    Cocktail and Beer menu

We (party of 6) came at 8pm after recovering from a day of snowboarding on Copper Mountain. The small restaurant was busy, from the bar to the tables, but luckily, the one large table was just made available. Initially, the restaurant felt a little understaffed, exhausted, yet polite. We didn't realize, however, that it was only their first week of being open! I loved the affordability of this place, considering it's in the East Village. I also liked that they serve local beer on draft, plus wine, sake, and cocktails. Additionally, they offered discounts for mountain employees. In terms of food, the overall flavor of everything was great quality and presentation. Here are a couple of notes from our party: * Coconut Curry: not enough curry, too much rice * Far East Salad: delicious * Southwest bowl w/tofu: no complaints * Southwest bowl w/shrimp: less rice, more shrimp- shrimp cooked very well * Shrimp Pita: filling is good, but the pita was very crunchy, leading it to fall apart easily. Steaming pita recommended. * Miso: thin broth, not super flavorful besides salt * Samurai cocktail: fantastic * Grasshopper: delicious hot chocolate with Peppermint Schnapps

This was so good! The shrimp were incredible and such a depth of flavor. I would order so many more of these. We got the edamame and were not disappointed. They were flavored well and the spice level was perfect. The poke was okay and that's only because by the time we ate it it was a little warm. The kids tofu bowl was huge and our toddler loved it. Overall a great dinner we will be back again soon.

Food was 10/10. This is without a doubt the best restaurant in Cooper, probably all of Colorado. The staff is very friendly and everything came out at a perfect pace. Chelsea is top tier! Wife had the Niseko and said it was one of her favorites. Edamame and Southwest Bowl are my personal favorites but once again you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. If you like spicy do the Spicy Thai Chicken!

Excellent food and great at accommodating food allergies. It's very small and first come first served, but it's worth checking out.

Terrific service and delicious food. I've change of pace from the rest of the restaurants at Copper Mountain.

Great crowd and we had a lively time. 2 nights later we went back for the same BYO Old Fashion and I gave the bartender (different from prior visit) the ingredients; Rye, angistino bitters, orange bitters and thats all! Over a single large block of ice. They were out of Ang bitters (???) so i substituted walnut bitters. It happens, no biggy. They arrived at the table and were over small chipped ice. Wrong for a bourbon drink. She said they were out of blocks (8:00???) It was full of simple syrup- yuck! I discreetly took it over to the bar and asked what was in it, it was terribly sweet and not what we ordered. She said she puts simple syrup in them. I told her that is not what we ordered in the BUILD YOUR OWN. And asked her to remake it. She stormed to the table and said she would have to charge me for the new drink since that is how they make them. I asked her isn't it a build your own? And said forget it just throw the damn thing away. I'm done. I had nothing and we left. Be careful to explain it is build your own and you get to tell them how to make it.

The ambiance, service, and drink didn't warrant a $20 Old Fashioned. Fairly disappointed that I…read moreupgraded to a "barrel aged" $22 drink and it was poured out of a spigot mini cask.

I've never been a huge pizza fan because I don't like pizza sauce or any kind of red sauce/marinara etc. but I was at an event up in Copper Mountain and literally smelled the food from this restaurant (especially the pizza) for 2 days and eventually just HAD to have it... and once I did, I was mad at myself for waiting until the day we were leaving to try it! I definitely would have gone back a second time and maybe even taken something to go... YES, it was that good! My daughter (who is very petite and normally eats like a bird) devoured her entire bowl of pesto pasta, then proceeded to eat not one but TWO pieces of my pizza (like a dummy I told her to "try it") that backfired because she also LOVED it. I went with the build your own (because again, don't like red sauce) and they happened to have a "garlic oil" to choose as a sauce alternative and boy was that delicious. I also added pepperoni, caramelized onions (WOW) and mushrooms. It was my perfect pizza! Absolutely delicious, there was not a crumb left (no joke) Jackson was our server and he was a hoot. So kind, so helpful, so funny and provided excellent service. We were there in summer so it was of course perfect weather to sit outside on their beautiful patio. The location of this place is prime Copper Mountain ambience. If you are reading this review and you've gotten this far I would guess that you're considering going here and I would 1000% say GO, you will not be disappointed.
