My husband ordered us food and had it delivered using one of the delivery apps (I don't know which one -I don't personally use them). Our food arrived in less than 30 minutes and I'm sure that it being a Tuesday night helped as it's not usually a busy day/night. We just finished eating and I told my husband I'm writing a review so people know the food is quality. First off, I told my husband I'm hoping the pho broth tastes like grandma made it and it did. Very clear and flavorful broth -a bit heavy on the aromatic spices and I mean that in a good way. It tasted great. I ordered the shrimp pho and substituted for beef broth. Very delicious. I love that there was a to-go big bowl with the noodles so I could pour the broth directly in there. It was the size of a Korean instant noodle bowl and it did the trick. Bean sprouts were on the side. I didn't get the cilantro or jalapeños, but it tasted good enough that I wasn't upset. They did put in the green and white onions I requested and they were fresh. We also ordered the crispy chicken vermicelli and the box was quite full. They give you your money's worth, which I appreciate since so many restaurants short-change you on food quantity when ordering to-go. Not here! The chicken is crispy and not at all greasy. There was also a fair amount. Large pieces of fresh crisp cucumbers. Healthy amount of noodles. Overall, excellent. My husband ordered the gyoza/potstickers, walnut shrimp and rice --all appetizer sized and we are happy with the flavor and quality of all of them. Overall, definitely recommend! I came here with a group and was impressed by the food. Very delicious and hearty pho, I would definitely return to try some different items. Only complaint is the service and overall atmosphere. It was a little chaotic and loud. Plus the tables and chairs were kind of cramped and difficult to manage with a group. I would return with 1-2 others but maybe not with a group. My husband, 2 year old daughter and I came here for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon and it was so welcoming. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and seated. We got water fairly quickly and the person who took our order even brought a small sealed cup of water for my daughter which I super appreciated. My husband got the brisket and steak, I got the steak and we got my daughter the kids brisket pho. It came with a drink for my daughter and husband's meal which I found so awesome, the gentlemen taking our order allowed us to grab the sodas out of the fridge. Disappointing Experience - Overhyped and Poorly Executed I came here based on an Instagram influencer's recommendation, who claimed they would drive from Seattle to Puyallup just for this pho. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. The food was subpar. The spring roll was highly disappointing, and the accompanying sauce tasted terrible. Furthermore, the menu states an order comes with two spring rolls, but they simply cut one single roll in half and served it as two. The pho itself was completely bland, and the noodles were served al dente--which is incorrect for traditional pho. To make matters worse, the service was awful. When I tried to confirm my order, our server openly rolled his eyes at me. He clearly did not want to be there. I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

When someone else wants to go somewhere else for pho and I tell them this is the best, then it becomes their favorite pho too. The steak is the perfect thin slice you want but still a ton of meat. So seating was a bit uncomfortable and made us feel like toddlers. The seats need to be raised or tables lowered at least 3 inches. Smells nice when you first walk in. The pho was excellent. Nice broth, not too heavy handed with the cilantro. Good portions. Carrots could have been sliced thinner, the chicken breast was so tender! The fresh rolls tasted good, but the wrapping technique was so poor and they bust open before even eating them. Some basil would have been nice- they were fairly bland. This is a very clean restaurant. I am not a Pho fan but will say this is by far the best Pho I have ever had. The shrimp and the muscle in the seafood pho was good; the squid had a super fishy taste. The Brisket Pho was probably the best of the three (just add a little hot sauce to it). The chicken pho was also very good (after adding hot sauce to it). We also had the chicken teriyaki and that tasted very good as well as the chicken strips with french fries. The portions of Pho are MASSIVE! You can easily split the large for 2 people. Not going to lie, I door dash here all the time than dining in(my cabinets are filled with their containers ), but I also have sat in there a few times as well and the restaurant is clean and the staff are very attentive. My favorite is the beef stew, other places have a few chunks of meat, but here, it is loaded with meat and I can even finish it most of the time (save it for later ) and the meat is very tender.
