was so tender and the spicy level was perfect. Can't wait to go back and try more menu items.

This is always my go to spot when I'm craving some great quality noodles! Their signature beef noodle looks simple, but packed with great flavor. What really tops it off is their housemate spicy oil which isn't too spicy at all. You can always adjust the spice level of the noodle and add on more as you go from the spice jar on the side of your table (they are the same spice oil). Their minced beef dry noodles has a nice saucy touch to it. It also comes with a side of soup so you can taste their signature broth! The beef roll has a nice crunchy texture. The meat inside also is nice and warm! A lot of places who sell this has cold meats or not enough meat inside, but this has a great amount of meat. The restaurant was also doing a menu sampler for orange chicken. It had a nice tangy taste with a good crisp. Would recommend for this menu addition! The ambiance is great as well. There is an open kitchen where you see the chefs, who all wear masks for sanitary reasons. The servers were all really friendly and attentive. Great restaurant to bring your friends and family. Highly recommend!

We ordered three dishes: Shaky Shaky Beef, Vietnamese Crepes, and Wings. Two were terrible. The third never showed up. The Shaky Shaky Beef, their take on Bò Lúc Lắc, was awful. The beef was dry, flavorless, and had an unpleasant odor. Calling this Bò Lúc Lắc or even a respectable interpretation of it is a stretch. The Vietnamese Crepes, their version of Bánh Xèo, were equally disappointing and nowhere close to what this dish should be. To make matters worse, the accompanying herbs were wilted and anything but fresh. Fresh, vibrant herbs are fundamental to Vietnamese food. This was just sad. And the wings? Apparently they were a mystery. We finished the other two dishes and still had no wings. We told our server, Eric, who nonchalantly said he'd check. Another 15 minutes passed. No wings. No update. No Eric. That pretty much summed up the service. Eric wasn't friendly, attentive, or particularly interested. He did the bare minimum until even that stopped. We finally had enough. We left two $50 gift cards on the table and walked out. I'm all for chefs putting a creative spin on Vietnamese cuisine. But there's a difference between interpretation and poor execution. Vietnamese cuisine deserves better than dry, smelly beef, wilted herbs, forgettable food, and indifferent service. As someone who knows Vietnamese food and culture, I found the entire experience not only disappointing but disrespectful to the cuisine Little Sister claims to represent. Little Sister was a huge disappointment. $100 left on the table, and we couldn't get out of there fast enough.
