Grilled chicken, Thai tea, gyoza.

Very yummy, I love the Thai tea and the teriyaki sauce. I had a grilled chicken which is basically a regular chicken teriyaki. I almost thought about getting a second Thai tea but I was super full and still ended up taking me leftovers to go. The service is great and they are also kid friendly.

Always amazing. Started eating here when we moved to the area 7 years ago. You can't go wrong with the pho, fried rice, or fried tofu! We are vegetarian and they always make our pho with veggie broth. Very friendly staff. It's always nice to eat inside or place a pick up order and eat at home. The bubble teas are delicious. We pick a new flavor every time.

Bimbimbap

My review is based on the bimbimbap that I had ordered. While the portion was nice and plentiful, the beef was dry. The veggies especially bell pepper were too big for a bimbimbap. The atmosphere and the server was nice. The food was ready in a timely manner. :)

Food 4/5 Service 4/5 Ambiance 3/5 They have many options and they all look so good and tasty. The price here is very expensive for what you're getting in my opinion but maybe that's because you're in Washington state. The food taste great but the restaurant is just a typical pho/ramen spot. Also, I ordered the spring rolls (no meat mentioned on menu) and then it showed up with shrimp in it. Please update this as I don't eat shrimp but didn't want to complain so I gave it to my friend.

AP2. Fried Vegetable Spring Roll

The Kalbi rib plate was delicious and huge! Tender beef in a sweet soy garlic marinade and 2 plentiful scoops of rice. The garlic chicken wings were good. The wings had too much breading for my taste but the sauce was great. This also came with 2 large scoops of rice. I did not like the fried vegetable spring rolls at all because they are the frozen kind that have mushy veggies inside. They aren't fresh veggies. Overall I liked our takeout order and would order the Kalbi ribs again.

Pho has gone up $2-4!!!

Pricing has went up dramatically!!! The food is ok but the quality has gone down a lot since I first started going here and now I will rarely, if ever, support this establishment due to how much their prices have gone up. Sandwiches used to be 4.95, they are now 7.95!!!

You know what I love more than anything about a business? When the employees remember your face or name. This place has been a lifesaver during covid. This was the last place my partner and I has a simple dinner before the second mandate to close restaurants again. We went into grab take out last night and the cashier stated it was weird not having us be able to eat in. He remembered us and he was super friendly. Our food there is alway hot, fresh, and made so quickly no matter how busy they are. They wear their mask and have sanitizer sitting o. The counter for you. It has become one of my favorite places to visit. The parking lot is a little scary because people speed in but that has nothing to do with this restaurant. I tried their ribs for the first time last night and they were absolutely delicious. You get so much food for your money.

I visited for the first time on Friday around 17:00, and the food was absolutely delicious!…read moreThe parking lot was already starting to get busy when I arrived, with all the spots taken up at Ho Soon Yi. There were only a few tables inside but almost half of them were already occupied with several customers. I was quickly seated for a table of 1. The tables are fairly close together and the noise level is low enough to hear conversations around me. I didn't mean to eavesdrop, but I did hear other customers comment at their tables that the food here is good. There's a few ajummas working here, so service was straightforward. I ordered the kalbi dolsot bibimbap, which seemed inexpensive and came with some complementary sides, and they were nice enough to cut my kalbi into bite-sized pieces for me. I would say, if I can finish my food in one sitting at a restaurant, I am either really hungry, satisfied, or both. In this case, it was both! This is my first dolsot bibimbap after moving to Washington recently, and I am glad it did not disappoint.

We ordered the galbi, bulgogi, galbi-tang, seafood tofu soup, kimchi fried rice, and beef fried rice. Everything was incredibly flavorful, and they included a variety of fresh kimchi on the side. Even with multiple dishes, our order was prepared within minutes. Such a cute mom-and-pop restaurant with great food, fair prices, and excellent customer service. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

I finally made it to Mujka Korean BBQ and it definitely lived up to the hype!…read more First off, this is not one of those all-you-can-eat buffet-style BBQ spots. You choose meat combos that fit your group size, which makes the experience feel more intentional and higher quality. The portions were generous, fresh, and perfect for grilling right at the table. The banchan (side dishes) were served to us, and whenever we needed more, our server brought them straight to the table -- no getting up to serve yourself. That level of service really stood out. You also have the option to order from the main menu if you don't prefer cooking on your own, which makes it great for everyone at the table. The variety of soups was another plus -- served family-style and perfect for 2-3 people to share. And the best part? If you have leftovers, you can take them to go -- something you don't get with buffet-style places. I was especially happy that our combo came with a big beef bone. I got to bring it home for my dog, and she was beyond excited! Shoutout to our server, Tae, who was superb and provided excellent customer service. Attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Service like that truly elevates the entire experience. We left full, happy, and already talking about coming back. Definitely adding this to my regular rotation in Puyallup!

Overall: 9/10 Food:…read more9/10 The food here is a no frills traditional Korean Pocha establishment with plenty of Banchan. The Army Stew was very spicy and contained sausages, spam, kimchi, and ramen. There were plenty of proteins in this dish but I did wish the Army Stew had tteok-bokki. It was not as big as I expected. The Pork Cutlet with Cheese was the biggest positive surprise. The pork itself was crispy and savory and the gravy on top of it had a sweetness that complimented the savoriness of the pork. There was plenty of melted mozzarella cheese to help bind the gravy to the pork cutlet. The Kimchi pancake with pork was very big and had a crunchy outside. However, the batter a the kimchi itself was too soft on the inside and did not hold any texture. The pancake fell apart almost immediately when it was picked up. Atmosphere: 9/10 No frills pocha with K-pop in the background and k-pop on a large TV. The tables had a built in stove in the middle to keep all the stews and soups hot. Service: 8/10 Service was understandably a little slow due to there being only 1 server the entire night. I will say, the restaurant was at about 70% capacity. For being a Wednesday, the restaurant was a lot more full than I expected so I understand the slow service.

While I would argue that this is on the pricier end, I think the food quality really makes up for it. The kimchi made in-house is fantastic, and I've actually purchased some outside of the meal to take home to snack on later. I like the kimchi pancake and my go-to bibimbap is fresh and filling.
