After spending the day shopping and very hungry we wanted to get something that was quick and easy. We saw this place in a strip mall and went there directly. We were seated right away, our server was very quick. We ordered some dumplings a beef tendon with meatball pho and it hit the spot for me. It is not a fancy place they also have a large bar in the center of the resturant and the place was very busy. It seems like there were a lot of locals sitting at the bar eating and drinking. I would definitely come here again if I am in the area.

We came here while visiting Frisco after seeing the restaurant's high reviews, and I was really looking forward to a hot bowl of pho. Unfortunately, the experience fell short. Our server was not attentive--we asked for a sauce plate multiple times, and it only arrived after the third request, by which time we were already halfway through our pho. The pho itself lacked flavor, and the brisket was cut too thick. It was a few dollars more than what we'd typically pay in Denver, which is understandable for a mountain town, but I had hoped for more in terms of taste. We didn't see our original server again; a different staff member ended up ringing us up at the end.

Pleasant surprise in Silverthorne. Came in on a Saturday at 5pm and there was no wait. Big center bar with surrounding tables. Here's what I had: Pho#8 rare steak and brisket. Broth had good flavor on its own. Meats were tender and delicious.

I wouldn't call this authentic pho but it was surprisingly good. The broth was definitely flavorful from the meat, not from seasoning like many places. The rare beef and brisket we ordered were very tender and there was a good amount in the medium size. Service was good. We were seated quickly and the server took our orders shortly after. It was busy already around 5:30pm on a wednesday and there was a big bar in the middle of the restaurant. Definitely a popular spot so get there early to avoid the wait.

To be honest, we didn't know what to expect, as its kinda in the middle of no where. The restaurant's former life was a sport bar, I think, with a huge bar in the middle and open windows kitchen. We really really loved the pho, just wish there were more meats and the onions sliced thinner. The uncooked onions took away the delicious tasty broth. My hubby loved his grilled everything over noodle bowl too.

Do not eat here! From the beginning the server was not friendly. I wanted to eat something before skiing so I thought this would be perfect! I didn't want a lot of food so I ordered a kids meal to go! I wanted BBQ pork with rice but I got bbq pork with noodles. The worst Vietnamese food I've ever had! It came with no veggies and the bbq pork had no flavor and dry and there was very bland fish sauce. Like kids don't eat veggies ??? Usually we get sliced carrots and cilantro, etc but nada! I couldn't even eat it so it was a waste of money. I'm from CA so I guess I'm spoiled because Vietnamese food is good and inexpensive. This was bad and expensive!

Their XL bowl is HUGE. Biggest bowl I've ever seen in my life for pho. They also gave a generous amount of meat. However, my biggest problem with the dish is that the broth was way too sweet. I'm not sure if it's just catered to the general population here or what not, but if you're use to more authentic pho, I would definitely skip.

We enjoy this local Dillon spot each Spring Break. It's our lie-key guilty pleasure. Food is always reliable. Nothing too fancy but authentic and reliable. The Pho and the noodle bowls are our go-to.

Came in hungry and expecting simple food, walked out blown away by the flavors, portions, and prices! 100% you HAVE to try the fish sauce wings, the flavor is out of this world and they're cooked so well. I had the Korean galbi plate and there was a bountiful amount of meat for the price! The sauce paired great with it! I loved the dried garlic bits that were used as garnish, it added little crunch. The pork noodles were also very good, very big portions. Overall, unassuming place but it was packed for a reason!

This is always a go-to spot when we are in Colorado for skiing and snowboarding. The warm pho is not only perfect but also one of the best Pho's I've ever had, and I'm Vietnamese and have been to Vietnam several times! A must go. FYI: the rice options are also good!

It was worth the wait. We came in as the local ski resorts were letting out so waited 20 minutes but definitely worth it. We will be back!

We told two workers and the host that a group in front cut but they literally did nothing about it. They should at least leave a clipboard for people to write their names. The food was decent. The spring rolls with shrimp and avocado was good. The pho ga (chicken pho) was alright... the chicken was dry chicken breast and the noodles were not pho ga noodles. They were regular pho noodles but the soup was good and hit the spot after a cold day.

I have tried their Thai tea and their filet mignon pho. Thai tea 2/5- this was overly sweet. I couldn't even finish it at all. There were any barely tea and more milk than anything else. Filet mignon pho- the broth was hearty with good flavor. This was a great choice after hitting the slopes. I do have to say the meat could have been more tender. However, overall, it was a good bowl of pho. The portion for regular size was fairly large. Two people could have potentially shared. The server was really attentive and I would come back if we are back in town.

The ambience is very nice. It is open and bright and clean and Asian. They also had a case of desserts (like tiramisu) and ice cream. I've been going to Fairplay for years. I never stopped here because I didn't know what it would be like. Well let me tell you, the service could not have been better. Welcoming, efficient, readily able to make requested adjustments to dishes. There are many items on the menu to choose from. We had tofu and vegetables sesame chicken. Both were just so amazingly delicious. I actually find myself thinking of finding an excuse to go back to FairPlay so I can get such wonderful food again because in my area it's hard to find such good Asian food. I cannot recommend this place enough. It checked all of the boxes and then some. The only downside is there are no lunch specials but I felt like the food was worth every penny we paid.

Majority of Pho in NoCo has been salty & bland. Since then, I've tried at least 5-6 places already that serve Pho...and I'm going to say...this is a Top 3 in CO, #1 in Loveland (per my taste buds). Here at PBM, there's balance issue in pho broth. I'm looking & savoring the backbone slow-simmered beef richness (usually from marrow bones, oxtail, brisket), with aromatics like star anise, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon acting more like background notes--not the main show. Maybe it was an off day, which that would be good...that would give me hope that the broth is being made in-house! I will come back again, in hopes that PBM will validate being THE BEST in Loveland!
