I used to go to Lauderhill to get pho. Now that Pho Boca opened I can get really good pho close to home. As soon as we ordered we were served a basket of shrimp chips. They have a lot of choices on their menu including appetizers, several different kinds of pho, noodle dishes, and rice dishes. I've only been there twice and both time I've ordered the pho with brisket. The broth was delicious, the brisket was lean and tender, and there were plenty of noodles. A side dish of sprouts, basil, lime, and jalapeño peppers comes with the pho. Clyde and I also shared the vermicelli with grilled chicken. It was very good. They have Banh Mi sandwiches on their menu, but apparently they only have them during the day. I've got to go back to try them. Pho Boca is a small restaurant, family run, with delicious food and excellent service. I'm looking forward to going back. They're closed on Tuesdays. read more

I am soooooo glad we have a new Pho place in Boca!!! We need more Pho here (and boba / shaved ice locations lol)!! Just sayin ;) I found Pho Boca when my yelper friend Greshka P. checked in here last weekend to get some boba. I love Boba and I live in Boca but never heard of this place so I quickly bookmarked it and did a little research! Turns out that Pho Boca just recently opened but it's already got a good reputation. Fast forward to this weekend when I got sick and desperately needed some Pho in my life to make me feel better so I made my way over there after work Monday night around 8:30pm. It's located on Glades Road just West of the Turnpike in a small Plaza on the East Side of the road. When I arrived there was plenty of seating so I sat immediately. They got me a sweet tea and shrimp chips right away. I asked for hot green tea and was surprised they didn't have any. Shrimp chips were really good, I ate the whole basket by myself pretty quickly lol!! They say feed a cold right?!?! Ha-ha Despite being after 8pm on a Monday the place filled up around me pretty quickly which I didn't expect but figured it had to be a good sign. I looked over the menu and they had a lot of great options to choose from, at really great prices! THE FOOD I decided to start with the Shrimp and Pork Summer rolls (2 for $5) served with peanut sauce. They were delicious and a perfect way to start the meal. Very big rolls and tons of super fresh ingredients like mint, basil and a noodle/veggie combo. I have to say you could see and taste EVERYTHING was super fresh and made from quality ingredients. Something I really appreciate! For my Pho I went with the Vegetarian one w/ Tofu. It was a HUGE steaming bowling of deliciousness!!! TONS of veggies, noodles and broth!! I LOVED EVERY BITE!! I had been feeling sick for a few days and this meal was just what I needed. I sat there with a happy grin on my face and took my time to enjoy my meal (and I really did enjoy it!). I am thrilled to have discovered a brand new Pho restaurant in Boca!! I love Pho and it's great to have a fantastic restaurant a few blocks away from my house. Diane and I decided to try Pho Boca after reading some rave Yelp reviews. We decided to split everything. We started off with the Brisket Pho (Pho Chin). It arrived steaming and beautiful! As with most Pho, it really needs the Jalapeno peppers, basil, lime (not lemon), and bean sprouts. This Pho was simply fantastic with all of those items provided on the side, as well as a dash of Sriracha sauce and hoisin sauce! I was in ecstasy!!! I had a couple of ice cold Bud Lights that accompanied the spicy dinner perfectly!! I also ordered a pork Banh Mi sandwich, but they unfortunately had run out of them for the day. We also had the Bun Vermicelli Noodles with grilled Chicken. It was excellent with the sweet sauce on top. I asked a server at a Pho restaurant one time what the name of the wonderful sweet sauce is. He answered, "It's called Sweet Sauce". Okay, that works for me! We were served by the owner of Pho Boca as well as a very nice waitress. They were both very helpful, making suggestions and making our Pho experience delightful! I hope that Pho Boca continues to be as wonderful as it was last night. I've been waiting for this day! So happy there is finally a pho place in West Boca, and a good one as well. THEY HAVE BOBA TEA. This place is similar to Basilic Vietnamese Grill, but is a lot more casual. It's a pretty small restaurant and the tables are close together, I wish it was a little more spacious. The restaurant is divided in two: 1) an area to pick up food and 2) an area to dine in. The entire staff were all very nice. But our waiter brought our food over and forgot to give us utensils, so I just grabbed them myself. Other than that, my family and I never had to ask for more water, they made sure our drinks were always filled. I also liked how other waiters who were not assigned to our table came up and asked us if we needed anything else. The food is so delicious. After you order they bring over shrimp chips, which are my favorite and they don't mind if you want a refill. We ordered the Beef Pho, House fried rice, Chicken pad thai, Rice and pork chops, taro and mango boba teas. All of the food was amazing, can't find anything bad to say about it. The food also came out quick. I got the mango boba tea was perfect not too sweet, just right. i do wish they put more boba pearls. The taro was okay to me, I can't figure out what I didn't like about it. I have a particular taste for taro flavors, so don't trust my opinion. My dad and sister loved the taro. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but if I was in the area and wanted pho, it'll do, as long as you specify what you want in your pho bowl. I went here for a mid week lunch. I had the grilled chicken pho bowl. I've never had the chicken in my pho grilled, only boiled and I really prefer it grilled now. It gave the chicken a better texture and it held up better in the soup. When you get the boiled chicken breast, and I've never had it here, only other pho places, it can sometimes be rubbery or soggy in texture. Grilling it gave it that charred, but great taste and it wasn't soggy at all even though it was saturated in broth. Their pho bowl gives you an ample amount of noodles, but not very much chicken at all. I had a few chunks of thinly cut, grilled chicken breast. Also, there weren't any vegetables in the soup, except for a couple of slices of white onion and green onion. Before placing my order, I asked the waitress if there were vegetables in the bowl and she said "yes, and you will get more on the side." The bowl didn't come with vegetables and what you get on the side is some basil, a lemongrass leaf, and some bean sprouts and a slice of lime. The waitress, instead of saying yes, could have simply said "no, it doesn't come with vegetables, but we can add them if you'd like." I prefer the truth, so I can order properly and get the meal I want, instead of being disappointed. Great place close by for your Pho and Bun Bo Hue craving. It is a place that caters more to the American palette so it's missing the more authentic proteins you would at a traditional Vietnamese restaurant but the broth is on point so I'll let it slide when a craving strikes. The bowls are huge just like you would get up north and balanced with the perfect amount of protein. The summer roll was great as well. Perfectly portioned with the right amounts of noodles, proteins, and veggies/herbs. Can't wait to try some of their other dishes. I would like to see them add more drink options like the fresh coconut juice, or some pickled lemon soda (what I was actually craving when I found this place but didn't get because they didn't have it). This place has okay food and at least it's convenient now that west boca has a Vietnamese restaurant. We went on a Friday around 7:30 and the service was slow. They only had two servers who were running around but didn't seem like they knew where they were running to. I don't think they were able to handle the tables they had. As I looked around, I remember just seeing blank stares from customers who were waiting and waiting on their food. As for the food, it was okay. I ordered the summer rolls and spring rolls to start and the spring rolls came out after 10 minutes and after 30 minutes, I asked about the summer rolls and the waitress went back to check. Turns out something was out and they had to run and grab ingredients or something and it took about 45 minutes to get my summer rolls. We also ordered a few noodle bowls like the pho and bun bo hue. Turns out they were out of the latter which was disappointing since it was on the menu. The pho was okay, there is better out there, just not in the immediate west boca area. Tried out Pho Boca for lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. This small place get packed quickly as we sat down. My boyfriend loved the shrimp crackers as we both were munchin' while waiting for our food. We shared the pork sandwich, it wasn't the best sandwich i've ever had, considering my vietnamese background. However, considering the crunchiness and the amount of meat, it was a great appetizer to share. I got the bun bo hue (spicy beef soup) and surprisingly it wasnt disappointing at all compared to places I have tried out around the west palm, boynton and boca areas. Definitely recommend the spicy beef soup. The veggies were fresh and they also provided fresh cabbage for the soup (A+ for the authenticity). My bf got the rice dish with grilled pork, according to him, the pork was a bit plain and isnt well marinated. Coming from him who isnt much of a picky eater. I was excited for a pho place to open here in Boca and my friend heavily recommended it. However, I was kind of underwhelmed and thought it was just okay. I came in with one other person. Took our yelp adventures to boca today and this put us in a stalemate. Everything took 2 long. Being seated, getting our order taken, getting our waters.. etc. We're usually patient people but a table that got in after us received their drinks before us and our food came out before our drinks. We asked for lemon but never received any.... The feel in the building felt slow and sluggish. Nobody looked happy. Food lacked flavor... and what else? Bill took 2 long to come. 2 stars for 2 long... the ups about this place is that they have things regular pho places don't have which is pad Thai and beer. After moving here from Los Angeles, which seems to be the Mecca of amazing Pho restaurants, we were hoping to find our go to Pho restaurant here in south Florida. We found it on a whim here on yelp and decided to give it a try. My boyfriend is a Pho connoisseur and as we brought it home, I was hoping he would love it. Well, he did. Everything was done so well. Since it was take out, they sent a separate container for the broth, and then for the soup ingredients. The beef was beautiful and raw and ready for him to put in the broth to cook. I was impressed with the size and amount of shrimp that was given in the app for the price. I would def order that again. The pho broth was very flavorful without adding hoisin sauce and sriracha. The food was overall very good. Here was the problem: it was a Friday night, so you can expect restaurants to be busy but I think they are a little over their heads. They need more staff to accommodate the customers. We had to ask for water 3 times.
