I am unfair because I have tasted the best. I am not one of those "local guides" Zagat-wannabe. I am not here to nick-pick and thrash. So, the family I know were refugees from Vietnam. They came to this country after the fall of Saigon. I was fortunate to have tasted the best Pho. Everything thereafter can only be judged against that standard. Now the food. I had the large Pho. The serving was generous for that was the first time I couldn't finish all the noodles. However, the broth is a bit too light to me. My wife who had similar bowl thought it was just right. The spring rolls were very crispy outside and done right. The place looks new, probably it has been renovated not long ago. I like the place to improve and succeed. I know restaurant business is a tough one. I put myself through college working at many restaurants. I know the hardship. I saw young patrons and those more adventuresome types. I will frequent this place once in a while and I will tell my friends about it.

Though I can only give this place 3 stars, it is probably the best option for pho in the Lehigh Valley. The goi cuon is legit. The peanut sauce is on point, unlike the other places around here that try to pass a hoisin sauce as a real peanut sauce. They have pork and shrimp in the roll which is how it should be done. My issue is with the pho. Though the cuts of beef are nice and the portions are sizable for the price, the broth is way too oily. They need to skim the broth much much more as it simmers. It was hard to eat half way in as the oil filled me up by itself. The cafe sua da is also mostly creame/ condensed milk and very little coffee. The ratio is off. I would come back but I'll try the other items on the menu as they have very well thought out and authentic Vietnamese dishes available.

This place is outrageously expensive considering how little food they give you. They give you almost no meat. And the quality just isn't there

I like this noodle house. Clean, not so crowed and with nice decoration. The pho beef soup has the perfect taste for me. It is not too salty but full of flavor. Rice noodle is smooth and goes well with the soup. Very authentic and highly recommended!

I put some spicy jelly in it and it had a kick to it but not that harsh. My sister had the vermicelli with shrimp and my BIL had the 4 protein Pho. They both enjoyed their meals. We also had the chicken satay and it did not disappoint. Don't sleep on the Vietnamese Black coffee. Better than any American coffee out there. Very rich flavor. The price of the meal was very inexpensive too. Enjoyed our meal tremendously.

We are pho snobs and this spot blew us away!…read more We were craving viet food on our trip to the poconos and found this spot close to our hotel. We came here family of 4 on Sunday around 4:30. It was empty but filled by the time we left. The inside is bigger than expected with plenty of tables. Service is excellent. There was only 1 waitress and she got very busy as more ppl came in so I hope more staff joins her for prime dinner time. We ordered pho, bahn mi, and wings. The pho and banh mi were excellent. Very authentic. Pho broth is spot on. Flavorful but not heavily seasoned or sweet. Noodles were perfectly cooked. The only thing missing is tripe! The bahn mi had perfect amount of cold cut to pate ratio and the bread was the right amount of soft/chewy. The wings were tasty too, cooked perfectly and not dry which is rare for wings in an Asian restaurant if you know what I mean. Overall such a great spot. If you're in the area I highly recommend you check pho bowl out!

They are knowledgeable of their menu items and suggests items for first timers. Ambience: It is like a little house where you can go to enjoy food. It is not too noisy in here and the tables and seating are comfortable. We did not have to wait long to get seated. Special beef pho combo: The pho was cooked to perfection where it was not falling apart or overcooked. The beef and beef balls were cooked well along with the beef tripe. The soup base was well seasoned and did not need any extra sauces for this bowl of pho. Prices: The prices here are decent and not overpriced like some other Viet restaurants in New Jersey. They seem to have a very robust delivery service with orders going out fast, so this would be a good takeout option as well. *Update - I thought seating was limited but turns out they have a whole second floor I haven't seen yet! I'll have to go back soon!
