Lunch stop for some Vietnamese food.. saw this place recommended in a food group. The decor was pretty and lots of table options. It was mostly empty at 1PM which made us a little nervous. Service was quick and friendly, except we had to hunt down some chopsticks. We got bun bo hue, and pho ga. Both were ok, but we had to add lots of sauces to get more flavor. Decent meat portions and noodles. I would skip the shrimp appetizer, they were ewww and the rolls were just ok. I wouldn't say it was in the top 10 or worth returning, but if I was in the area I might try it again.

Stopped by for some dinner. We were seated quickly. Our order was taken, and we waited for our food. Oddly, there were no spoons at our table. I checked the table next to us, no spoons either. We got our food which was really hot and ready to be eaten. Unfortunately, we had to wait until someone came and brought spoons for the food. The only bad part, no one ever came back to refill our water. Restaurant was pretty packed, there were enough staff that they should've been able to keep the tables maintained.

Placed a quick pick up order and was suprised that in the short commute it was already ready. Unassuming outside leads to a warm and inviting space inside with a beautiful viewing room, patio and even a salt water aquarium. The food was great as well. Viet pork sando and a beef pho saved this suffering bland afternoon with a array of flavors and balance of spices. Can't wait to visit in store.

    giant cucumber ?

Got lo mein noodles, spring rolls, and beef banh mi. The lo main noodles didn't have much flavor/salt, all the meats tasted the same with giant pieces of imitation crab, very bland overall. The banh mi sandwich was super dry (I was only able to eat half the sandwich from how dry it was) and the cucumber slices were comically thick. Spring rolls were good.

I'm a little harsher judge on Vietnamese food but this honestly a decent option for the area (just not the best I've had). They gave me plenty of vegetables with my pho and egg rolls which I love. The egg rolls were good but I think they probably cook a batch and have them under a heater because it wasn't super hot and freshly fried. The food came out very quick which is nice! And the waiters were attentive and helpful. The restaurant also has plenty of tables so works if you have a large group!

Pho was spot on. Close to the airport to get your pho fix if you are traveling. I would definitely go back if I'm in the area. The broth was spot on, good beefy flavor with good portions. Spring rolls were fresh and portioned right, just the right amount of filling.

A surprisingly nice, spacious, and clean Vietnamese restaurant. A lot of the times Asian restaurants may prioritize food and efficiency over cleanliness and spaciousness but was very pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean it was. Good service. I enjoyed my grilled pork Banh Mi and the mango smoothie I got. My friend and I also shared egg rolls (Chao gio) and liked them. And it was cheap! $4.99 for the banh mi! Would recommend and would come again!

The Pho was so delicious and filling. I ordered a small bowl and a side of eggs roll. My god the egg rolls were very tasty and fresh. The service was ok, they were kinda busy for dinner. Staff was friendly. The restaurant is a cute vibe. I'll deff be back for more!

I visited Dallas in February, and it was the coldest time of the year. Because of the cold weather, I really wanted to eat Pho, so I searched for restaurants around the hotel, and Pho Empire came up in the search results, so I drove there right away. When I went into the restaurant, it was very spacious, had great interior, and had a clean and quiet atmosphere. I ordered Meatball Pho, and the Pho broth was clean and good, and there were a lot of Meatballs, so I had a very satisfying meal. The staff were very friendly, and the pho was good, so I plan to come back again next time I visit Dallas for business.

So I grabbed some coworkers to go for lunch and this place was busy, and like they say whenever it's busy during lunch you know that the food is good. And it really was, the pho was very flavorful with plenty of meat, I didn't like the fact that they just brought one plate of beans sprouts with jalapeños for our table. I requested my own and they compiled with no issue. Their banh sandwich was just OK. It was my first time trying it and I probably do not need to try it ever again. Their service was just OK as I felt we waited to long to get our food. Probably not the best spot to go to if you only have a one hour lunch, which was a disappointment.

Went at 8pm on a Tuesday night. I should've known the quality wasn't going to be good because I saw not a single Vietnamese person eating. Service was quick We got the spring rolls, pho empire and a bun bo hue. The spring rolls- came with cha Lua (pork roll/ham) and not the traditional pork belly The pho empire- according to my bf, he said "tasted like soup to me" The bun bo hue- 2/10 stars. It was so bland and had zero flavor. I had to ask the waitress to bring me fish sauce so I could add it to my broth. Just judging by the color of the broth; I knew it wasn't going to be good. $32 for all 3. I probably won't be coming back, at least not for the bun bo hue.

I've been coming to Pho Empire for 6 years, but after my last two experiences, I'm never coming back. In October, I ordered the K2 and found mold on my tofu (see picture below). That should have been my sign to stop coming, but I gave them another chance. Today, I ordered the K2 again and found a bug in my food. I was so grossed out I couldn't even take a picture--I just wanted it off my plate. It's really disappointing to see how much the quality and cleanliness have gone downhill. I don't know why I came back after the mold incident. Absolutely unacceptable. I won't be making this mistake again.

Not great. Bland bahn mi and overly sweet coffee. Would not go back ... I should've driven a little further

We've been to the watauga location before which is owned by the father. The Carrollton location is owned by the son. It's newer and more modern and bigger than the original location. They also had a lot more workers too. They have the same recipes for the pho and banh mi. But Kelly said the drinks and Bbh were different so we had to get them. It did not disappoint. Got the da chanh which is their limeade. Just like my mama makes it. Their coffee is different too she said. I loved my BBH. It did impress me. The meat was tender. Usually places don't make it as tender. The cuts were good too. Had some fatty pieces. I like to dip mine in nuoc mam. My son loved the crispy egg rolls. Overall would definitely come back! Also, don't expect this location to be like the Haltom City location. A relative of mine was told she needed to come into the store to order because the worker couldn't understand her Vietnamese pronunciation of the menu items -- even though the dishes are written in Vietnamese at a Vietnamese restaurant. For example, "Cơm Thịt Nướng" is a very common and widely understood dish. Whether someone is from North or South Vietnam, it's a standard menu item. It was surprising to hear that a Vietnamese customer couldn't place a phone order due to pronunciation. Additionally, when my relative asked questions about other Vietnamese dishes on the menu, those questions were dismissed rather than clarified. I later called to confirm what happened, and the response was still dismissive. Instead of clarifying politely, the worker insisted that the issue was her pronunciation, even though the menu items are standard Vietnamese dishes. That interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary. This was especially disappointing to experience at a Vietnamese restaurant, where customers should feel understood and welcomed when ordering traditional dishes. When I visited in person, I learned from the Vietnamese staff that the restaurant had recently been sold to a new non-Vietnamese owner. I fully respect and appreciate anyone who wants to support and promote Vietnamese culture and cuisine. However, customers who are familiar with the food should feel respected -- not corrected or brushed off. Ambiance was clean/nice, and the food has always been good. However, service on this occasion earns a 2/5.
