    Chicken noodles with egg roll

We sat outside on a beautiful day next to the river! It was so relaxing. I wouldn't say this was the best Vietnamese I've had but it was not bad either! I had the chicken noodles.

Glad we stopped in here, the Pho was 10/10 and so were the crab wontons. Highly recommend this place

Great Pho soup. Traditional Vietnamese food and the springs rolls were on point too! Highly recommend to try

Pho Bay is a nice lunch option in Georgetown, especially on a nice day where you can enjoy the outdoor seating. We chose a shaded table right along the railing where we could see and hear the creek running by. Our server did his best to be prompt, as he was covering a lot of tables. The menu had a good selection of Vietnamese dishes, but the prices seemed a little high compared to what I'm used to. Both the noodle bowl and the pad thai were $19.95. Our appetizer of fried dumplings were at least $11.95, if not $13.95. The quality of the food was good, though. The dumplings were hot and crispy and had great flavor. I had the pad thai and was a little disappointed in the sauce. It was pretty sweet. I did take advantage of the container of chili sauce on the table to spice it up. The noodles in my dish were cooked perfectly. My boyfriend had the noodle bowl and was sad to see that it came with only two shrimp, along with the chicken and I think the other meat was pork. All of the other toppings in the bowl were fresh and he said the spring roll on the side was crunchy and flavorful. They have a gravel parking lot right next to the restaurant and single stall bathrooms for each gender.

Pretty solid pho! The large is massive and enough for one person. We got a bunch of apps and were absolutely stuffed.

Sorry to say but the vegetarian pho with tofu had no flavor for the broth. We had to add much sauce and salt and pepper. Otherwise service was and the location is nice, by the creek.

Surprised to find a Vietnamese place in this tiny town. The pho was on par with what I've had in Vietnamese restaurants in Los Angeles and Houston, which is saying a lot. The broth was spicier than expected, possibly due to jalapeño or black pepper. A small size pho, combination meat option, was more than enough for my dinner. Lovely patio out next to the creek with string lights. My partner got a vermicelli bowl, which he enjoyed - note this style of noodle is usually served at room temperature. Servers were nice. Seems like some local families were having a get together and enjoying boba tea. Great place!

Man Georgetown you all are lucky to have this place. Food was great, service was great, ambiance was great. Definitely happy we made this stop!

Stopped here on a whim due to delayed traffic going west on I 70 and we will definitely be back. The food is very good and the service was excellent!

The pho restaurant with the most beautiful view I have ever seen. It's by a creek and surrounded by mountains. The prices are higher than regular Pho restaurants, but it's understandable because I don't think it's easy to buy Pho ingredients in a small town like this. Large pho bowl is not too large. The broth has clean taste and the meats are tender. KBBQ ribs are a bit chewy but very well seasoned. The portion is also smaller than what I'm used to.

Amazing food, but medal in my drink???? Food was delicious, even took the leftovers we had to go. I ordered a boba and about 3 quarters of the way through drinking it, a piece of sharp metal was found in my drink. This could've been a serious hazard if I hadn't noticed it, and swallowed it! Amazing food but will probably not be going back.

After a day on the slopes, we needed some food and found this place in Georgetown for some noodles. Some of our party went to dine-in, while others ordered take-out to bring back to the hotel. The building is a great find and worth going for dinner. It is a pleasure to find Pho in the small mountain town of Georgetown. The spicy pork noodles were refreshing and the Chicken Pad Thai held up until the next day. The crab rangoons were crispy and the sweet dip added another flavor to these great appetizers. If you are looking for a place to stop on your way home to Denver, check this place out....especially if I-70 traffic sucks!

