Definitely the worst service I have ever encountered. There is a girl waitress that is rude and trashy. She charged extra for vegetables in Pad See Ew that was never ordered? When confronted she argued and said we did. On top of that, she was racist against Vietnamese culture. She gave us the finger when leaving and the owner said nothing. This place used to be good but it quickly going downhill. They also just about brought every plate we ordered at 8:10 - appetizer and entree because the chef was leaving?----even though they don't close till 8:30? Just a slew of bad interactions. I'm not a huge Pho guy, but I do know good Vietnamese food, and this place is good. Very good in fact. From the noodle dishes to the spring rolls, they have it nailed. I've been here 6 or more times and leave each time saying, "I've gotta come here more often." My only disappointment is that the quail, which was incredibly good and my favorite thing on the menu, never seems to be available. The waitress said she has suggested they take it off the menu, but management insists they'll have it again. I sure hope so. read more

The 4 stars is for the food. But they are so popular, so fast, that they are a bit overwhelmed. The parking lot was packed on a Saturday night. We lucked out as one car was just pulling out and we got their space -- the last one in a small lot in front of the restaurant. The fact that there's also an Italian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant all in a row doesn't help. We entered and were immediately directed to the only open two top. A few minutes after we came in, a big line formed -- a few people sat at the bar and some waited outside. They were out of Thai ice tea and also regular ice tea for the evening, so we went with water. We ordered a summer roll with shrimp only. Two to an order -- so it was perfect -- one for each of us. When they were delivered after a short wait, they were tightly rolled and stayed together when you bit into them. The rice paper was firm to the tooth -- not gummy. The peanut sauce was rich and thick. For our mains, we both ordered vermicelli with toppings instead of soup. My husband ordered number 14 which came with grilled shrimp, pork, and a fried egg roll on top of vermicelli rice noodles with the usual cut up lettuce,bean sprouts,and cukes. I ordered #15 which had grilled pork on top of the noodles, etc. They both come with a slightly sweet vinegary "dressing" with a few carrot shreds in it to be poured on top. My husband's entree was served. I told him not to wait to eat assuming I would be served shortly. 10 minutes later, I was still waiting for my main dish. Not sure what happened, so I walked up to the kitchen counter and asked about my meal. The ladies were arguing behind the counter. There had been some mixup or misunderstanding (from their voice tones). Then the owner apologized and said sorry, our server was new. He would give us a discount. After several more minutes had passed, my husband had almost finished his meal, I finally got my food. The food itself was very good. All the "salad" veggies were fresh. The cold noodles were cooked just right. Not mushy. And the meat was fine. I like to dip my pork in hoisin sauce. I usually eat the pork and some of the noodles first. Then I eat the salad part last after pouring over the "dressing". I find this way that the noodles don't get soggy. When we went to pay, the owner took the price of my meal off from our final bill. There still was a line of people waiting to be seated when we left. If they can adapt to their popularity, and beef up their staff, this place should be a keeper. Just prepare to wait in the future. Decent pho place that isn't too far from where I'm located. Food: We ordered egg rolls, a bowl of pho dac biet (pho with everything) and a bowl of bun bo hue (spicy noodles). The egg rolls were not that great in my opinion, I've had better. The taste of the pho broth was pretty good, but the meat was not that great of quality from the taste. The bun bo hue tasted pretty well but the broth was oilier than most. They also serve shrimp crackers as a complimentary appitizer. Service: The waitress was quick to get our order and drinks. The food came out quick and in no time. Atmosphere: The inside was decorated nicer than some other pho places I have been to. Overall, this place is not a bad place to grab a bowl of pho. In my opinion, the price was a little high for the size of the bowl compared to other places. It's not my number one place to get my craving for pho satisfied but there's a chance I could be back if I'm around that area. read more

