Best noodle soup in all of katy and I have been to all of them. Vegetarian egg rolls are the greatest of all time. Also the pho tai is perfect on a cold day. If not in the mood for soup then the fried rice plate or bbq sandwich is a good alternative. They make their own chili oil so if you like a little spice then make sure to ask for it. This is my regular Pho spot for Katy and I've tried A LOT of them over here. Maybe even all of them! Haha but as far as price and quality goes, no other place beats it. I'm currently 7 mos. pregnant and have ordered pho just about every week since the beginning of my pregnancy and I haven't been disappointed once! Every now and then I switch it up for some vermicelli but Pho is normally the GO TO. I'll also order a side of either spring rolls, summer rolls or egg rolls for a snack. My wife and I are from Austin and let me just tell you that it's really hard to find a good bowl of pho where we live. So we've become really wary about trying new places. However, we were visiting family in Katy and my cousin highly recommended this place. Since we were in a rush to head back home, we thought to give it a shot. They did not disappoint! Food was amazing, service was prompt, and the restaurant was really really clean (something that is not common in Asian restaurants). The pho special was cooked like how my mom would make it while growing up. Also love their spring rolls (yummm). We even ordered some Vietnamese sandwiches to go for the trip home. I arrived into Katy for an overnight visit with family sick. The only cure for that was a bowl of Pho, since Pho ChopstiX was very close, I swung by. They had a good offering, I ordered Pho Tai to go, and they got it out quickly for a great price. Getting back to my family, I opened everything to find all my accoutrements very nicely packaged and my pho broth had a spring onion floating on it, so yummy. Put everything together in a bowl and dove in. OMG. One of the best tasting bowls of deliciousness I've ever had. Delivery was in the time frame that's as promised so that's was a great plus. The plate I got was the shaking beef plate. It was my first time trying it and my review has nothing to do with The taste of the food which is why I'm giving it 5 starts. This wasn't a great plate for me. I wasn't too fond of the seasoning for the beef and I opted for fried ride rice which now I know to get the steamed rice. The beef however was very tender and the veggies were really fresh.
