The service here is incredible! Part of what keeps us coming back every time. It is so quick and they always want to make sure you're having a great experience. You choose your broth and then you go to the buffet and she's everything you'd like to create your hot pot delicacy . There are great options ranging from beef, pork, chicken and even seafood such adventure as scallops, clams, crab, and other more adventurous options to an American palette, such as pig brain, duck, liver, tripe etc. You sit down and then on the conveyor belt you presented with so many delicious options of vegetables, mushrooms, and noodles, which you can add to your hot pot. Make a visit to the sauce bar where there is over 20 different items with which you can make your own concoction to flavor that hot pot. We love the simplicity of the menu, and the ability to make decisions on a whim as you go with your meal. It's such a fun and adventurous experience. A really great way to try a new thing every time. For dessert, the dragon fruit was absolutely delicious! They also had some bakery desserts, which were not to my tasting, but my child absolutely loved. And we finished with the ice cream bar, which always has chocolate, red, bean, and green tea ice cream available The inside is always kept very nice, hygienic, and is a very pleasant place to have a meal
Lemongrass Hotspot is definitely an eating experience. Aside from picking meats and fish and many exotic delicacies there is an aray of veggies and noodles that go around to the table throughout the restaurant. Everything was very fresh and you can take as much as you like to eat. Our waiter was very nice and accommodating. He explained the ins and outs of the restaurant experience. If you are a hot pot eater. This is a definate go to.
This place is in a outdoor shopping plaza. Plenty of parking lot parking. We came at about 5:30 on a Saturday and we're seated right away but by the time we left around 6:30 the place was poppin' and there was definitely a wait. This place offers a set price for Hot pot and is buffets style as well as conveyor belt delivery for veggies; you just swipe what you want. You start by picking a soup of choice and then you gather the food you need, cook it yourself in the pot and there are instructions and available on the wall for cooking times. It's relatively straightforward. Be careful with how much you grab as they will charge you for any excessive leftovers. I got the tom kha and my fiance got the tom yum. He found his soup to be a little on the lemony side for his taste but I think that's just a preference not a reflection of the quality of the soup. I loved my coconutty tom kha. Our waiter showed us how to operate the dial and gave us information about cooking time recommendation. We ordered some hot tea and had a wonderful time. The buffet appeared to be clean and the food fresh and well kept. I tried a variety of meat as well as seafood. The shrimp had a little bit of a previously frozen kind of taste but the scallops were excellent. I think in the end I'm not a big fan of the red meat even though it cooks quickly and tastes fine I just think preference wise I more so enjoyed loading up on the vegetables and noodles. The best thing I had there was the gyoza, so freaking good, highly recommend. It is worth noting that my fiance love the meat, so the great thing about this place is the variety and how multiple people can sit down and enjoy what they like, together. Drop by!
This place is great! All you can eat ramen with great variety of soup bases, protein, and mix ins. There is even dessert! You sit at table near the conveyor belt and pick out what you'd like. Lemongrass Hot Pot in Boca Raton is such a great spot. Perfect for celebrating something or for those random nights when you just wake up and choose chaos. There are so many broth flavors and a wild amount of protein options like beef, lamb, crab, scallops, and pork belly. Plus there is a conveyor belt packed with veggies which somehow makes eating vegetables feel exciting. If cooking at the table is not your thing, the staff is super helpful and will gladly step in. I always leave happy and very full. Fair warning though, dessert is probably not happening because you will absolutely knock out your entire daily caloric intake in one sitting.
I've been wanting to go to a hot pot restaurant for so long, and I finally pulled the trigger! This place was so cute inside, had a cool looking conveyor belt for the veggies, comfortable seating, and of course, a HUUUUGE buffet of meats, seafood, and more to choose from to cook at your table. It was way easy to do than I thought. Our waiter even made us a special sauce to dip our food in and it did not soda! I absolutely recommend this place and will be coming back!

This is my first time at this location and I was so impressed with the service and I also loved the conveyor belt was such a fun touch. The service was spot on our waiter was making sure we got items that we couldn't grab quick enough from the belt he also made sure we had enough broth in our hot pot at all times. They also had a variety of meats and veggies. I got the signature broth and added beef, pork dumplings, udon and veggies. It was absolutely delicious I love how customizable hot pot is. The atmosphere of this location is so fun to I could defintely see myself coming here by myself and not feel awkward. Overall absolutely loved it and I cannot wait to come back.

This location is waaaaaay better than the one across from Hard Rock in Hollywood. With a conveyor belt, self-serve cold bars/freezers, etc., you do not really need great service from the waiter. Lemongrass always has a plethora of ingredients-- my favorites are snow pea tips and fried tofu skin. We did come with a large party on a weekend night. Even splitting our party of about 10, we had to wait over an hour to be seated. The price is comparable to other AYCE hot pot restaurants in the area.
Decided to stop and try this hot pot place but forgot to read the full description that it wasn't bbq as well just hot pot. Place is quite small, can only fit 112 people in the restaurant had to wait a 10-15min before being sat. Server and host were quite friendly. But overall the experience was great, but wasn't something I was looking for since I was looking for bbq instead of hot pot but it was really good though!
High quality meat, veggies, broth in all you can eat restaurant. Quality and all you can eat usually don't goto together, but they do it here! What really makes this place good is the broth, whatever broth you pick it's simply delicious - I usually get the Tom yum or the signature base. They also can make a dipping sauce that you must try (you need to ask the waitress for it though)...there's a "house" sauce and a "peanut" sauce. I like to dip my meat and veggies in it If your hungry late night and want a healthy option come here, it's just as good as a late night ramen run - except more food !!