It is almost offensive that this restaurant only has 4 stars as this food is absolutely delicious with a number of "authentic" (per their menu) offerings above and beyond just pho. I'm a big fan of pho and the broth is phenomenal -- truly better than other places. Tons of other great stuff on their menu too, like some bone-in duck, crispy egg noodles, and some other great food. I'd been craving pho for a good month now. I've always liked pho with grilled beef, but I haven't been wanting beef lately. I realized this place had VEGETARIAN pho. Excellent! It was tasty, came with tofu instead of meat in veggie broth. My husband had the spicy lemongrass chicken and he enjoyed it. We ordered takeout, since it's difficult to eat in at a Vietnamese restaurant with someone who has peanut allergies (you never know where it could slip in!). In Orlando, a pho place called Vietnomz was my go to food place. Since I moved, I searched and was unable to find a place that compares... until Pho Boca!! My yelpers pointed me in the right direction to come here. When we first arrived they brought out these crunchy chips that were super good! I ordered the P5: rare beef & brisket. It was AMAZING! The food came out quickly. The broth was so flavorful, the noddles were perfect, and the meat was great too. I was afraid it may be bland but it was full of different spices and they all blended together well. They even have BOBA!! I had the just normal milk tea and it was great. It was pretty sweet but still excellent. I will for sure be back here. Thanks Pho Boca for being my new go-to spot! read more

I LOVE PHO! And I especially love Pho places that have more than just Pho. (Quick challenge: How many times can you say Pho in one sentence about Pho ). So anyway, the pork roasted Spring Roll with Peanut Sauce and Vermicelli Noodles with all the yum we're EXCELLENT. Just perfectly fragrant and light awaiting the POP of chili sauce (made in house) and other sauces - whatever your heart desires. I have purchased take out plenty of times from here, no issues. The dine in experience is awful. The place is always packed, with little to no servers. Multiple people left our first visit, this time we left. Sat when it wasn't busy, watched more people walk in and, wait almost 15 minutes and watched 2 couples get sat and acknowledge. Walked out and I will never visit or get take out here again. And I fuckin love pho, but will get my food elsewhere. Wow! What a discovery! It was peak time on Friday evening so we waited 10mins for a table and it was worth every bit of the wait. Had both the shrimp and Pork summer rolls to start and both the House Beef and the Mixed Seafood soups... Splendid! That is all that needs to be said, it's our best find in Boca! It's a small but cute restaurant. Had their pork and shrimp summer rolls which were okay. The rice paper and the pork was a little too tough and dry. We also had their shrimp and calamari...not really my cup of tea. Too much batter and veggies.... and there wasn't enough of the shrimp or calamari. Had the pho with meatballs in it...tastes like your generic pho...flavor was kind of bland. Also tried their pork chop dish...their pork chop could've used more marination. I ordered a chicken pho. When I got home I realized it was beef. I should have double checked before I left but I thought I would give them a call just to let them know. The gentleman answering the phone apologized and said there must have been a communication problem with the kitchen because of the language barrier and asked what they could do to make me happy. I said It would be very nice if I could pick up the right order. He said no problem, he would leave instructions if he had left for the day. I called when I was ready to head over. I highly recommend trying any of their crispy noodle dishes, the lemongrass chicken, their dumplings are so fantastic. I have been to this restaurant 2 times and both times the food has been awful. First time I received summer roll with barely any shrimp and pork in it as well as the summer roll already broken (so wasn't rolled properly). The second time I order banh mi sub with burned hard bread no veggies when requested for extra. Will not be returning with poor customer service. The veggie pho is one of my favorites I've had!!! There aren't many pho places in West Boca, and this place is a great option! The pho is a huge bowl with a bunch of different veggies like broccoli, carrots, bok choy, and tofu for some protein. I've also had a fried rice dish from here, but I do prefer the veggie pho over anything. They are pretty busy during the weekends, but pretty quiet for a mid-week lunch/dinner. On a side note, if you're a fan of boba this is hands down the best boba I've had. This place is really great! I didn't know what to expect but it is bokeh. Well, my expectations were met and exceeded! Having just got back from Japan, Thailand and Vietnam, I find it hard to visit state-side restaurants for some time after returning because it's not the same. Well,, this place measured up! Such good pho! They do have quite the dinner rush and it's not a large location so if you can you can get there between five and six or after eight you should be OK. Am really eager to have a decent pho within Boca . I was disappointed with Basilica inspite high good reviews. So when I came across Pho Boca I lowered my expectations. Little did I know that the great reviews were accurate. There's still something lacking with their Pho for my taste but not a big deal. They deserved a 5 star because of delicious dishes, clean tables servers wore masks, also polite and helpful. The rest of our dishes were delicious and reasonably priced : Shaking beef (marinated filet mignon), summer roll (peanut dip - perfect), vegetarian entree. They have bubble tea as well. read more
