This is the third time that they have ruined my pick up order, the bread hard as a rock, the way I ordered it was ignored the first time. Then they agreed to give me an order for free as a courtesy since I go there about once a week but they magically lost that information & could not honor that when I went to pick up my courtesy order they charged me. I am now waiting for the manager to call me since there was a "miscommunication." I was told that since they ruined my sand which order they'd give me some replacements for free & I said, "so next time I go just give them my name and phone number and they'll give me the sandwiches for free? Yes. Ok, thank you." I do not understand how that could be misconstrued as "only the veggies are free - not the sandwiches." I would not have accepted that. I can't comprehend that this is how they treat someone that goes there every week. I was just there yesterday and had oxtail soup & I tried to get my courtesy order today and they acted like I was crazy for thinking they'd honor their word. The service is great and when you dine in you can get extra noodles for free. Sometimes it can get very busy but the service is always great and quick.
