This review is only based on the spring rolls I purchased today! I was so excited to get home, do chores and then eat lunch. To my surprise, the spring roll was completely filled with noodles and I only had 1 sauce! I purchased the 2 spring rolls separately so this was confusing. $7 for noodles and an exploded spring roll! My family and I used to go here at least once a week. But the new owners have raised the prices and lowered the quality. There are mandatory tips now attached to the bill, and basic pho is $16 when it used to be ten dollars. The service is bad and very slow. The food doesn't taste as good as with the old owners. I'm disappointed that an old favorite has become some place. I'm never going again when to get a bowl of pho, and a salad is over $30, which is ridiculous for a basic eatery . You can get a nice dinner for that somewhere else. And the service really sucks if you eat in house, so the mandatory tip is a joke. Good proportions and great quality. The pho bowls are big and have an average cost. I saw in a photo that is was 8 something and now it's 9 and I do not mind. I appreciate that when the meat is supposed to be well done it is. However the shrimp on a stick think I got was over done so that is something I would look out for when ordering. I think if I said to grill it less maybe it would be better but I'll just stick with my chicken. The plates are similar to other places, the quality is good which is what is expected but the amount is plentiful compared to some others I have been to. When out west, Pho is a must. I ordered a spring roll, and some type of egg roll. Both were very good. I'm not that experienced with the Pho and ordered a spicy seafood combination. Used to come here a lot when I was younger but now it's a lot different they don't really acknowledge you when you're at the counter trying to order. We have been going here for years but the quality of the food has been on a steady decline. The chicken has gotten worse and worse. they have always had chicken, wings and fries. Last night I asked for chicken wings and fries and they took my order. When I got the order back, they only gave me chicken wings. They said that the menu has changed. I wish they would've let me know that when I ordered it. I used to come with fries and it was 1299. Now they only give you eight chicken wings. that says everything is super expensive now. We ordered four things off the menu and had to pay $72. Not only is it expensive but the quality of the food has taken a backseat while the price keeps rising. The chicken strips are now basically Tyson chicken strips from the freezer. The shrimp is much smaller than what it used to be. The teriyaki chicken is much drier. It doesn't help that we're black and consistently experience this service. We ordered as delivery through Uber Eats, as our regular pho place was closed today. I absolutely love pho, and have had a ton of different restaurant's pho. The order was quick to arrive, which was great, until we opened the bag to find that half of our order was missing. Mistakes happen, so we decided to split what we did have and just move on. The spring rolls were ok, a little small, but fresh veggies and rolled nicely. The pho was awful. The broth was completely bland, giving no flavor to any of the noodles. Even after adding several hoison sauce packets, lime, and some Sriracha, it was still BLAND. The noodles and chicken were ok, but fairly dry. When we got our food I noticed that the noodles were all stuck together in almost a solid block. After some time in the soup and some poking they eventually loosened up. This pho spot has been our family dinner place to go eat for the last 4 years! It's always been a place that gets a lot of business and gets busy all the time. Even though you see a lot of people here when you walk in. The service is awesome! We are always greeted and welcomed in once we walk inside and sit where we like. The food usually takes less than 10 minutes and 15 minutes on a busy day or night. The bubble teas are delicious and also have a multiple choices of meals to choose from. Highly recommend the French fries if you have kids that love them! And also recommend the spring rolls! I do recommend to anyone looking for a great meal. It is family friendly read more

Not sure why I had a taste for Pho in the mid-night hour in Tacoma but I did, luckily drove past a strip mall and to my amazement the bright lights of the word "Pho" caught my eyes. No lines after 1am and three more hours before they close. There were plenty of seats and pickings were mine to pick. They had a bible of a menu and so many add choices, I stuck to my usual of "raw beef Pho". It was quick and the soup was super hot and large portions, quality I would say would be standard but at 1am it was all I had so can't really complain. read more

The only reason why I didn't give this place a one star is because it does open until 4am, and it is definitely a convenience. Other than that, service was extremely lacking. I waved at the owner to let him know I was ready to order and the Caucasian server Amanda(?) immediately told him that my other party is in the bathroom so she refused to come and take my order. It was very rude of her to assume I couldn't order for the both of us, and eventually the owner directed another Asian lady to take our order. The food was also very mediocre. Brisket did not look or taste fresh and meatballs aren't the regular ones they serve at other Pho restaurants. It's a solid four star spot. I'd tip it to five but the place doesn't warrant it. The selection and customer service is great and the hours are the best. This place is always open!!! They're open until 2am and open today on Labor Day. Gotta tip my hat to the hard working proprietors of this establishment. It's fairly clean and there are some things out of place in the dining area that didn't need to be there but it's a trust worthy spot as far as I know without being able to walk the kitchen and really seeing it through. They have a couple of tvs throughout the place and the service is pretty quick to take your order and get your food to you. The quality of the Pho is good. If I want great, I'd be at home making it but I like this place for its hours and I've been here before. I took a bite before opening the bun and my appetite is lost. The bread is stale on the outside and soggy inside. Really soggy. There's no cilantro or jalapeño, but there's cooked veggies. Gross. It's honestly just a chicken teriyaki put inside of a bun. I wanted a fresh, tasty banh mi I could feel good about eating but instead I got this nasty sandwich.