Love this place , the veggies going around the room in a conveyor belt . Plenty of meats to choose from steak , Pork , chicken , turkey, fish ,shell fish and stuff I've never even seen . All this is super fresh and you pick your soup base to cook these foods , oh so yummy . This has to be one of my favorite places to eat this year . read more
This was my first time at a hot pot place, and I loved it! There's a veggie broth option. Once you get your broth, you can go up to the buffet area to choose your fish or meats, and the ramen and veggies come by your table on a conveyer belt! There's also a make-your-own-sauce area. Our waiter made one for us, and whatever he put in it, it was incredibly delicious! Much better than what I was able to make. I was beyond stuffed by the end - the food is fantastic! 10/10 experience both times I've attended. Delicious soup base choices, lots of meat, seafood, and veggie choices. Decided to give this place a try despite being loyal to a different hot pot restaurant for the last few years. Came here around 630 on a Sunday and while it didn't seem overly busy, most of the tables were occupied. We were seated right away. Since there were just two of us they seated us at bar style seating along the conveyor belt. As I looked around, I realized every party of two was seated this way, as most of their tables were for 6 people with a few for 4. I didn't exactly dislike sitting this way, but because you are facing people seated the exact same way on the other side of the conveyor belt, it creates this kind of communal seating situation. Not bad, but it's nice to have your own area when doing hot pot. But I did make friends with a lady across from me so that was cool. One of the things that really turned me off about this place and I didn't feel like any of the reviews on here clearly stated it, is this: there is a sign at the door that states you will be charged extra for excessive waste. While I appreciate this because I abhor the idea of wasted food, it also hung over me the whole me. Like when I saw something I had never tried before but was nervous if I grabbed it and didn't like it, would I be charged for it? It was just a strange feeling and it prevented me from trying new things. Another turn off was that after we had been there for maybe an hour, the waitress brings our check over. It was odd because we weren't done eating. We had taken a break from our soups to have some ice cream as a "palate cleanser" lol, and so I don't know if she assumed because we were having dessert that we were done. But it was still an assumption since even if we were eating ice cream, we weren't done with it. I don't think this has ever happened to me before. It's not like we were just taking up the space unnecessarily while people were waiting. Not sure if she was just trying to be efficient, but it definitely rubbed us both the wrong way. I liked that they had some different options like lotus root, daikon and taro...? Drink options were limited to a few beers and few uninspired sakes and some soft drinks, yet no ginger ale. Ultimately, we prefer the broth flavors, more extensive options, tables and welcoming, friendly staff who actually enjoy having you there at a different hotpot place and don't plan to come back to lemongrass. It just isn't worth it in my humble opinion. read more

I've never really had hot pot before but it was a nice change. Wait time is a little long to get a table and we called to optimized that by going at 9pm. Still had to wait but we were a larger party so it made sense. I got the #7 menu item as the base the really spicy one and it was nice. I just did that with some ramen in it. It was good and had a nice kick to it. I'm not a huge fan of cooking the meats etc so I stuck to mostly ramen but my company either loved or hated certain meats. Overall a nice change, hot pot in general is not my go-to cuisine but if I were to go for this cuisine I would come back to this establishment. Definitely get the #7 spicy base menu item. read more
Typically, when I go to an ethnic restaurant, I look to see if the people that frequent that restaurant are also part of that ethnic group. This place has a large Asian following so I figured you can't go wrong. I've been to this place numerous times and I haven't seen anything like it before. I'm always greeted by a gentleman at the door and ironically, he always brings me to the same area and I'm sitting at one of the same two tables all the time. As they lead you to the table off to your left, you'll see all the proteins that they serve and off to the right where all the seating is. As you're being led to your table, you'll notice a conveyor belt filled with different types of vegetables. I compare it to a Miss America contest, but instead it's a beauty pageant of vegetables. Once seated, the server comes around, takes your order, and delivers your broth to your table within seconds. Go up to the buffet area grab your proteins and bring it back to your table, Within 3 to 5 minutes, you will be eating a delicious meal. Most Asian restaurants serve food with so much salt in it. You have to drink gallons of water. When you leave this place, you don't feel like you've taken a bath in salt. Everything is fresh, delicious, buffet style, and $35 per head. I freaking LOVE this place so much! Every couple of months I get the urge to come back here, so I've been here a few times now that my review is needed. Every single time I am completely satisfied with my dining experience. I've been to other hot pots, but this place blows them out of the water! You don't have to wait for a waiter to serve you the food to cook, as this is a buffet (the best in my opinion!) You select your broth flavor upon arrival, and the rest is in your hands! It is all you can eat, so you really do get your money's worth. They legit have the best dumplings out there. I am always on the hunt waiting for the little bowl to come around on the conveyer belt. I love that you get to choose your own ingredients, meats, and sauces! There is soooo many different proteins to choose from, that there is something for everyone's palate. Do not forget to get the dessert before you leave! You even get to scoop your own ice cream!! I dream about this place quite often, so I already can't wait for my next visit. read more

Fantastic place !! One of my favorite spots for a delicious meal. I meet my sister here regularly & we spend about 2.5 to 3 hours eating soup & catching up. The veggies and noodles come around on a belt & the meats & seafood is in the front -buffet style. We always pick the Thai Kom broth & fill up with sauces & herbs So good if you love soup !
