Delicious soup and starters, prepared quickly by friendly folks. Fresh quality ingredients and everything on the menu you'd expect. The extra large pho was plenty for two to share. Oddly, someone we were with got a small and got exactly the same amount of broth, which was an absurd amount in relation to the content -- presumably that wouldn't be the case dining in. The pho was good. Nothing special. The meatballs tasted like they had freezer burn. The combo rice plate has a good amount of food on it and tasted good. My issue is when I ordered, I ordered 2 of the same thing but only one got rung up and I didn't realize it until I had already gotten back to my hotel. So, I ordered another one and drove back down. While waiting I realized I forgot to order the spring rolls so I called and order 2 orders of spring rolls. Again, when I went inside to pick up the order, they only runs up 1 order of spring rolls so I had to ask for the second one. My suggestion is if you are ordering multiples of the same item, stress the number you are ordering. They seem to only hear the number 1. read more

Mmmm! Just when I thought summit county didn't have my kind of food, I was proven all wrong! The Vietnamese pho broth, meat quality in both the pho and shaking beef dishes are phenomenal. We also shared the steamed dumplings which came with delicious crispy shallots, green onions and a delectable dipping sauce which I savored and dipped some of my steamed rice in after. Best pho takeout experience ever! My husband and I scrapped our fancy anniversary dinner on a cold snowy evening and headed over to Pho Bay 2 for takeout. It was around 6pm and they weren't answering the phone so we took a shot and drove over, only to find out they stopped taking takeout orders at 4pm. Instead of letting us leave disappointed, the host went back in the kitchen and asked if they would accommodate us. We were so surprised and delighted when they said they would after a similar encounter at the Dillon Dam Brewery the day before that left us disappointed. Our order was simple, a large chicken and vegetable pho to go. It took about 10 minutes and our food was ready, brought out to us by one of the friendliest servers I've ever met. When we left, several employees said goodbye and wished us a good night. Truly friendly service and great attitude! We got back to our hotel and unwrapped our food, which was abundant and still piping hot. The pho was so tasty and there was so much of it! We had two heaping helpings and still had leftovers. We celebrated our anniversary with hot soup and warm hearts. Thanks for a great night in! read more

After a day of hitting the slopes, getting pho is the perfect meal! The broth was very flavorful and authentic. I like that they created a seafood pho. It came with mussels, scallops, shrimp, fish balls, and a snow crab leg. My only suggestion would be to pre-crack the crab leg or give out utensils to crack it open. I wasn't able to fully eat mine.. This has been our go to restaurant for many years and we still love their food , the Pho is as good as it gets BUT the last two times we visited on our way back from Denver and stopped in around 8:15pm to eat, the staff started putting chairs on the tables and started to bring out their chlorine soaked mop and started to literally mop around us while we were trying to eat. The restaurant posts their closing time as 9pm so starting to clean and putting up chairs at 8:20 pm when lots of people are still eating is just not only rude but also really made us feel like they did not want us there. Dear owners: We love your food and would love to keep coming back but your hospitality is seriously lacking and despite all the wet mopping while we were eating, the restaurant is pretty dirty. So 4 stars for the food and -3 for ambiance. read more

We went with my husband and kids for a dinner, I had brisket pho with vegetable , my husband had some rice plate, my kids had fried rice and steamed dumplings. When they seated us my 13 year old said that the service is rude and just wants to get rid of you .Taste of food overall was ok but nothing spectacular. Was craving oriental in the area so i stopped here. The restaurant had a bar like appearance on the inside. The workers are mostly asian so that seem like a good thing. I ordered pho dac biet. We visited this restaurant yesterday evening and ordered rare steak and meatball rice noodle soup and the chicken vermicelli bowl for dinner. The interior is large and clean. The noodle soup was very tasty, meatballs were medium and tender not like other places where it is stiff. The quality of the rare steak slices were very good!! The chicken bowl had a lot of chicken and was very tasty, according to my husband. I have to say this is the best pho I have ever tasted. I am from California where there are tons of pho places. I ordered the beef plate and my boyfriend ordered the mix meat Pho (Large is HUGE.) Prices are very reasonable and about the same as back home ($5-$13)...but the only difference was the portions. This place gives you so much food and does not skimp on the beef! which I see happen too often. Service was superb. There was a waiter and a waitress working in unison, always making sure we had what we needed and that we were enjoying our food. I say TRY THIS PLACE...you will not be disappointed. If I could change anything it would be an option for larger portion of eggrolls (they only offer 2 per order) and Beef Stew (Pho Bo Kho.) Who would've guessed that Silverthorne, CO could have a really good pho restaurant lol We popped in on a Friday night. The place was packed! All the tables were full but we found 3 seats at the bar. We started out with some delicious dumplings and fried calamari. I especially enjoyed the dumplings. They were packed with flavor and had a near perfect consistency. For my entree I had a medium sized steak and shrimp pho bowl. It was very good and very large in portion considering it was a medium I'm not sure how long the cook their pho for but it must be a pretty long time because the broth flavor was superb. Came here for dinner tonight. The place was PACKED!!! And yet it only took 10 minutes for us to be seated! I ordered the P18 medium. Which was a beef combination pho. It came with rare brisket, beef meatballs, and beef tendons. The medium size was plenty big for me. It came with a good ratio of meat, noodles, and broth. And the broth had good flavor. They have a nice variety of local beers on tap. The price was reasonable. We got 4 pints of local micro brew, 2 bowls of pho, and a side of rice including tip for $60.00 not too bad. The flavor, quality and value was there for everything! The waitress with the beauty mark beneath her eye is gorgeous! And she was super nice to talk with. I found this place right after Ice Castles and these delicious ridiculously ginormous bowls of soup hit the spot like no body's business. The place is busy so you might have to wait little for them to get your order but it is worth it becasue that steaming hot soup is delicious. To be honest I dont remember which vegetarian soup I ordered but I remember being yummy and it warmed up my body. read more
