I ordered delivery and they packed my soup with a fly stuck on the lid on the inside, dead and wet. I don't know how you managed to not see this fly as you're packing, and how they even get inside like that if the restaurant is kept sanitary. Disgusting, I wouldn't trust how clean they are here.

It's literally SO good and I am super picky with PHO. Out of all the ones I've had this is very close to number one, and it delivers!

The best in the area by far. It is go good and it tastes very rich in flavor. I love how it can be delivered by my house! I'm not sure if we got Uber eats or the store itself but we had a nice Pho day with some milk tea. It was terrific.

Viet coffee, cold; original milk tea.

I'll start by saying that service was on point. The one woman managing the front of the house never stopped moving-- she was taking orders, running food, checking on guests, clearing tables, and closing out bills for a more-than-half-full restaurant. Our drinks and seaweed salad arrived as quickly as I could have hoped for, with cooked-through tapioca pearls in my milk tea and a premixed Vietnamese coffee. I'll probably skip the summer rolls next time since I prefer peanut sauce over hoisin sauce with that particular app. The pho overall was just okay: excellent quality meat, but somewhat light broth and clumpy noodles. I'm glad I skipped the seafood pho, since I'm not a fan of imitation crab sticks. I intend to come back during offpeak hours (parking can get competitive in the shared strip lot) to try the pho ga and teriyaki beef short ribs, if for no other reason than to throw more money their way.

The place and the food is a five star! The service is a 2.5 star. My niece and I wanted Pho yesterday and happened to find one 5 minutes from our home. We never knew there was one there, it is right next door to the Crab shack. In the shopping center at New Hampshire. There is plenty of parking around, but it is rare to get a space right in front of the store. We went in there is plenty of space to sit. The waitress just said hi and asked if we are eating in or in. We said in, she only left the desk when we said we are eating in. I ordered a honeydew smoothie and seafood pho and my niece had the number 2 well done. Our food came after 2 to 4 minutes. This food was well cooked, I have had shrimp Pho in two other Pho places and the taste was different. I recommended to come here if you want well cooked pho. Yes the wait is a little longer, but it is worth the wait.

Fast and friendly service. Food always comes out fresh and hot. Establishment is clean and inviting. I've been here a few times and will continue to visit location.

The first thing I'm going to say is that two of these 5 star reviewers have only written one review...and that's of this restaurant...so take those with a grain of salt. My family and I went here tonight in what I think is their third day of being open. The decor is pleasant and there's gentle piano music playing over the speakers. The staff seem friendly and there is a very cute baby running around. I'll post a picture of the menu but as you'll soon find out, it's not very extensive. Here's what I can tell you about what we ordered: Mango smoothie: big and yummy. My 10 year old loved it. I thought it was pretty darn good too. Gyoza dumplings: not very big but tasty and a nice appetizer. Vietnamese fried egg roll: a little pricey ($4.25) for two but okay. Nothing out of the ordinary. Grilled chicken and rice: we wanted to order the pork chop but they were out (or didn't have it yet). The chicken was a little dry but had a nice flavor to it. There's a very light breading on it too which gives it a little extra something something. Bo vien pho (meatball): the soup was very nice and the noodles were perfect. The meatballs were less chewy (tripey) than I've had in other places. They had a delicate flavor, shall we say. The basil and bean sprouts were nice and fresh. I saw an order of the fresh shrimp summer roll go to another table and it looked awesome. I'm definitely ordering that next time. All told I would say it was a good but not great meal. The bill was also a bit steep considering the amount of food provided. Considering that it's about 7 minutes from my house, though, there's a 100% chance I'll be coming back. If the owners are reading this, might I suggest expanding your menu to include spring rolls and maybe a lemon grass pork?

Whenever I'm feeling under the weather. The pho here hits the spot! Pretty generous for takeout. Soup is very hot which is what I like.

Hey friends! I…read moredecided to stop in here after a Barre class one day and I've been hooked since! Consistently great smoothies and customer service. My usual order is a Green Warrior($11). It's so good! I really appreciate that fresh fruits rather than concentrates are used in their smoothies. And no added sugar is a super plus! Customer service is consistently friendly. Parking is free and ample. Their rewards system is one of the best systems I've signed up for. I acquire rewards often. Hope you enjoy! With love, The Picky Pescatarian

Many business owners think about their products and services from the perspective of a provider or…read morevendor. Not the customer. Here's some advice: Walk through your business the way a customer would. How do they enter your space or navigate your website? How easily can they identify what they need? How smoothly is their order fulfilled? Where are the natural opportunities to upsell or add value? What does the payment experience feel like? Every step shapes their perception of your brand. If customers sense high effort, confusion, or indifference from staff, they will look elsewhere. Of the four customers I saw during the visit to your location: 1) the first one was frustrated because the ingredients advertised weren't available, so instead of being guided to an alternative she had to make that choice, 2) The second customer was frustrated because there was only one person working, and while this individual was making his order, the soul worker did not acknowledge any of the other customers, so he was frustrated when the customers pulled his attention away from crafting his order, leaving him with a negative experience, 3) the third. Customer was clearly frustrated because she was purchasing premade juices, but still had to wait an under amount of time before even being acknowledged by staff, 4) the fourth customer (myself) after waiting in line and have to ask a new employee who just came on shift if I could be helped was immediately informed by the staff regarding what they were out of and what they didn't have. Here's a tip: Instead of delivering a flat "we're out," train your team to offer alternatives that keep the experience positive. If you're out of vanilla on a hot day, guide the customer toward other refreshing options. They came to you to solve a problem--thirst, hunger, comfort--and your job is to preserve that momentum. When your marketing has already done the work of getting someone to your door or onto your site, honor that investment. Even if you can't provide the exact product they wanted, create a smooth transition so you don't lose the sale, the relationship, or the goodwill. Your brand, values, and reputation are being formed in real time. Inconsistency, poor service, indifference, or discourtesy can undermine your business before it gains traction. A customer‑centered process is your competitive advantage. For customers who are trying to support your business, especially as a black owned business, you are making it hard for customers to give you their money. Please fix this.