You make the order at the counter and will get a text when the order is ready. We ordered a half chicken which would have been enough for us in general but the batter was so crispy and well seasoned that we were highly tempted to order a whole chicken just to take home with us to brag to other family. It was sooooo good! I am from South Korea and I know when my chicken is good. Even some Korean chicken franchise in Denver can't do this good. It will come with a sauce for dipping on the side. We chose the bird sauce and was perfect to dip or mix it in with a jasmine rice along with complementary herbs (basil, cilantros, etc) and cucumber salad. Plus their special soft serve of the day made it even more perfect. We had a coconut soft serve ice cream topped with caramel sauce which was very good. Not overwhelming just refreshing as a whole. This will be our place for sure whenever we pass by! Chicken and outer range hazy ipa were perfect match. I loved that they are existing together. We were starving and I regret so much for not taking the photos. Miss the place already

When you think of Vietnamese, Americans tend to think of Pho, noodle bowls and lemongrass chicken but we need more places the focuses in home cooking and dishes that locals eat. Ingredients are fresh and dishes pack a powerful flavor bomb...I mean wow! The use of shrimp paste and other traditional ingredients really elevate flavors that many Americans are not used to, but you have to try it to understand. Their claypots are a must order and with a side of rice....you'll be eating for days! The star of the night was the pork and calamari claypot which is cooked in shrimp paste and your favorite Vietnamese spices and herbs. You'll finish bowls of rice with this dish, it packs so much flavor that you'll be wanting more. It's a great mix of salty, sweet and umami from the fermented shrimp paste. The Vietnamese curry was thick and packed with succulent shrimp. The veggies at a very nice brightness to balance out the coconut milk. The last dish we had was a shrimp lemon grass in the clay pot and that was also a hit with everyone! Service is amazing and they definitely know how to recommend dishes to match your taste buds. They went out of the way to help everyone and it shows. If you need a new spot, check Dan Da!

I mostly interacted with the man who was, from the get-go until I got my food and left, blunt with a frown look. Was he having a bad day or is he always that way? It was hard to fathom. I thus decided to give him the benefit of the doubt that it was his worst day (ha ha!) Since I tried to make it a better day for him, I said extra "Thank you" but I failed to soften his bluntness; he reacted each time with "Okay, I got you, just go" kind of attitude (LOL!!) Oh well! The food I got me for to-go was B7: Stir Fry Vegetables With Tofu Noodles Bowl ($17 as of late March of 2026). After finishing a side hustle job assignment at the nearby store, I was absolutely famished. I wanted some non-meat protein with lots of veggies so this dish simply popped out of the menu. Glad that I got this because... The dish was more than what it looked. Well-portioned with lots of veggies as the description of the dish on the menu says. I wish there were more tofu pieces however. Not to mention, the vermicelli noodles were also part of the ingredients. Everything was cooked in some light-colored sauce that was simply just right especially in the amount of salt. My type of food indeed. Would you believe it if I said that I devoured it in a matter of 15 minutes or so while chewing well? It hit the spot. This Evergreen neighborhood is not my normal activity area (as I have stated, I was in it due to my job assignment). I am not sure if I will be back to utilize the business ever. But if I do, my hope is that the service improves by then. If the workers are more hospitable with warmth, it will thrive in this mountain town; they surely can change the current rating of 3.5 stars.

Well that's how I felt this morning, so VinaMeals was where I ended. I ordered two items, so join me and read my food journey... Just had bánh ít tràn, a Vietnamese, steamed sticky rice dumplings dish. This dish reminds me of my mom's cooking where she used to make us this dish all the time to eat for breakfast. Lots ingredients inside the these three dumplings including mung bean, wood ear mushroom, jicama carrot, onion, garlic, minced with pork and shrimp. It came with steamed bean sprouts, cucumber, and fish sauce to dip the dumplings or just pour over the dish. I felt the accommodating items didn't add any value to this dish, but boy, did these dumplings bring back good memory. Of course, when you are here, you have to get their small wonton soup. It is one of the best I have ever eaten. I believe the broth that is the star, and the wontons come very close but just a second too late. This small soup is very filling, and I always wonder if adding a bowl of plain rice into the soup will make this dish a complete meal. We will have to find out later.
