Our favorite spot, and by far the best Vietnamese place around. Finally bahn mi with authentic French baguette crispy on the outside and soft inside. Tasty pork and the homemade mayo is legit. Fresh and good to the last bite. Excellent beef pho. The best around. We also love the Korean BBQ rice bowl. Oh and the boba tea - mango with the boba of course, is refreshing and tasty. I have to apologize that I did not take any pictures. The reason why is that it was so good and fresh that by the time I realized it was all gone. We got the beef Pho, plenty of beef and very tasty and if you order the combo it comes with 2 rolls. My partner ordered the rice plate with Korean BBQ short ribs. Generous order. Happy to have a Vietnamese restaurant in Jupiter. This one is hey 3 1/2 star but that's obviously not an option. The menu is somewhat limited but it's amazing we even have a Vietnamese option here. The pho is good but with a slightly different flavor profile than traditional. My primary critique is that it is never served hot enough. I've been here four times now and each time the broth was only warm. Any of the rolls are well worth ordering. The Vietnamese and Korean's are far and away superior with their version of an eggroll or spring roll. The price point gets a little steep for a strip mall location. Definitely worth your while as a change of pace. read more

The pork wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The beef in the pho was ok and the broth was also all right. My favorite thing was the sandwich, the vegetables were exceptionally fresh and tasty, but the pork meat could have been better. The pork rolls were good, but again i he meat wasn't exceptional. Ok. I hate giving bad reviews but here goes. So I go to the website and the pho selection is slim in terms of selections. The posted price is 10.95.... From my experience very reasonable for a good pho. So I order a beef pho on the phone and he says the price is 13.something. I think ok, that's the tax added and the original price was too low anyway. So i go to pick it up and it is 14.99. Almost 50% higher than the posted price. I should have told him to keep it on principal. The pho is skimpy, any real pho fan knows what real pho is like.... This is not it. It is like the difference between a burger king burger and a really good burger from say..... park ave The herbs are ground up rather than the magic alchemy of putting on what you want... here are no sausage or any of the things you expect with pho. I of course willl never go back! The pho place on US1in NPB just north of north lake is the real deal and I will be taking my business there. read more

Absolutely perfect banh mi! The bread was warm and clearly baked that day. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. The lemon grass pork was incredibly flavorful. This spot offers a clean look with a countertop, a fast-food style overhead menu, tables inside and outside, take out. The place does not serve beer or wine. The restaurant scored high in its overall cleanliness. That's a huge plus. The service was quick but was not logical. I was served Pho before being served Fresh Rolls, which would normally be served as an appetizer. The food was just okay. I had been spoiled by being exposed to an unbelievable Vietnamese cuisine. Take my criticism from that perspective. My vegan fresh rolls were okay, just okay... The peanut butter sauce was not crunchy and just did not have the taste I am used to... Vegan Tofu Pho was lacking as well. The broth was not too bad, although it should have been served "steaming" hot. The customary vegetables such as Bok Choi, Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Mushrooms were missing. I hope the place steps up and gets more traditional. read more
