Pho Suon 30 Beef Short Soup

Super friendly, amazing service! We were around the area and got hungry and my sister saw this area. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Once you come in you are greeted with a very friendly face. Place is clean and cozy. I ordered Short Rib Pho - amazing! Soup was really flavorful. Noodles were cooked well and the mean was so tender. Would highly recommend!

We love going and having pho soup on Florida chilly days! The portions are great and plenty of fresh greens to add to the soup. We have only ordered the number 14, rare beef pho. Super fast with the orders and very authentic.

Great friendly and fast service. They have outdoor seating, we called and asked permission ahead of time it they would let us bring our dog if we sat outside and they agreed. We ordered short rib pho, pad Thai, mussel appetizers and a rice dish (Korean short ribs). Everything was reasonably priced and came out quickly. Food was delicious and they were very friendly

This wasn't the best pho I have had and the service was kinda slow but they looked short handed with 2 employees and 3 tables full so maybe that why This place use to be an IHOP you can tell so there's nothing to brag about the ambiance but that is most pho places , at least the booths are big enough for a big party and always comfy The gentleman who helped us was very nice so that helped As far as the fried rice my son liked it, Thai tea was good And the pho was ok It seemed very band to me but tons of meat and noodles they were definitely not any about the portion

"Indulging in the flavors of Vietnamese cuisine at Vo An was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in an atmosphere that transported me straight to the heart of Vietnam. The attention to detail in both the decor and the dishes was truly remarkable. The menu offered a tantalizing array of options, from the aromatic pho that warmed my soul to the vibrant spring rolls that burst with freshness.I got the Caramalize fish( cá kho) ,sour soup (canh chua) , the beef salad (bò tái chanh)l Each bite was a harmonious symphony of flavors, blending sweet, savory, and spicy elements in perfect balance. The dedication to using authentic ingredients was evident in every dish, and it's clear that the chefs at Vo An take great pride in sharing the rich culinary heritage of Vietnam. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Vietnamese cuisine or new to its delights, Vo An is an absolute must-visit. Prepare to be swept away by the delectable creations that pay homage to Vietnam's food culture. I would definitely comeback if im in town

What a great local spot for authentic Vietnamese food. It is inside of what use to be a iHop or village inn type building. They have updated and renovated nicely. They even have outdoor seating that is screened in. Inside they have booths on the sides and tables in the middle. Bright, fresh and clean. Ordering was simple with their menu. Plenty of photos and numbers. Food came out amazingly fast well. Order pork and shrimp spring rolls. They were just the way they should be and came served with a nice peanut dipping sauce. Order the Pho with meatballs and rare beef. It was a nice portion accompanied by a plate of fresh veggies and herbs. The broth has a cinnamon base with with something else maybe cardamom. It is not overwhelming just a nice base and flavor that isn't masked. The noodles were fresh, they were a little softer than I'd like but I believe cause they were not dried out noodles. Great meal and nice relaxing atmosphere with friendly fast service!

Ordered chicken pho to go! It's a very comforting meal with this weather, and having been sick for the past week. I love the portion, as I am able to save some for later. Very fast service, pleasant staff, and tidy restaurant! Love this place.

Seafood noodle soup was okay. Can definitely tell this was previously frozen probably cause this dish rarely gets ordered. Friend ordered the rice dish and he didnt like it much either. Server didnt know much english so when we asked questions he didnt really understand. Regular pho always a hit tho

Both easy, classic choices. We both got different Pho. Mine was the spicy style with some beef and pork. Wife got the one without spice. I will say -- it didn't have quite as much seafood as I'm used to seeing in the bowl. And the plate of greens looked a little tired, like it had spent a bit too long in the fridge uncovered; some of the leaves and sprouts were starting to brown. Even the two slivers of lime were brown on the edges . They were also out of Thai basil. But then there's the broth. Deep. Rich. Layered. Whatever small shortcomings showed up today disappeared the second I started eating. It was absolutely delicious -- complex, savory, and exactly why I keep coming back. The place was packed on a Wednesday night. Lights too bright and noisier than usual. My server - a very sweet young guy - seemed overwhelmed and he never checked back in. I had to flag him down to get the bill. Still... when the broth is that good, the rest is inconsequential. Even on an "off" day, Pho 954 delivers where it counts. I'll be back -- probably the next time everyone at my office starts coughing again or just because....

Food looked good prepared but not as good as it looked. Many traditional Vietnamese and Chinese dishes served, but not close to authentically tasting. We had the General Tao's chicken which I personally think I've had better with an order of take out before. As for the pho noodle soup, broth was bland and seems like it was simple beef broth used from a can as it was missing lots of the depth of flavors and herbs like a real traditional pho broth should be. Both dishes tasted more commercialized than authentic. However service was fast and our waiter brought the food out timely despite being a busy night.

We ordered Beef Pho and General Chicken. Both were ok we had better. Waiter forgot to bring chopsticks we had to ask for them. We were seated in a corner on a high top. Not the best spot but glad we were able to have a quick bite to eat and fast. Nice Modern Asian aesthetic with warm amber lighting. Prices are moderate and the place does not feel chaotic for being inside the casino. The noise of the casino stays outside.

"Let's drive the extra 15 minutes, we haven't been there in several years."…read more Instead of our usual Pho Gia Vi, we decided to give Noodle House in Lauderdale Lakes another try. The main reason was one particular soup they serve that you don't see very often locally: Tom Cua, a crab and seafood soup with egg whites, surimi, shrimp, and I believe squid. It's a nice change from the usual pho options. Unfortunately, the rest of the meal reminded us why we haven't been back in a while. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night. The rocket shrimp appetizer had been overfried, the egg rolls in Rachel's bun dac biet were noticeably overcooked, and the grilled shrimp on top were dry from being cooked too long. My lemongrass beef arrived with far more onions than beef, and the beef itself was on the tough side. None of it was inedible, but compared with the consistently excellent meals we've had at Pho Gia Vi, it just wasn't close. The Tom Cua was the one dish that justified the trip, but everything else ranged from average to disappointing. I'm glad we went back because it answered the question of whether our memories were accurate. They were. We'll stick with Pho Gia Vi from here on out. It's closer to home, more consistent, and every visit leaves us happy.
