My family, and my friends came here for lunch the day after a long skiing adventure at the Blue Mountain Resort. The restaurant is clean, the service is lovely, and the owners are Vietnamese. As a California native who has survived off my mom's cooking and Little Saigon, I have to say this food is just as equivalent. It's tasty, not greasy and passes muster. Very good fried rice, noodle dishes, and curry. Solid all around. Also had some crispy rolls which were decent. Staff is pretty friendly, and food came out pretty quick. I have to say, it is MUCH nicer inside than I expected. To drive by the place, you think it looks more like a take out joint....although you can get take out, the seating area is very nice. Very welcoming, food was flavorful and big portions. , Criticism is that beef was really fatty, and ambiance was not ideal (fluorescent lights, tile floor -- very utilitarian). I had a really good time at pho bowl yesterday. Although the shop is not that big, they do a great job of getting everything out on time and efficiently. We started off with a plate of summer rolls which were fresh and delicious. For drinks we order a Thai iced tea, Vietnamese iced coffee and a hot coffee. When our drinks came out we requested to swap our hot coffee for an iced one and they did that with no issue! Great costumer service. We all ordered the house special pho which had tasty broth. This is hands down the best pho spot in the Lehigh Valley. We usually drive to Edison NJ for pho because none of the other pho spots in the area really quite hit the spot but once we found this place that was it. It was okay. The portions were really small for the price. I got the rare beef and beef ball pho and was still hungry after (probably could have eaten 2 bowls) where as I usually can't finish a large bowl of pho. It tasted okay but the only sauces they brought for us to add were sriracha and hoisin sauce. That's it. Also the Thai tea was $3.50 for a little kids cup full. Probably would be an okay lunch stop but would not recommend for dinner read more
